    @virginmedia No, basically I upgraded my BB a few months ago and the service actually has got worse. I now struggle to maintain a signal in upstairs rooms and Netflix etc constant drop outs

    @virginmedia I understand that but in the meantime I'm paying top whack for a sub standard service effecting BB and t.v. with no resolution date, not really good service

    Never, i repeat NEVER use @virginmedia, they are the most dogshit, unreliable service ive ever had to use. They boast they are the 'fastest most reliable connection', when they are infact the slowest ive ever used, train wifi is infact faster than your shambles of a network.

    @virginmedia Anyway. That evening it didn’t. Sat on phone to you guys for ages. Told software stuck between transition but new remotes would help. Once remotes received I could go onto apps and download 360 thing. Remotes have come. Error messages the same. Cannot get on to anything in apps

    @virginmedia I can't get thru to anyone on the phone, I just get 3 options I don't want but pressed each of them anyway to try and reach some1 with no luck. The "contact us" section of the site sends me round in a big circle until I'm right back where I started. Can sum1 help?
