@VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

I contacted the CS in the morning and they not helped me at all. Then I called them again and they said they will fix it & follow-up with me. I got only one call from them and the agent told me she will call back as the issue not resolved @VodafoneEgypt @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK

I don't really understand why this is so complicated. This feels like @VodafoneUK's problem, rather than mine. Ended up cancelling and just not bothering after expending all my energy not being a Karen to the person on the phone as of course it isn't their fault.

@VodafoneUK Hello vodafone, I tried to sign up for Fiber1 broadband today, but unfortunately you are not able to port my landline number over. This is odd as I've changed bb provider several times and never was there a problem with keeping my landline number. Please explain.
