    @virginmedia I told them repeatedly that I did not believe that a booster would work. Even when I would be required to pay for one. The speed at the hub as you can see in WiFi is poor so you tell me.

    @virginmedia I'm in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire and have internet problem. V6 box is ok for accessing apps but I can't connect to prime video Netflix or now tv.

    @virginmedia that time when your Virgin mobile has be out for over 24hrs and the support manager is to call you back within 60mins, and that was 90mins! This is not great service 😢

    @virginmedia It was. At 23.30 last night it was still saying it would be fixed by 21.06 June 2nd, which it obviously wasn't so not very helpful. I'd signed up for the text msg service and their estimated fix time at that point was 09.30 June 3rd. So all in all, regional check wasn't much use.

No explanation. No service. No refund unless this farce continues for 2 days. Will be changing provider ASAP.

    @virginmedia I've not had broadband all day and now the services portal is saying an estimated fix time of 11:06pm TOMORROW. What is this shambles. I work from home and so two days impacted now. Can you give any update besides what your shocking services portal gives?
