    @VodafoneUK You need to take down your TV adds with iPhone 11 (as you don’t have any!!)I ordered one with new contract over 3 weeks ago and was told I’ll have it in 1 to 2 days, then emailed out of stock, still waiting and now going away for a couple of weeks!!

    Anyone else had this issue with @VodafoneUK I’ve been with them for a very long time.I wanted to leave them years ago for various reasons, but they apologised and offered me a deal I couldn’t refuse so I signed up to a new contract. Now discovered I’m paying £80pm@MoneyTelegraph

    @iansltx In the UK there’s a lot of difference between buying gigabit FTTH via a quality ISP like @zeninternet vs a vile one like @VodafoneUK in terms of speed, latency and uptime, not to mention customer service. Losing that choice would be devastating.

    If you buy a second hand phone from a store or a person make sure they wasn’t with @VodafoneUK because they’re the only company unwilling to help unblacklist a phone the scummy previous owner decided to list as lost or stolen as soon as it was sold from the shop they sold it too!

    Over a week waiting for someone from @VodafoneUK to call me back regarding issues with coverage. About 6 hours or 7 hours on hold when I ring them. Worst customer care I’ve ever come across

    @VodafoneUK I’m a very pissed off customer, had my line disconnected on my birthday, when I contact customer service being told I’ll have the money I’ve paid extra beforehand will be taken off from this month, so Vodaphone already owe me money & disconnect my phone

    @PaulCowland_ @VodafoneUK Had massive problems with Vodaphone about 10 years ago. I hope the poor bloke in the shop has manged to extract the handset from where I suggested it get shoved. Haven't been near them since and certainly won't as all I hear is horror stories.
