So the @VodafoneUK broadband install meant to happen yesterday? Engineer didn’t turn up, I was told the order is delayed. Today I’m told Vodafone cancelled the order as they weren’t able to port a number I never asked for. Didn’t tell me it was cancelled until I chased. Shambles.

After an update by @e_emobile my Network Radio stopped working. No worries though... just switched to using data on @VodafoneUK and then use the EE sim for calls. All working mighty fine now. #hamradio

@VodafoneUK landline down because problem with the service and your "xpert" (sic) claims that as it is not itemised that there is no compensation for loss of service. It forms part of the package & you are required to compensate. @Ofcom might wanna check this illegal practice.

Dear @VodafoneUK I understand you may have provided my mobile number to the Govt for emergency response notifications etc. Clearly I didn't agree to that. If, by not responding (I think I've switched it off) I am unable to use the phone, I do not expect to pay for that period.

Honestly @VodafoneUK are an absolute joke. Trying to say you can use £25 of data in a matter of seconds. Finally leaving after the piss poor service.

@VodafoneUK my voip landline isn’t working. Contacted your ‘Xperts’ they couldn’t fix it and can’t give me a timescale as to when it will be working. We are a disabled household and rely on the phone line as a result. I explained this but it seems that you can’t do anything

Why can’t tech companies work together effectively to resolve problems? Aren’t we supposed to be living in a ‘smart’ world? @skytv @VodafoneUK
