@VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

@VodafoneUK ordered a phone online and never delivered. Called them and they said they could beat that deal. Never did finished up paying more. Asked for a copy of call recording. And they said the rep didn't want to. How slimmy. 1 month til I kick this bunch into touch

@VodafoneUK shocking and terrible , the customer services would rather I leave cancel the contract and pay a fee , rather than fix the issue , should be simple to login online or on the app to see bills and look for an upgrade but vodafone can’t resolve the issue

@VodafoneUK rubbish customer service experienced over the last few days. VERY unlikely to recommend. It’s been 5 days and counting with no internet now. Apparently you have a three day SLA..🙄
