    @virginmedia That is a joke - as I want to take @virginmedia with me - so are you saying I should be choosing a house based on virgin media’s’ service ??? it’s not my fault you don’t service the area.... why am I being penalised ? You are breaking the contract by not providing the service.

    @virginmedia trying to cancel Sky Sports for my mum after my fathers death. Repeatedly On hold for 50 mins each time then you hang up. No facility to do it online!! Any help.

    @virginmedia yet more appealing service from @virginmedia firstly you fail to transfer names@of an account holder and then, when you do, you get it wrong and cut me off. 30 minutes to get a call answered, absolutely disgraceful.

    @virginmedia Could you please highlight exactly what clause you want me to read ? I am a disabled mother of 3 with her daughter needing internet for gcse - which You can’t provide- she needs internet to study. I am NOT cancelling contract - you are - by not providing service that I pay for

    @virginmedia Eventually I looked at my phone and saw that they'd replied after 3 hours. I saw it half an hour later and replied but they then weren't talking to me. The next day I called up and got through after 3 minutes. Using covid as an excuse for poor service is awful.

    @virginmedia You’re call centre is not helpful. I’ve spent 2.5 weeks trying to contact you. I am not cancelling the contract - you are- it’s not my fault you don’t provide my new house but you expect me ti@oay £300+ To cancel a contract that I want to keep- you r cancelling. Not me.

    @virginmedia The outcome of the call was what I wanted. I mean your pour service telling people to sit online for 4 hours waiting for someone to talk to me rather than call your call centres. If I'd called up straight away I'd not have needed to tweet you. You didn't even tweet back quickly.

    @virginmedia great service from your sales team over the phone as your website crashed when ordering. But needed to talk to CS to get them to cancel the order that was partially done before website crashed. But accordingly CS they can’t see it. Ant it would take them 7 days 1/2

    @virginmedia hello, so I had the carpet fitters round yesterday. Unfortunately, they’ve managed to break my virgin hub (the bit where you plug the ariel bit in is snapped). I’ve been on the painful website. No luck in finding out how to send it off or get it replaced. Please help

    Thanks @virginmedia tried to stream for once and even trying to upload a video instead but your crap internet for the last month or so has been a joke so inconsistent and randomly being down not even at peak times either complete **** at the moment might just have to move on 👍
