    @virginmedia Can someone please help me cancel my broadband it's now less than 30 days til my contract ends but have been trying to cancel for the last 13 days. Terrible customer service.

    @virginmedia broadband is down in EH12 5UY impacting multiple people . You site says all is fine. Get this sorted as I need to WFH and engineer on 24/04 isn't really acceptable

    @Adullamite1 @virginmedia Trouble is we can't do without broadband as we're both working from home. Virgin don't even have a customer service email address. Marion has just spent 50 minutes on the phone. Quite awful.

    Thank goodness for 4G on phone, although no use for computer. Looks like @virginmedia broadband is having problems. It’s been off and on all afternoon. More off than on. Grrr

    @virginmedia internet, broadband, WiFi, smart tv, all inaccessible due to continued signal problems in east Edinburgh, this is not acceptable at all, please resolve it, so much of our home activity relies on our internet access. 4 days now. This is poor service.

    @Adullamite1 @virginmedia Virgin is £133 per month for tv, broadband and phone. We have a deal which takes it down to £103 which is quite reasonable. But see trying to talk to someone...😒

    @virginmedia currently experiencing no internet since last night in Edinburgh. Very important meetings today and need to continue working. I’m sure others will need access to the internet for work and their sanity. Please update and fix so that we aren’t all stuck. EH12 postcode

    My @virginmedia internet keeps going off every couple hours for 5 minutes or so. It’s messed up recording interviews & frustrated my attempts to be a bad homeschool teacher via YouTube.

    @virginmedia Already done and nothing - this keeps happening every few days for a few hours at a time. Can’t believe I’m paying full price for a service I only get 70% of the time - especially annoying when I rely on it to work from home.

    @virginmedia your WiFi is absolutely awful. Our renewal is in July and if you don’t sort we are cancelling.

    @virginmedia Yes, there's an outage in my area will be "fixed" on the 5th but there's always outages here. It was working fine for the last 10 minutes now then went off again and won't connect at all.

    @DensityGuru @Surgaee @st3ventough I rang them today and virgin media apparently don’t do anything about your ping jittering as they don’t offer ping or some **** , I jitter to 150-400 ping for at least 10 hours everyday and can only somewhat play at 1-8 am . Other than that I lag constantly

    @virginmedia customer loyalty team encouraged me to stay, never received and email with my new costs on, chased with them and told its in the system to be done.. my bill was double this month and has gone out of my bank!!!! Would someone like to look into this as it is a breach!
