    Mum ask me why I hadn’t responded to her email, I told her I had, turns out @virginmedia ‘s email servers didn’t like mine and dropped the connection after HELO so the email response never left my house. Probably SPF or something like that I guess.

    @virginmedia call dropped AGAIN 3rd time today from technical support, can’t use your online service as it’s saying I am no longer a customer but thanks for taking my bill payment today. That’s another 4 hours I won’t get back why is it so impossible to actually get some help?!?

    @virginmedia @Nicebikeman1 Hi @virginmedia how can we speak to them if they are not answering! Feels like you do it on purpose so you can charge people for claiming they have the notice after 30 days, when you just not allowed them to cancel if no one answer and there is no other way!

    @virginmedia @nataschaandsons I can't watch sky sports through the virgin go app, it takes me to the sky sports app but it won't let me sign in using my virgin account. I've rang and had numerous conversations with people about it and I can't seem to fix the issue.

    @virginmedia your costomer service is an absolute shambles. Great media service but unfortunatley not matched by how they treat their customers. over 6 hours on whatsapp chat trying to review/ renew my contract. Unsuccessfully, folloewed by another 2 hours on a call today😤

    @virginmedia I called in Sept to cancel. Was told it would end in line with my contract in October. I called in October to confirm and was told packaging would be sent out for my box. I was still charged in Oct and Nov. Had a case raised after calling many more times
