    @virginmedia your customer service is appalling! I need to cancel my contract as moving and nobody is answering the phones. I used the text number and went through a long exchange of messages only to be told I needed to phone!! I have been trying to get through for the past month

    @rabbiton @virginmedia We had such trouble with them too. 3 times we were let down. One chap claimed he couldn’t climb up a ladder for H&S reasons but knew a chap who would for an extra £50. We had to complain multiple times. Hope they offer you some compensation.

    I cannot believe that our @virginmedia internet is down AGAIN. (Same issue last week) Working from home is made nearly impossible by these jokers and not a wird of apology. With a holiday coming up I have a lot to do, @virginmedia are doing their best to increase this work load.

    @virginmedia The person I spoke with was very arrogant on the phone and was reading off a script. No help just said there was no record. We have problems with our internet daily and I try to work from home but I always end up in a local coffee shop using their internet that is #btinternet

    @EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

    @virginmedia I changed my direct debit date to 30th of each month and you failed to tell me it wasn’t going to be effective until next months billing cycle. Now I have charges from my bank. Not a good experience, especially as a new customer. I want my bank charges refunding

    @virginmedia Yes I have and the call handler was very nice. This issue has been going on for a very long time and I don't feel it's fair as I have a very demanding job, 2 kids so I don't feel I should have to chase this all the time!

    @virginmedia @nikuksoc Usage increased... quality of service decreased! Can't even call Customer Services at 6.30pm on a Sat night anymore! No increases justified, you are just rip-off merchants, your tech is crap, worse broadband in the country. You should be reducing prices for being so f'n useless!!

    @virginmedia I simply wanted to close my account. Tried all day yesterday via WhatsApp but had no reply other than you’re in a queue. Spoke to 4 people today, got hung up on twice then almost bullied into not cancelling. I can honestly say it’s one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had!

    @linannlum @virginmedia Cancel the direct debit and send them a cancellation email. Hopefully that will help especially when they don’t get any money.
