@VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK still no sign of the “guaranteed” trade in payment being made. It’s now 34 days after you confirmed my device was accepted. Emails, phone calls, messages all containing false promises or at worst lies.

@VodafoneUK hi, I’m getting double charged for an item I purchased in October and I was told it would be resolved when I contacted customer service. 3 weeks on it’s resolved, I haven’t been refunded and I’m gave my still be charged. I have a reference number.
