Call 1 today:45mn disconnected Call 2 today:40mn disconnected Call 3 now:21mn so far no answer Recorded messages telling you to go online, you go online and it's telling you to call. 🤬 What's the point of the social media account if you can't help?

    @lillyt72 @virginmedia Lilly, sorry to hear you still have problems. Was probably one of the last customer on the phone last night & was 1st to be visited today at 8am. The tech changed the hub, did some things in the hub, don't think the speed is any better but haven't noticed any drop today (yet)

    @lillyt72 @virginmedia Seems a LOT of people are experiencing the drops for whatever reasons!! Just checked my last bill! £140 for what service??? No answer, poor Internet! Etc No wonder why @richardbranson is a billionaire who doesn't give it $h!t 🤬🤬

    @virginmedia Yesterday I reported a problem with my landlines and was kept on hold for over 40 minutes before giving up. I tried again later in the day ...this time for only 35 minutes to no avail. I am currently using my mobile phone but still holding.. now 30 minutes..help.

    @lillyt72 @virginmedia Partial Results after 1h20mn! Guy said he can see I've been issues for a while now! Tech coming tomorrow morning between 7am and 12pm. And I'm also getting the WiFi boosters for free....

    @bluejambo1874 @virginmedia Having had problems at least 3 4 or 5 times every year for over 10 years with my tv and broadband and now my landline, I think it's time for a change. Oh @virginmedia you are such a let down.

    @ThirdSectorLab @virginmedia I had a similar frustrating experience with Virgin Media a couple of weeks ago. I was on a loop of nonsense via text messages for over a week. I resorted to calling again and selecting the option “thinking of leaving”, 10 mins later - problem solved. Terrible customer service.

    @virginmedia I have tried to phone you several times to fix my tv service over the last 3 weeks and the automated service keeps telling me everything is fine. This is beyond a joke. Please let me speak to a human being today please!!!!

    @virginmedia are you guys serious! You set my account up with a credit limit lower than my package cost so it suspends my services for 20 days, when my bill is paid or make me pay it early! And nobody can rectify it! Over 12+ years a customer for this.

    The WiFi in this house is so bad. A full five minutes to load a single webpage 😭 thanks virgin media, about as useful as a chocolate kettle.

    Hey @virginmedia, since your technician came out to do a new install, he’s disconnected my old provider, we can’t now use, u never turned up yesterday as promised. Now tell me wait until 13/5 for services. Terrible service

    Cancelled @virginmedia today because they wanted to double the price because the deal ran out. Double the price for the exact same service! So I'm now hunting out the best broadband deal. I love a project!

    hey @virginmedia how long do I have to wait on the phone before someone answers my call? This is the 3rd day I’ve spent on hold for at least 1 hour+ without answer. No one is responding to text chat either. Is it because you know I want to cancel due to soaring price rises?
