    Twitter peeps: what do you have to do to get an NUC from @VodafoneUK ? I have given them everything they’ve asked for, including my old account number - I left them in 2017 so it was beyond their wit, apparently. I want my son to be able to use my old phone on a new network.

    @VodafoneUK - why is it that the very day after I gave notice that we are moving to an address next month which doesn’t offer Vodafone broadband so ending our contract, you’ve now slowed our broadband service so much that it only works half the time?

    @StacksluvsCats @VodafoneUK @vodaphoneuk I would love to be able to recommend. Customer service has been great but the actual network service is abysmal. And there's just no getting away from that. It's normal for an ISP to use download speeds as a selling tool. But to completely neglect bandwidth for upload? Shocking

    Nothing unites me, my inner anger and absolutely atrocious customer service, more than @VodafoneUK. If you want to have money, frivolously taken from your bank account, take 2 months, and counting, to investigate a complaint, then sign up now!! Very very poor.
