Appalling customer service from @VodafoneUK. Over 1 hour 30 mins waiting on the phone for nothing to be resolved. All over a charge that had been waived when buying the phone to now be told it has to be paid #scammers

Hats off to @SkyHelpTeam. New customer only 6 days and very impressed. Just spent 40 mins chatting with a Scott about football and how I’ve been doing. Shame @VodafoneUK couldn’t offer decent Customer service against the 12 years I was with them!

@BBCWatchdog you should have included @VodafoneUK in the broadband test. Clean sweep at the bottom of every category. The worst I’ve ever had and they won’t let me leave after several complaints #watchdog

Terrible customer service again @VodafoneUK. You should look after your customers and correct mistakes made. Passed to 7 different operators and on the phone for 1 1/2 hours to get nowhere. Promised a call back that never happens!! Same old!

@VodafoneUK I have now spent over 5.5 hours on the phone trying to get through to you. After 3 hours I was cut off. I'm now at 2.5 hours of 2nd call. No broadband which cut out this morning. Get your act together. We are trapped at home I have severe asthma can't go to shops.

@keaf05 @VodafoneUK Mum had a nasty shock today to find over £300 had been taken from her account. No sign of it on any of the bills when buying the phone as all fees had been waived. Service from a call centre in Manila truly awful kept going round in circles not understanding anything!

@VodafoneUK Don't knock Vodafone honestly, I have been a customer for 18 yrs, Business have their "One Net" (Godsend cloud switchboard during Covid) 2 private mobiles (only network 100% coverage in the Peak District) plus now Broadband (Getting 74Mbs) not the cheapest but get what u pay for

@VodafoneUK my internet has been down since 11am on Friday. I’ve been without internet and voda said it’s openreach who say it won’t be fixed until Tuesday. Poor and shambolic. ESP in a time we are wfh!!!! You have a terrible relationship with openreach if this the fix times 😱

@VodafoneUK once again another **** up! I am so annoyed and disappointed in the service you continue to deliver. I did an annual upgrade promise on the 07th Dec but I’ve received no info on returning old phone. No one can help and I’m left with a huge bill!

Our broadband (with @VodafoneUK / @CityFibre ) has been down since midday. The fact that it dropped out at midday makes me think some automated or scheduled process has updated something on a server somewhere and then failed.

@VodafoneUK Had the worst experience ever today dealing with your people on the phone. The so called TSS team have taken more than 3 days to get back to me and I am still waiting. They said 24 hours on Friday!!! My phone is still not working!!! I want TSS to call me ASAP!!

@VodafoneUK Seems unlikely - husband on phone to you because our internet is down, and apparently won't be fixed until tomorrow afternoon! Fortunately we have a back up as we're switching over and haven't yet cancelled old supplier but not v impressed.
