    I’ve reached the end of my patience with the @VirginMediaIE broadband service. It is supposed to be 100mb broadband, nothing remotely close to it. It won’t even work through plasterboard walls in an apartment. My advice, stay away from it, save your money. #Broadband #VirginMedia

    @virginmedia Have been checking...but no fault reported in the area. The network logs show the T3 timeout error notice has been occurring regularly since my last technician visit. Also I note that my 5ghz network gets goo speed, however my 2.4ghz WiFi rarely gets better than 10mbs.

    @virginmedia @virginhelp i was asking for my additional box in my bedroom to be cancelled as i never use it and have the steaming device instead after the problems i have had with broadband and tv and 2 technicians out in 2 weeks - there is nothing you can do? so much for being a 7 years loyal customer
