@virginmedia I had an error code on my box so you delivered a new one with no new remote , I activated the box followed the instructions and it will not complete the set up so no services can be used on that box called for tech help which he wasn’t able to resolve . No engineer still

@virginmedia Yes, 9.15 pm as I previously stated, it's now 10.15 and still no line, and apparently they're doing work tomorrow as well so who knows when myself or my mum will have access to a landline, if mum needs me in an emergency she's out of luck isn't she, she's 87 and only has a phone!

@virginmedia I normally work from home due to disability. I have no broadband due to a possible hub fault and earliest repair appointment is Tuesday. Are you going to compensate lack of service? I’ve had endless problems over the last 18 months and never a priority response.
