    Does anyone else have issues making payments from @monzo to @VodafoneUK? It keeps happening that I put the payment through then 2 weeks later it seems the payment never went through

    @VodafoneUK Good evening. I was in your Crewe store yesterday with an account query. They referred my issue to Vodafone saying that I would receive a message followed by a call today. Neither happened !! Very poor support indeed. β€˜Power to you ?’

    Anybody have issues with @O2 coverage/reception? Been going on for months now. Can't have a phone conversation with my folks who stay 10mins away. My phone doesnt ring then i get a vmail msg 😑 Mobile data coverage is horrendous now too. Time to look at @EE or @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK very disappointed with your service. I upgraded mine and my daughter's phones online via a Tobi chat yesterday. Today one is delivered by Dpd, but no sign of the other one. Did a Tobi adviser chat and adviser said delivery of 2nd phone set as priority. ????

    @VodafoneUK just to let you know your service is really disgusting it took me 2 days to get a simple upgrade even went in the store and the service was that bad I had to walk out, 2 days of dropped calls you need to sort this out
