    @VodafoneUK Thanks for the reply, it isn't a coverage problem. I have a full signal. I noticed the problem on Saturday,had 5g200mb download but no internet. Rang someone at Vodafone. And was told to turn on and off data. Fixed for a moment but problem returned. Was told is was an update prob

    @petergo24293821 @VodafoneUK Just out of curiosity as I'm having issues. Is your problem that you have a signal and 4g, but nothing is working on it? I've got the issue where my 4g is fine, but most apps and browsers aren't working with it.

    @VodafoneUK 2/2 Broadband...outtage last night, deteriorating wifi signal, a week of trying to get sorted, different technicians offering different solutions none work - then the coup de grace - upgrade pay us more money and that'll fix the problem!!!!

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I bought a phone from Vodafone and they promised it'll be unlocked, it wasn't. They gave me a NUC to unlock the network, it doesn't work and my phone wont let me enter anymore codes, It's hardlocked! The customer service haven't been any help

    @VodafoneUK your customer service is shocking. The phone line is a ring around in order to get to a point where it says all the info I need is online - which isn’t true. Why can’t I speak to somebody on the phone.
