@virginmedia 18.40. I got a text saying service was fixed and if I was still having issues to switch it off for 30 minutes, I left it off for 45.

@riddmj @virginmedia I’ve also tried making a complaint online and it won’t send that either so you can’t do anything online or on the phone so if you cut people of what you going to do then just apologise. Because it’s not fair if you do actually do that.

@virginmedia had an absolutely waste of time phone call with Jay from your customer service today. Been with yourselves for 9 years and he was not prepared to assist me in the slightest to try and work out a better deal. Clearly customer loyalty means nothing to you.

@virginmedia It’s not in the area but then if I can’t report a fault I guess no one else can! I do have a dial tone and as soon as I dial it tells me to hang up. I expect that happens when you don’t pay the bill but I pay by direct debit.Spent days waiting for a response on WhatsApp

@virginmedia Called 4 times this week and on each occasion the line got cut off. No call back. No apology. Just hours wasted on calls. Absolutely terrible customer service. I’ve literally been with Virgin Media for 3 weeks and can’t recall a worse service in all my life.
