    @virginmedia that time when your Virgin mobile has be out for over 24hrs and the support manager is to call you back within 60mins, and that was 90mins! This is not great service 😢

    @virginmedia Yes I called back after another 30mins, apparently I have to wait another 48hrs, due to a mistake or issue with your systems, not impressed...

    @virginmedia And when I have tried to call for a real customer service issue (virgin tv remote) been told nothing can be done , eventually sent replacement, its an old used scruffy unit , that only works partially.

    Sincerely disappointed with @virginmedia 's service. I pay >£100 a month for a broadband that doesn't work at a most crucial time of the year (Christmas), when people are stuck at home this winter because of COVID. 3 times down this week & another day before engineers "fix" 🙁

    2/2 Your customer service is abysmal. All you try to do is revert them to the online problem solving page which i guarantee everyone has already attempted before calling virgin media. I pay £92 a month to virgin media but i will cancel my direct debit if this isn't fixed soon.

    @virginmedia We have done this every time it plays up and advised to by your customer service team. We have also had two new boxes installed. And it is still not a good enough service and I was told I was not allowed to speak to a manager on the phone.

    @virginmedia as your customer service team keep hanging up can somebody contact me as a matter of urgency to terminate my contract please. Had ongoing issues for 5 weeks and still nobody able to help.

    @virginmedia The bot is a waste of time, same questions get same answers. In q for someone to talk to, never happens. Now I need some action, I will be calling for a refund this month. All text no action..

    @virginmedia I have moved house. My new router hasn't shown up (delayed with yodel apparently). So I've plugged in my older hub3, and that's not connecting at all. And yes I've done everything on your website help section. And after over 100 minutes of hold time I'm still waiting...
