@VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

@VodafoneUK Spoke and asked for the best deal on both phone and broadband couldn’t match mobile and didn’t get put through to retentions for mobile! Did get through to retentions for broadband offered a cracking deal but want both bills together and she said that she could not help?

@VodafoneUK is there a problem with SMS messages/texts today please? When I try to send one, it says 'Waiting for Connection', but more importantly I'm not receiving access codes from HMRC and banks etc which I need in order to access my accounts.

@VodafoneUK Oh Chris bless you. You don’t get it. I’ve sat in a queue for over an hour Thursday and Friday using 191. And chat is an absolute shambles. I’ll just cancel as you don’t want me as a customer. Not your fault but Vodafone don’t care about customers in the slightest
