@BBCWatchdog you should have included @VodafoneUK in the broadband test. Clean sweep at the bottom of every category. The worst I’ve ever had and they won’t let me leave after several complaints #watchdog

Terrible customer service again @VodafoneUK. You should look after your customers and correct mistakes made. Passed to 7 different operators and on the phone for 1 1/2 hours to get nowhere. Promised a call back that never happens!! Same old!

@VodafoneUK I was also told it was "fibre break/damage", if that was the case it would affect all ISP, not just Vodafone customers. This is why I know I've been told lies. Horrendous customer service, truly is.

@VodafoneUK I’m at my absolute wits’ end with your pathetic broadband and even more at the customer service. ‘Wifi guarantee’ what an absolute joke and a barefaced lie. Won’t let us leave with no fee even though on our third router and still doesn’t work properly.
