    @kev21261 @mrdanwalker The fact that many people Iive in poverty is not a reason to abolish the BBC licence fee. A commercial service, would be far more expensive and provide far less content (just look at Sky, Virgin Media and BT Sport). And funding through adverts would reduce the income for ITV & C4

    And broadband gone down again this afternoon @virginmedia. Will these intermittent outages be sorted after BH weekend? Not always looking at my phone so no idea of it’s been on and off all day. I imagine yes. Why is @BBCNews only reporting the Vodafone broadband issues?

    @11_konrad @virginmedia Well, I’m in a contract now. Been very good for me until the past few days. Potentially moving home in a few months so I will cancel the contract and change provider then.

    @virginmedia This has crashed again although no lights on any of the boxes or pod - try to call and can’t get through - try to use the app to see if there is an outage and that isn’t working either….sort it out as trying to WFH

    More @virginmedia issues again this evening. I have no broadband. Website says no TV but broadband is ok. Not for me. Honestly I paid for 3 months when I wasn’t in the UK. When I return to the UK, I’ve had more issues than it’s worked! Surely I need some refund now?!

    Today, after 20 years as a customer and £15000+ in bills, I terminated my Virgin Media account because my new home isn't covered by them. My final bill will be £240+ as a penalty for moving to an area they don't cover yet. It's in the contract but can't help feeling ripped off.

    @virginmedia is there anyone I can talk to to get a broadband issue sorted. I don’t want a list of numbers to choose from, I don’t want a reset whenever I call I want a human to talk to that knows how to resolve an issue and I most definitely do NOT want to be told to press reset
