    I cannot believe that our @virginmedia internet is down AGAIN. (Same issue last week) Working from home is made nearly impossible by these jokers and not a wird of apology. With a holiday coming up I have a lot to do, @virginmedia are doing their best to increase this work load.

    So far it has taken me 3 days just to confirm that I do need help from @virginmedia using the message function on the app. I’ve spoken with three different people and they each take a day to reply. I just need a new remote as mine has stopped working! I pay enough each month

    @virginmedia Yes of course several times by phone, mail & complaint. They essentially told me I should contact the company you use to deliver the TV to find out what happened. I told them they (Virgin) should be doing that, not me wasting more of my time !!
