    @virginmedia Oh now this is the clincher, I can’t make a complaint online because the account has been disconnected. So when I login it tells me I don’t have access to that page. It’s almost like VM don’t want disgruntled former customers tearing them a new backside in their complaints.

    @virginmedia Tried this I’m in charge of his account which took over 2 hours to sort out in February paperwork all supplied the annoying thing is this keeps going back and forth thinking of cancelling Virgin altogether maybe I should just cancel the direct debit then you’d be quick to reply!
