    @virginmedia call dropped AGAIN 3rd time today from technical support, can’t use your online service as it’s saying I am no longer a customer but thanks for taking my bill payment today. That’s another 4 hours I won’t get back why is it so impossible to actually get some help?!?

    Mum ask me why I hadn’t responded to her email, I told her I had, turns out @virginmedia ‘s email servers didn’t like mine and dropped the connection after HELO so the email response never left my house. Probably SPF or something like that I guess.

    @virginmedia for anyone thinking of getting virgin internet please don’t. Promise quick internet but what they don’t tell you it will keep crashing and the WiFi constantly drops out. The support team just want to charge extra to put right

    @virginmedia honestly could your customer service be any worst. Called up wanting to upgrade my broadband and take out a TV and Phone package. After 1h 40m on phone, I have cancelled my broadband after 3 years with you. Joke of a company.

    @virginmedia Hi there, unfortunately no. I wasn't able to even load the page for a long while. We've tried everything to help our internet. When I did ask someone for help, they simply told me 'Too many people are on the servers currently' which isn't really helpful when its been a month.

    @virginmedia I’m currently on a 2nd phone call to speak to an advisor. The 1st call ended with. That should have your problem resolved. HOW. Unreal service. So since midday Sunday to now. No help. At all.
