I'm now at 2.5 hours of 2nd call. No broadband which cut out this morning. Get your act together. We are trapped at home I have severe asthma can't go to shops.

No sign of it on any of the bills when buying the phone as all fees had been waived. Service from a call centre in Manila truly awful kept going round in circles not understanding anything!

Putting them out of business after they have insulted my intelligence for 2 years is the only option. Their complaints people are as bad as Barclays - professional liars and yes i know the government are behind my suffering. I've know it for some time and 2 punctures in a row in Dublin recently confirms it is to protect the male Ex. Yeah I'm straight

Hysterically the landline in preference to one of the mobiles. Anyway the messaging service doesn't work - press 1 to hear the message just repeats it and cuts off.
