    @virginmedia Well Done @virginmedia you have hit all time low customer service standards in my eyes. I presume my call was in relation to my compliant but after no introduction to the call Im unsure. In short, point blank refused to call back at a time I wasnt eating my dinner and hung up!!😡

    So broadband is down and has been all yesterday and today so check status shows No known issues, so call @virginmedia only to be told expected fix date is 13th!!!!!! A week in this day and age!!!! Unbelieveable!!! #FinalStraw been a loyal customer but service has been poor lately

    Things I have done whilst currently being on hold waiting to speak to @virginmedia (all true) Had a shower Made a cup of Tea Heated up and eaten my dinner Things I plan to do now.... Take a long weekend break Get married.......again Switch to a new supplier.....hang Up!!!!!!

    @virginmedia I have one phone.. My husband has one phone.. neither of them can receive a call or make a call from most parts of the house. Calls drop if we move away from doors or front window upstairs. I'll try text support.

    When @virginmedia answer your call just before 9pm then tell you their system gets ‘shut off’ at 9pm so Aapparently now I have to wait for the computer to restart.. 🤔🙄 Then they just hang up. Same old customer service 🙄

    @virginmedia All I wanted was broadband but they kept telling me different stories that I did not know what they was saying I have never had broadband with virgin so now I am with sky they just helped me and not lecture so now my neighbours have not got virgin in protest

    Apparently lots of people in the area having frequent @virginmedia mobile calls where only one party can hear any sound and need to restart call. Seems to be a major issue. I wonder if this is a money spinner for Virgin as you need to make another call.

    @virginmedia how come whenever I raise a complaint and ask you to email me back (from your options), you claim to call me back (but I never have a missed call on my Virgin mobile) and then close the complaint as I can't respond. Still waiting for my refund for loss of service btw

    @virginmedia are being so useless right now. tried fixing my internet issue since saturday. just called for the 5th time as its dropping out again during stream and then got hung up on...called back and waited 15 minutes then they hung up on me AGAIN. sort it out ffs.
