    @VodafoneUK Thanks @vodafoneuk I don’t need any help from you! You rarely know what you are talking about on a good day and I don’t suppose today is any different. “turning it off and on again” does fix a lot but this is a problem at the bank end.

    @VodafoneUK Ridiculous online is slow and the call centre is just as bad instead of spending money on 5G when 3 and 4G are poor how about employ more staff that can actually do the job

    @VodafoneUK Absolutely disgusted with Vodafone as a customer service provider. My dad is 75 he has dementia, he las lost his phone. My 85 year mother took him to their local store in Swindon to block the phone, then told by phone that he will have pay £299.72 to cancel contract!!
