@virginmedia been on the phone 1hour. 10 mins 2 departments both passed me on trying to get technical help, line went dead ,now waiting again 20 mins in. Wouldn’t mind I have gone for a bigger package not trying to cancel .

@virginmedia Why cant someone just ring me so I can actually explain what the problem is. When I try and light in it does not recognize my mothers maiden name and I'm sure I have got that right so then I cant get any further

@virginmedia The number used 01455443469 in the UK. They said they had detected problems on our router & wanted to help. They asked me to enter a web site. Having spent almost 40 years in IT I felt it was wrong. The router does have slow moments but I had not reported it.

@virginmedia Please could you provide an update as to why there’s no internet in the Wilmslow area again? I rely greatly on broadband to carry out my job, it’s unacceptable for this to happen without warning, time and time again, with no idea of when the service will resume.

@virginmedia My problem is I'm paying for it and it's not working as it should. I wouldn't mind getting the pods if it was an issue I've caused or my responsibility. The WiFi is so bad it disconnects from phones and laptop. My Xbox 360 was in the same spot and I never had such issues.

@virginmedia did all the usual came down to a faulty hub and was advised to go on a forum and make a post. Thought i would wait till the cab is fixed till I take the matter further. if the hub is faulty i will request a new one and have to put up with a script reading phone clown AGAIN
