    @VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

    @VodafoneUK I’m a business client, and frequently drive through 3G areas. Your support tells me you have no solution (except WiFi.. not an option when driving). Why not allow uk roaming? Deeply concerned.

    @VodafoneUK Nope, I was hoping too. Still being fixed, and the other transmitter nearby has 'a problem with the network'. It's definitely reached the time where I might have problems with my payments....

    @VodafoneUK shocked at the service we’ve been given after @Voda failed to swap mobile numbers over to a new business contract then both numbers inactive for a week! @Voda phone arrange for a new blank sim to be delivered then to be told you need another new sim and number 🤬

    @VodafoneUK for 2months I have spent over 4 hours on the phone trying to get a credit due to me added to my account. Promises made have all been broken & my account still does not show the credit due. I'm at loss as to what to do next to get this problem resolved

    @VodafoneUK Hi @VodafoneUK as usual you replied by the DM with the same message which is not helping me and is not solving any of the issues I’m mentioning. You should care more about ALL your costumers, there is diversity in this world which seems you are not aware of.

    @VodafoneUK We've been through this, so have many of your customers. You guys don't even check the forums. It is well known that many of your staff lack technical knowledge and just shaft all the customer's issues to Cityfibre/Openreach - this is not rumour (ask their engineers about VF)

    @VodafoneUK Hey Al, yes trying to upgrade and also start paying monthly w new bank via direct debit - when I click ‘confirm details’ it says ‘we are having trouble verifying your details’..

    @VodafoneUK @Alvie_Mahmud You guys repeat the same things, we've been in DMs before and your team always re-directs us to calling in or talking to the online chat. None of you are trained properly to handle these issues unfortunately.
