Three formal complaints to @virginmedia and three promises of a returned call within 24 hours. 3 fails out of 3. At least your appalling service is consistent

@virginmedia The new box arrived, and the WiFi sorted itself out for now at least. The boosters are still generating the old network also. I’m planning on leaving everything as it is till it goes wrong again, then I’ll call.

  • clc_505 Claire Louise ✨ (@clc_505) reported

@virginmedia I have still not working

  • originalblez Originalblez (@originalblez) reported

@virginmedia I just read all your small print for new customers and it says if you downgrade anything from the bundle you choose then you will be put on “standard” rates. So this again comes down to the luck of what your initial bundle offer was

  • Hmchatterton Helen Chatterton (@Hmchatterton) reported

@virginmedia Will do much appreciated. The email I received about returning the equipment said I have 9 days to return then I would be charged £75. A cynical charge from @virginmedia setting customer up to fail to return equipment that virgin don’t really want back?

  • Abi_Grant1 Abi Grant 🇺🇦 (@Abi_Grant1) reported

@virginmedia forwarding a Jubilee newsletter, Virgin flagged it as spam & suspicious and locked my account. Helpline can't help. Tech tm require 48 hrs to get back to me. Why are you monitoring the content of my emails? Who asked you to? Why is it so hard to unlock my account?

  • Flawlessonline1 aimee hope (@Flawlessonline1) reported

@virginmedia They have corrected price now issue I have now is they haven’t ported number for virgin sim to o2 sim like they said and now I’m concerned I’m going to get two bills I’m through to mobile team now and they telling me to call o2 but this was a virgin media issue

  • originalblez Originalblez (@originalblez) reported

@virginmedia We can only hope.I suspect I’ll be told to get back in my little customer box. It would be great to see honest and transparent marketing, though - not hiding in small print and trapping customers.

  • spandya1 Sandeep Pandya (@spandya1) reported

@virginmedia …with my original order. But no one bothered to inform me. Again today on chat and WhatsApp for hours and still, the matter isn’t addressed. I’m actually wanting to establish a new agreement - this service is diabolical and putting me off!

  • Lotharemas Lotharemas (@Lotharemas) reported

  • SatonmyButt Zec Richardson (@SatonmyButt) reported

So no more TV service for us, we cancelled with @virginmedia as we are struggling financially. We are using iPlayer, ITVHub etc but I am losing track of what we watch & it's a pain in the arse but needs must!
