@virginmedia trying to log into account. Won't accept details. When I complete the 'forgotten password/username' form it forwards me to a page that says 'Ooops, something' s broken'. No DM function for you, either.

@virginmedia That's never been offered to us when we've called. We've spent £60+ buying 2 boosters of our own, whilst telephone operators have assured us that our current router and plan should be enough to cover.

Really disappointing from @SkyUK. Satellite not working. Need engineer to fix. Not available until 13th August at earliest. Really unsure what the point of paying premium is if service delay is this long??? (> than 14 day maximum). @virginmedia @btsport could you do better?

@virginmedia Our broadband (Rugby area CV23) has been out of action since yesterday morning. I received a text to say it is fixed but it isn’t - the website says ETA for fix is 4pm today. The communication on this is very poor.

@virginmedia The internet just decides to stop working when it feels like it. I work in HR so am on back to back calls most days. Today I had 3 interviews that I missed half of because the internet cut out. I had an email recently saying the broadband and been upgraded but it’s been awful

@virginmedia Nothing works, I've disconnected the power on both, held down reset on the hub and nothing changes. Stuck on the start up screen with a blue solid light and a flashing red on the tv and a green flashing light on the hub. Seriously why not just have turn it off like every1 else😡

@virginmedia So, this mistake has been resolved very quickly by someone via virgin app this morning. Credit where credit is due. They apologised, applied a rolling credit to the account to cover the monthly cost, and refunded the postage and installation charges. Let's hope this fix works

@virginmedia We have. I will have to call again as we have done all the generic things on the website and on the phone. It's a long standing issue. The signal just doesn't seem strong enough, despite upgrading our package.

@virginmedia ongoing issue for months. Engineer finally sent last Monday. Still issues today. On hold for 54 mins before line goes dead. Ring back to be offered a link of no use and told lines are closed. Really helpful. Thanks.
