@VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

@ayupitswill @VodafoneUK Vodafone are a bag of ****. My mum asked for a cap to be put on my lil brother's contract and they agreed to it on the phone but never put it on. So when he racked up a £1k phone bill they expected that she payed it. They record their phonecalls so don't back down and pay it.

@VodafoneUK worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, placed my broadband order on the 17th of June, delayed until today and when that didn’t work contacted them to find out some agent cancelled my order!!! Shocking

@VodafoneUK Help how exactly? All he wants to do is cancel a contract because the service doesn't work and Vodafone either says "do more tests" or "You're in a contract" - it's obstructive. I get this isn't your fault. We'll be launching a complaint with the Regulator instead of engaging.
