From New York City to washington DC, can’t connect, T Mobile, 5 bars, but only E for data. half the time it just says no service can’t swap manually

Due to Work, there will now be 0 chance of being able to collect until Saturday. Any way of changing to home delivery?

We are in a "geographically challenged" area. We still only get basic Freeview telly for example - but we do get RTE so I dunno....
