    @VodafoneUK is there anyone there? Trying to sort my elderly father’s new connection and cannot speak to a human! He’s been left with no working landline. Crucial at his age to have a working phone! Poor service.

    Well, after the manager at @VodafoneUK told me I’d get a call today to discuss my plan as they cannot fulfil service at my address, I have heard absolutely nothing. Top customer service 🙃👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

    @VodafoneUK have zero customer loyalty or care, 18 years as a customer, and after going round the houses on their phone lines trying to upgrade,I now think it’s time to look elsewhere.

Nobody has had any service in the area, messages back and forth with these, requesting images of no service, pics of failed phone calls etc. All while my Dad was in hospital out of town fighting for his life. We've lost him and the ******* phones start working

    @VodafoneUK I’ve been with you as a Business customer for over 20 years - phone is stolen and the one time I ask for some help “the process won’t allow it” - absolutely shocking customer service - the amount of money you’ve had out of me it’s a disgrace 😡

    @VodafoneUK Hi 👋🏻 I have been speaking with the broadband team. I have a 2.4ghz smart heater that won’t connect as my router is 2.4/5ghz. They say I cannot have a separate account for 2.4ghz. This surely can’t be correct. Can someone help please

    Going to either smash up my phone at how awful the internet is on my phone or smash up the wifi router for not connecting! Can’t even get in touch with @VodafoneUK because the app won’t work!

    @VodafoneUK …meanwhile, what was sold to me as ‘Unlimited fibre’ turned out not to be a fibre connection to my home (as ur phone customer support condescendingly informed me last week, after I got through after a long hold). The actual connection I’m getting has frequent & random drops
