    @virginmedia It doesn't. No changes made. I had major problems setting this up, it went through someone in your complaints department and they had to do something manual to set the package I was on up. Clearly, even they are incapable. I've had TV for a few months, then it's just gone off.

    @virginmedia A laughable statement in all honesty you're known for terrible service, demonstrated by the line "Package changes". Who said package changes? I have a TV package, I signed up for, have a contract for and have been using since June. It's disappeared your end, I have the docs.

    @virginmedia With respect, your customer service advisors are useless. As is the technology for contacting them. As per my initial message. Last time I went through this I was booked a chat appointment by your twitter team with someone who specifically handled the complaint.

    @virginmedia Your company is awful. I’ve called today waited 10min to the worst hold music only to be cut off. Call back to be told your closed now then state you are open between 9-6. Why are you deliberately obstructive?

    Another day in the life of a @virginmedia customer. TV showing fault. Ran online diagnostics, didn't fix. Site says to call. Call. Go through menu, TV, fault... sends me a text with a link to online diagnostics, says "thanks for calling" and hangs up. Worst. Company. Ever.

    @syeporter180 @virginmedia I’m on virgin and it’s not that great Sye, I was going to sky before I renewed but had the same problem as you because I’d of had to wait months for BT to install a cable so just stuck to the devil I know in the end

    HOWEVER. And there is always one - this does not excuse the appalling treatment I recieved from @virginmedia customer service who basically acted to shut me down rather than to correct the very obvious problem that had been caused by one of their employees.

    But there is no excuse for @virginmedia's appalling treatment of my complaint. I was gaslighted, ignored and shut down at every turn, usually alongside cutesy emoticons. I was told it was not possible to get an engineer out (it was possible).

    @virginmedia - I have been trying to get my contract renewed with you for 3.5 hours now. Was sent to a "designated team" 80 minutes ago because I had a query and am still waiting for any sign of customer service. Not even a bot responding now. Surely this is unacceptable?

    So the @virginmedia technician came earlier today to "fix" the issues with our internet & somehow just managed to make it worse, 2/3rds of the download speed is just gone and the upload is 1/5th of what it should be at.
