@rabbiton @virginmedia We had such trouble with them too. 3 times we were let down. One chap claimed he couldn’t climb up a ladder for H&S reasons but knew a chap who would for an extra £50. We had to complain multiple times. Hope they offer you some compensation.

@EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

I cannot believe that our @virginmedia internet is down AGAIN. (Same issue last week) Working from home is made nearly impossible by these jokers and not a wird of apology. With a holiday coming up I have a lot to do, @virginmedia are doing their best to increase this work load.

@virginmedia @UneekClowds We had this yesterday and the engineer didn’t even turn up. One minute it’s an area fault, then its@fixed, then it’s off again and now they say it’s fixed when it’s not! Think I will cancel and go back to sky. Didn’t leave them for this stress.

@virginmedia Wow, never run a phone out of battery while waiting on hold before! So far, you cut off on call one after 1 hour 8 minutes. The battery goes after 23 minutes on call two. Now on second phone and currently waiting 28 minutes. Rubbish service. Do NOT recommend!

@virginmedia Right now @virginmedia you are messing with my work routine. It’s one thing to have bad service , but another to claim to have working internet which basically drops off at any moment. Totally and utterly unacceptable. I want out ! Now!
