    Well, after the manager at @VodafoneUK told me I’d get a call today to discuss my plan as they cannot fulfil service at my address, I have heard absolutely nothing. Top customer service 🙃👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

    @VodafoneUK is there anyone there? Trying to sort my elderly father’s new connection and cannot speak to a human! He’s been left with no working landline. Crucial at his age to have a working phone! Poor service.

    @VodafoneUK have zero customer loyalty or care, 18 years as a customer, and after going round the houses on their phone lines trying to upgrade,I now think it’s time to look elsewhere.

    @VodafoneUK I placed an order 8 days ago and have signed agreement, direct debit etc set up. I am still waiting for my order despite the handset being advertised for next day delivery. Customer service is non existent!!!

    @VodafoneUK so you send a debt collection letter to my son that's a customer service error on your side. Keep him on hold for 20 mins, admit it's your error, transfer the call then cut him off. Poor.

    @VodafoneUK It appears there has’en a massive data compromise within ur system . A very long standing (over 23 years) Vodafone account been hacked, number 07…………447 been highjacked by shutting down account with Vodafone, service removed. Store level no support but sorry.
