@VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

@VodafoneUK You don’t need to check my account unless you are going to let me use MY credit how I choose, instead of forcing me to use a ‘bundle’ I don’t want to use, because it’s less cost effective to me, the customer. So are you going to let me, the customer, use MY credit how I want to?

*what is going on? I was given to believe it was a “fibre break being repaired” - making it sound like quite a localised issue, however there seems to be a far wider issue and @VodafoneUK appear to be keeping schtüm. I’d be more sympathetic if you were just up front about it.

@graceblakeley @VodafoneUK Can't abide their policy of constantly offering upgrades. Most of us have perfectly decent phones. We don't need a new one 😡. Help drive down companies that promote this type.of consumerism. Take a stand. Make do with your old phone and get a sim only contract. Use talkmobile.
