    @VodafoneUK I requested at the beginning of my contract that I did not want SecureNet. And I've just noticed you've been charging me £1 per month for it. Perhaps for the last 18months?How did I not notice that, because it isn't pulled out as an itemisation. Can you help remove it

    @VodafoneUK Vikki, when I spoke to your customer service last time, it took hours for them to say you won't move the router to the correct place and we'd have to pay circa £500 to terminate the contract. I'll dm you my phone number and you can call me if you're serious about resolving this

    @VodafoneUK Instead of rewards just sort your customer service out and take care of your customers and their complaints! 7 hours on the phone in the last 2 days and still no resolution or callback from a manager as promised!!
