    @VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

    @VodafoneUK Sorry but that is nonsense , you are misleading people , perfect example, I have no Vodafone mobile coverage where I live, my unbreakable broadband is currently broken , I really am looking forward to your reply or will you just ignore me as it has got a bit tricky

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for the reply. We have now cancelled our contract with you. I work from home and the service is just not upto scratch. Turns out we've never even had the speeds we were supposed to anyway. So I'm not entirely sure what we've been paying for.

    I am not a fan of incomplete sentences so am suggesting @VodafoneUK start using the tagline "together we can ...leave a 94 year old man with no wifi or phone for 4 weeks" or even "Together we can... not cancel your order so you're free to find a service that CAN connect you"

    @VodafoneUK @JimBethell @vodafone Thanks for the response, but this is useless to everyone that doesn't use that particular stretch of the Jubilee line =and to poorer customers who can't afford data plans) . Now your customers are the only ones who can't connect across the rest of the network, which is most of it

    I am never getting a contract with @O2 ever again. I just spent 20mins on hold only for your ****** network to drop put randomly. This isn't an isolated incident. Never has this many problems on @VodafoneUK.
