    @virginmedia hello folks, I do now have a minor issue - my new Hub 3.0 has a flashing green power light and solid green WiFi light, this has been the case for a few hours now despite being told (in a text message) I had received a signal and all wires are firmly connected?

    @virginmedia Tried to but hilariously the site said it was down. I phoned up and got a lovely person who managed to do something which initially fixed it worse but now it's all shiny again. 🤞🏼

    @virginmedia Thanks - however under “if you don’t feel your complaint has been resolved” this again refers to speaking to a manager and if one isn’t available they will call you back. We were told it was not possible for managers to make outgoing calls! Which is correct?

    @virginmedia So we can’t easily escalate to a manager the way you first implied? We will raise a complaint which will now include the fact that customer service is inadequate while you work from home. This stress is not helpful while I am pregnant - this should have been easy to resolve

    Hi @virginmedia, how do I speak to an actual person at Virign Media about a fault with my Hub 3? When I call automated service says restart Hub then hangs up on me. This does not solve the problem.

    Hey @virginmedia - we are not at all satisfied at the resolution from the complaints procedure and we will 100% not be renewing our contract with you. Shame you couldn’t do the right thing to resolve this issue - it would have resulted in a better long term outcome for you.

    @virginmedia We can still phone up within 28 days apparently. Part of the issue was we couldn’t escalate the original call to a manager which is ridiculous. What’s the point of phoning again? It seems the only option available is to stop being a customer as soon as the contract is done.

    Been unable to access my account or email @virginmedia all day! I have rung the helpline and they were oblivious to the issue and told me to reset my router. Had to the reset all my gadgets too! There are hundreds of people similarly affected.1 hr waits.Where is my compensation?

    @Bubsy70 @virginmedia I am in Wakefield area and can tell you it is all down. Virgin have acknowledged there are faults to all services and additional fault to do with logging in to websites or app. Estimated repaur time is currently 2pm tomorrow
