@VirginMediaCorp It was, however the way I saw it I had a contract. Obviously it's written in the small print nobody reads that it can be changed at any time. Different story if I was to stop paying it altogether! Just left a very bad taste in the mouth and a mistrust of all things Virgin Media

@virginmedia Oh now this is the clincher, I can’t make a complaint online because the account has been disconnected. So when I login it tells me I don’t have access to that page. It’s almost like VM don’t want disgruntled former customers tearing them a new backside in their complaints.

@virginmedia Nope, no local errors. Had to reset “super” hub and redo the wireless signals and passwords. I think you guys really need to update the hubs for long term customers, the old ones just aren’t fit for purpose.

@virginmedia I have finally managed to terminate, the only party that kept to the agreement over 10 years was me by paying my bills on time no matter how bad things got. 2 hrs to terminate a contract is a disgrace. Would i recommend VM . Oh No.
