    Hats off to @SkyHelpTeam. New customer only 6 days and very impressed. Just spent 40 mins chatting with a Scott about football and how I’ve been doing. Shame @VodafoneUK couldn’t offer decent Customer service against the 12 years I was with them!

    @keaf05 @VodafoneUK Mum had a nasty shock today to find over £300 had been taken from her account. No sign of it on any of the bills when buying the phone as all fees had been waived. Service from a call centre in Manila truly awful kept going round in circles not understanding anything!

    Appalling customer service from @VodafoneUK. Over 1 hour 30 mins waiting on the phone for nothing to be resolved. All over a charge that had been waived when buying the phone to now be told it has to be paid #scammers

    @VodafoneUK I have now spent over 5.5 hours on the phone trying to get through to you. After 3 hours I was cut off. I'm now at 2.5 hours of 2nd call. No broadband which cut out this morning. Get your act together. We are trapped at home I have severe asthma can't go to shops.

    @BBCWatchdog you should have included @VodafoneUK in the broadband test. Clean sweep at the bottom of every category. The worst I’ve ever had and they won’t let me leave after several complaints #watchdog

    @VodafoneUK Thanks Tim, I have completed the form and will wait to see what happens! It would have been so very helpful if your customer services phone line had known this information rather than telling me I was required to top up the sim before it could be unlocked.

    Terrible customer service again @VodafoneUK. You should look after your customers and correct mistakes made. Passed to 7 different operators and on the phone for 1 1/2 hours to get nowhere. Promised a call back that never happens!! Same old!

    I’ve don’t the math, I get a refund later in the week, Vodafone top up services is par bad words it doesn’t work but takes money and refunds a week later, I have to lift and get a voucher but that is defeating the purpose of online top up. @VodafoneUK

    Having trouble getting my head round just how institutionally inept @VodafoneUK are. I have been waiting over 3 months for broadband. Engineer visit cancelled again without notification for the 3rd time. I thought BT! VF take incompetence to a new level! #happycustomer NOT!

    @vixx_83 @VodafoneUK Have alway's been really happy with really happy with @VodafoneUK have everyone in the house on the network....... but such a poor show digging the arm in on the roaming charges when it was such a good thing for customers not having them! Lead the market and drop them....

    @VodafoneUK how long does it take to port a number when you were already with Vodafone anyway? I've had no network for over SEVEN hours now, despite spending an hour on your online chat. this is really poor
