@VodafoneUK I have now spent over 5.5 hours on the phone trying to get through to you. After 3 hours I was cut off. I'm now at 2.5 hours of 2nd call. No broadband which cut out this morning. Get your act together. We are trapped at home I have severe asthma can't go to shops.

Terrible customer service again @VodafoneUK. You should look after your customers and correct mistakes made. Passed to 7 different operators and on the phone for 1 1/2 hours to get nowhere. Promised a call back that never happens!! Same old!

Appalling customer service from @VodafoneUK. Over 1 hour 30 mins waiting on the phone for nothing to be resolved. All over a charge that had been waived when buying the phone to now be told it has to be paid #scammers

Hats off to @SkyHelpTeam. New customer only 6 days and very impressed. Just spent 40 mins chatting with a Scott about football and how I’ve been doing. Shame @VodafoneUK couldn’t offer decent Customer service against the 12 years I was with them!

@BBCWatchdog you should have included @VodafoneUK in the broadband test. Clean sweep at the bottom of every category. The worst I’ve ever had and they won’t let me leave after several complaints #watchdog

@keaf05 @VodafoneUK Mum had a nasty shock today to find over £300 had been taken from her account. No sign of it on any of the bills when buying the phone as all fees had been waived. Service from a call centre in Manila truly awful kept going round in circles not understanding anything!

@VodafoneUK My elderly Father has had no internet for 2 weeks now, nothing done, asking him to run diagnostics!!! promises made, callbacks never happened and has overcharged him.He has only been with Vodaphone for 3 months. I cannot zoom call him. Worst provider ever. Stay Clear

@VodafoneUK Thanks for the reply and I have already signed up. But it has been down for over a WEEK! This is unacceptable. I am on the shielding list due to cancer treatment and rely on my mobile phone as the main source of contact with the hospital. Could you please escalate this issue?

Took a few days to sort as we reported on a Friday evening, but they were great on the phone. We pay for 500 and without fail get at least that on wired
