@EveryNextDream @virginmedia I’ve had issues with their customer service for years. I worked for them part time whilst at uni when they were “Telewest”, and went through the whole Virgin take over. We all knew it was doomed from that moment. I’ll be leaving when contract is up.

@PhotoOomph @virginmedia I had similar problems with them. They kept raising my prices despite still offering cut price deals to new customers. Talking to them didn’t work, they were completely dismissive. Loyalty is punished so I switched to a different provider.
