@VodafoneUK for a phone company your customer call service is appalling. It is possible that people have queries that are not covered by your automated lists and need to speak to an actual adviser. The app is no better - when I tried through the app I was no. 96 in the queue.

@missbecka_ @VodafoneUK I'm waiting for mine too. DM'd but not really worth effort as they will just tell you its delayed and you have to wait. Given up checking. My advice is not to order anything from Vodafone again, every time (last four upgrades) there is an issue, been a customer for over 10 years.
