@VodafoneUK Common expected courtesy should be to atleast notify customer regard approaching contract expiry. This would give them time to switch or upgrade contract in good time. Its just sneaky on vodafones part to do this. I have better first hand experience from ur competition.

@VodafoneUK Yes they have called on that number claiming to be from Vodafone Sales. I am not even a customer of yours so I smelled a rat and told them that they clearly are not who they say they are, politely incase it really was you.

@VodafoneUK I’ve made a complaint because reception in my house has been non-existent for three weeks (was good before this). Could you please explain why the team are repeatedly trying to call on our mobiles to discuss when we have reported NO SERVICE AT ALL IN THE HOUSE!!

@VodafoneUK my mothers phone is lost. She is paying for a phone she cannot use, is in a care home, recovering from Covid. 40 days to wait to authorise me to cancel contact. Appalling.

Aggh @VodafoneUK I'm back to rubbish WiFi hotspot. And as far as I can tell if my upload sucks then my hotspot really sucks. It jumps to 20Mbps and drops 1 Mbps per second 😫 and on connected device I'm getting a 500+ms ping 😦

Going to explode. My very real sense is @VodafoneUK is trying to kill me. Booster - the only thing that gave me a good reception - has been 'decommissioned' & 'wi-fi calling' option doesn't work properly. (1 in 2 calls garbled/don't connect.) On call to them now. And cut off.
