@virginmedia that time when your Virgin mobile has be out for over 24hrs and the support manager is to call you back within 60mins, and that was 90mins! This is not great service 😢

@virginmedia Still not resolved. day 13 and counting. There is no ongoing ticket as said above. When doing a service outage check it says the area is fine, but when testing it it says there is an outage.

.@virginmedia tried your WhatsApp supports, you agents took literally 20 hours to reply and ended the chat after I didn't reply for 5 mins. Now I have to start the entire wait again. This is insane, do you really think it's acceptable to treat customers this way?

@virginmedia Will do. Its a complaint regarding your password policy for virgin media email. This day and age an 10 character limit and no special characters is not adequate at all. A family member is having to repeatedly re-protect their account from malicious actors.
