So now my complaints handler is on holiday and no one is willing to help sort my internet out @VodafoneUK complete and utter joke of a company. Next steps advice anyone? Ofcom/Legal? Any suggestions. Oh and no engineer booked so still no internet date.

@VodafoneUK I accidentally replied to a text to add data but didn’t realise it was recurring. Want to cancel the recurring nature of it (just wanted a one off) but any way I try to, I get a message that there are ‘technical difficulties’ for about an hour now.

@sarahlt1984 @VodafoneUK I have broadband with Vodafone & never been offered extra data. If i go over on my data I have to pay more. Looks like I can get better deals elsewhere. If Vodafone want to lose loyal customers they are going the right way about it
