@virginmedia you claim we get 100 whatever’s per second. So tell me. Why my internet doesn’t work. I can’t stay on a zoom as my “internet is unstable” and live tv “jumps” not streams. You sent somebody to resolve last time. It’s now repeated this behaviour again. Why do that?
-
Clare (@meclareyb) reported from Birmingham, England
Very pleased to publicly announce we are leaving virgin media. I have never known such a diabolical internet service - current situation our 100mb per whatever it is means our internet is unstable for any zoom session. Utterly ridiculous. Hoorah for us 🙌🏻

dean condliffe 🏴 (@DeanCondliffe) reported from Birmingham, England
@virginmedia Poor internet. 500+ disconnections in a week when I’m paying for the highest package. Tried to downgrade package to save money, told I can’t. List is endless & all on file, supposedly!
-
Roger Leitch (@notdodgy) reported from Solihull, England
@virginmedia once again on demand not working. How are you supposed to watch a sky movies film when it stops every 10 seconds to spin a wheel for 10 seconds. Service checker says its fine and the box has been rebooted.
-
dean condliffe 🏴 (@DeanCondliffe) reported from Birmingham, England
@virginmedia No. This whole conversation is about VM saying they will contact me to discuss my complaint and VM thinking it’s ok not to call and the complaint will just fizzle out. Do you have an email address I can write to please?
-
Riz 🌹🇬🇧 (@___Mezzala) reported from Birmingham, England
CANNOT WAIT until we leave @VirginMedia in a few months time. Non stop internet issues for months now. I’d urge everyone to swerve Virgin Media. Better companies out there who do more and cost less.
-
Roger Leitch (@notdodgy) reported from Solihull, England
@virginmedia our broadband is down flashing green light. The service page has a fault shown but check status says its working fine. You need diagnostics for your diagnostics...
-
Roger Leitch (@notdodgy) reported from Solihull, England
@virginmedia Postcode was entered and I was logged in. Running a test reported no problem.
-
dean condliffe 🏴 (@DeanCondliffe) reported from Birmingham, England
@virginmedia Still waiting on a call from 26th April. Spoke to customer services several times. No success. Really annoying that it’s so difficult for somebody to pick the phone up and talk. Perhaps VM know that they are in the wrong. @Ofcom thoughts? Always collect payments in time eh, Dean

W1NGNUT (@Rob_Hicks) reported from Birmingham, England
@virginmedia Doesn't matter now, we've terminated the contract and joined Three home broadband. I just think it's disgusting that a customer of over 10 years doesn't get offered a deal as good as a new customer.
-
Steve Whittington (@stevewhittbrum) reported from Birmingham, England
@virginmedia still not received service. Cut off twice in last two calls having waited a long time to get through. How can you resolve please ?
-
Roger Leitch (@notdodgy) reported from Solihull, England
@virginmedia It's not faulty. It's not a wifi or broadband issue. You don't have enough backhaul capacity.
-
Aqeel Butt (@akz147) reported from Birmingham, England
@virginmedia here’s my complaint reference .. C-280522210 .. let me know how much of a shite you still don’t give.. you over charged me again after telling me you’re not.. you’re worse the @BorisJohnson #broadband #virginmedia
-
dean condliffe 🏴 (@DeanCondliffe) reported from Birmingham, England
@virginmedia They lied and told me that they had called the house phone. They hadn’t. They updated my contact number to my mobile. I chased this 4 days later and was told my number had been updated and the complaint was still open and I will receive a call. Guess what?
-
dean condliffe 🏴 (@DeanCondliffe) reported from Birmingham, England
@Kimothy_roll @virginmedia @Ofcom It’s just really poor customer relations. To not respond to a complaint. Only interested in taking your money, once they have that they no longer care.
-
Neil A (@Neil982) reported from Birmingham, England
@virginmedia hi Virgin, I've come to the end of my 18 month broadband/TV contract and I'd like to cancel please. How do I go about that? Thank you.

-
Aaron (@AaronAlluyn) reported from Birmingham, England
@virginmedia @itsonlymegs virgin says tv had issues but nothing about internet.. Our internet has been unusable all week, I've been unable to attend any work meetings due to the extremely poor internet quality.. So what's up with that, whole week of trouble but guess I'll just pay as usual..

@virginmedia We had an engineer out on Friday, who fixed the problem straight away. How do I claim compensation for the 4 days we were without any internet?
-
Jellyfish Supreme (@dinosaur_batman) reported
@virginmedia my router keeps dropping signal, I can't get through on the phone and the web chat refuses to load. Also been trying to change package and it just directs me to the non-functional web chat.
-
Kayleigh Blaker (@KayleighBlaker) reported
@virginmedia had a rude sales guy who couldn’t confirm my name and wouldn’t prove he was calling from you! Yet expected me to agree a ‘deal’ then prove who he was! I wasn’t agreeing anything without it as I pay you a lot! Really unprofessional. Is 01280 333032 a number you use?
-

@virginmedia I swear if your sale team call me one more time I will be extremely unpleasant to them and I will be cancelling my service with you!! 2 calls every day for the last week is unacceptable!l, I said no, and no means no!! Let me spell it out: N. O. Spells NO!!! #No

@virginmedia Can you confirm engineers have been dispatched to fix the issue and also what time timeframe is for a fix.
-
Rebecca Batchelor (@Becky_Batch) reported
@virginmedia I could cry how bad your customer services are. Your call centre staff are TERRIBLE. I have a simple request that I have been trying to get resolved since December and no one can or explain why! I am at the point of DESPAIR
-
Filippo (@FilCros) reported
@virginmedia I called your customer service multiple times to no avail…council actually had already provided consent to the works (according to Virgin) which adds to my frustration!!!
-
Paul (@apnicholl) reported
@virginmedia Well, find the customer service absolutely calamitous. I had a letter notifying me of increased costs so I could cancel my service. This was early Feb. Since then I have called about 5 times to confirm the cencellation and each time there is no record, although you record all?
