    @virginmedia Well since our exchange I’ve now been asked my problem and same security questions by an automated text bot 3 times with no actual response. Now the internet has just gone off again during the football. Think I’ll stop recommending @virginmedia to people now.

    @virginmedia utterly appalling service from Virgin Media. Internet completely down the other day and now problematic to say the least. Tried phoning earlier and gave up after half an hour. Just tried again and gave up after 35 mins. What has happened to the service? It’s awful

    @virginmedia why are you ignoring my tweets on the other thread you started? On your advice been trying to get support over SMS but it just goes in a continuous loop of the same questions for 4 days?!! You also don’t answer your phone or live chat? How do I actually get help?

    @virginmedia Not being rude but I have explained it more than once to various people at Virgin media, who really can't come up with a solution and I feel that they're not really interested in doing so either, I feel as if I'm just another customer who is just not getting what I'm paying for😩

    @virginmedia He has a letter as a review. So we need to speak to someone to cancel it. He’s being charged each month according to this letter. Goodness knows how long for.

    @virginmedia Still keeps going off. Has been like this for months now. Has gone off twice this evening. Can’t get hold of anyone. Self service goes in circles. Just need to speak to someone who will listen to the issue. It has to be network level. 2 engineers have confirmed our setup is fine.

    Working from home over the past few days has been so tricky,our expensive M100 fibre broadband has been so slow that I had to resort to using my 4 G , tonight is 5 th evening in a row on hold for over an hour #virginmedia please can you help ? Important NHS meetings tomorrow !

    @virginmedia This is the exact problem. Your agents deny there is an issue in the area. A recent social media post revealed many people in our neighbourhood have the same issue. All your agents want to do is ‘send signals’ to our router and restart our router. Nobody taking issue seriously.

    @virginmedia awful customer service in my experience. Been trying to cancel contract since yesterday with no success! On line chat refer to team but they don’t respond and phone lines cut you off after 55 minutes of holding on!

    @virginmedia so am missing the football again - about the third time now in about 6 weeks. Engineers have replaced all cables and router but refuse to accept it’s a network issue. How do I actually progress this or speak to someone who cares?

    @virginmedia But she can't contact you via mobile as you ended her contract! The guy on the landline 'helpline' was rude to her as no doubt tried to sell her a new contract & at 80 she hasn't got a clue what any of it means! How can it be so hard to get a PAC number?

    @virginmedia I have to wait a further 10 days!! It was promised to be installed on 9th March. Poor excuse after excuse and not one apology or phone call! I have had to ring daily and been on the phone 40 minutes each time. Disgusting customer service

    @virginmedia I’m a new customer and just received my router today for quick installation. However I’m still without internet. I’ve never had virgin installed whilst I have occupied the house, however there is an NTL box that I have my cable connected to. I was told it can take 24hours

    @virginmedia Yes. I was offered a further reduction in October bringing my bill down from £26 to £23. I agreed and asked if that would be the price for the term of a new contract and was told yes. I have no checked and 2 of the offers (which say 18 months next to them) end a lot earlier
