Can @VodafoneUK have better customer service- it takes ages to speak to a human. Tobi is good for simple tasks but doesn’t redirect to a live agent easily.

  • Elisa_G_Reform

@VodafoneUK I shall be swapping providers immediately. Nothing is free in this world, so I guess my payments have been used to fund this virtue-signalling, anti-British nonsense that I never signed up for.

@mrav06041342 @VodafoneUK Terrible experience with @vodafone_es. After my father passed away,I called to cancel his line. They promised our bill would stay at €25month.Instead,they spiked it to €49 and told me to wait until Aug 13th for a solution.Misleading customers during a bereavement is unacceptable

@antonycotton @VodafoneUK Totally agree Vodafone UK are appalling. Zero customer service and if you can get hold of them they say it’ll be sorted next day but it never is. AVOID THEM. Use literally anyone except Vodafone UK.

  • MrSidShah
    Sid Shah (@MrSidShah) reported

Customer acquisition, digital onboarding & operations must be designed as one journey. My @VodafoneUK eSIM order was completed, but activation details never arrived. After 24+ hours and repeated support promises - I cancelled. The funnel does not end at payment. It ends when the customer can use the product. #CustomerExperience #digitaltransformation #esim

@vodafone @VodafoneUK You will be able to track the devices that are being handed out to illegal migrants that are using your network. Facilitating these illegal migrants makes you an accessory to people trafficking. You paying customers are funding this, are they made aware?
