    @micmcgrorty @VodafoneUK Sadly the level of service @VodafoneUK now offer. Our recent "upgrade" turned into "new" contracts costing us £472! our PAC codes are on the way. 30 year customer means nothing so I'd suggest Small Claim Court #badservice

    @VodafoneUK we have been with you for a few years and for the past few years since we signed up we had problems with our internet keep losing connection slowing down and we fed up the contract doesn't run out till next year cancell it without that penalty
