@virginmedia The connection drops at the router, and on all devices. Your chat function in the app is rubbish as they always say “you’ll need to phone” this you end up repeating yourself. Apparently there is no issues - there is! I’d leave u back to sky 2mrw if I wasn’t stuck in a contract!

8 yrs with @virginmedia -numerous internet problems & no actual working phone for over 6 of those yrs, we finally decide to leave. After 30 mins on hold we’re told it will take a further 1hr on hold to get to the cancellation dept who will then require 30 days notice 😡 #rubbish

@virginmedia Hi yeah I sign in on my virgin and say there is a problem with the broadband and said that I need to run these tests first which I have done but now the WiFi is just going off and on every 3 minutes

@virginmedia Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, I was charged full price for a partial service. There was a very angry manager who was not interested at all. I cancelled the contract and moved to Sky instead.

@virginmedia I have tried but can't get through to a human (please see my earlier tweets). Last week I got an engineer booked in to attend Wednesday but you cancelled it on Tuesday because you "have fixed the problem" even though I hadn't been able to tell you what the problem was
