    Really irritated by @VodafoneUK customer service this evening. I'm not allowed to cancel my plan online. I've been in a phone queue for 30 minutes with no suggestion of where I am in the queue. I try chat - it asks me various questions and then tells me there's no-one available

    @VodafoneUK @Almack3000 Oh come on, it’s exactly what you expect, I hung up after 45 mins waiting. Tried your chat function, half an hour to find the account & achieve nothing else, messages on here getting nowhere… just find the bloody account, look at it & tell us the problem! Don’t want chit chat!

    @VodafoneUK So the system knows why I'm calling (it asked me when I started) but just keeps me hanging on. This is VERY poor customer service. I've now gone from irritated to cross. I will be calling tomorrow morning to cancel the original plan plus a 2nd plan. I will also cancel a 3rd.

    @VodafoneUK , both your website and app are ****. I am a long-standing customer and I’m close to my upgrade date. I can’t view my options because either I can’t find them or the app constantly crashes. I’m now looking elsewhere. Disappointed!
