    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK still no sign of the “guaranteed” trade in payment being made. It’s now 34 days after you confirmed my device was accepted. Emails, phone calls, messages all containing false promises or at worst lies.

    @VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

    @VodafoneUK ordered a phone online and never delivered. Called them and they said they could beat that deal. Never did finished up paying more. Asked for a copy of call recording. And they said the rep didn't want to. How slimmy. 1 month til I kick this bunch into touch

    @VodafoneUK what has happened with the coverage in Norfolk/Suffolk. My wife was stranded today, car broken down with no signal. She is diabetic and had to borrow someone else’s phone to ring for recovery. You pay for a contract which you cannot obviously deliver bad service ffs

    @BenGrahamUK Well that’s me never buying any sims for me and my family from @vodafone @VodafoneUK ever again. My Vodafone broadband will be cancelled tomorrow, plenty of providers offering to pay cancellation fees.
