    @Morrisons your Preston Docks store has awful @VodafoneUK signal. Can’t even load my shopping list. Your wifi is utterly slow and does not work most of the time. Please consider fixing this.

    @VodafoneUK I also waited an hour online to chat to an adviser, finally got to the front of the queue and there was a problem with the connection. I shouldn’t be having these problems with a new phone.
