@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK loyal customer for over 10 years ,multiple contracts spending over £150 no longer want my money as my credit took a knock !! obviously loyalty only works one way !! Off to @O2 who are much nicer !!

1/2 So I've been waiting all day for a call and visit from an engineer to fix broadband. When they hadn't called by the latest time of 1pm, I contacted @VodafoneUK and was told the engineer was currently at the cabinet and would soon call and visit the property.
