Well, after the manager at @VodafoneUK told me I’d get a call today to discuss my plan as they cannot fulfil service at my address, I have heard absolutely nothing. Top customer service 🙃👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I genuinely think @VodafoneUK are the worst company. Had the worst experience with them this year, and particularly these past two weeks. As soon as my contract is up I’m leaving, so will my uncle & I’ll be getting all my friends to do so too! Such a joke.

@VodafoneUK shocking customer service received today. Cancelled broadband in July and continued taking payments. Refusing to refund the money even though they can tell me they can see at their end that I haven't used the service since June. Shocking!!!!

Very disappointed @VodafoneUK Trying to sort out an upgrade. Given £39.99 by sales and then £57 by your retention team. Loyalty doesn’t seem to count. I’ve been a customer for nearly 30 years!!
