@BBCWatchdog you should have included @VodafoneUK in the broadband test. Clean sweep at the bottom of every category. The worst I’ve ever had and they won’t let me leave after several complaints #watchdog

Terrible customer service again @VodafoneUK. You should look after your customers and correct mistakes made. Passed to 7 different operators and on the phone for 1 1/2 hours to get nowhere. Promised a call back that never happens!! Same old!

@VodafoneUK You guys are terrible. I have contacted you 5 times via chat and spend 4 months trying to remove simlock from my phone. Last time your advisor even changed my imei number, sadly to one that doesn't work.

@VodafoneUK I spoke to your sales team this morning - they told me I needed customer service and to use the app. I used to app and it said no one is available and to call. I call and it says everyone is busy and hangs up. I am unable to use my phone - please help.

@VodafoneUK When you make an official complaint the Customer Complaint Team send you an email with your complaint reference, tell you they will respond within 5 days or tell you why they will be late. Guess what happens next? NOTHING

@VodafoneUK as I'm end of contract, can I request a pac code to leave then take part in a new customer offer with Vodafone? As the existing upgrade offers are terrible. Also still can't get through to chat. Always an absolute farce with anything Vodafone related 🤦🏻

@VodafoneUK called customer services - was hung up on. Did the online chat after going through 3 different advisors with all the security etc the advisor cut me off mid chat 2! I want 2 cancel my contract - surely this isn’t a strange request?!

. @VodafoneUK please help: PAC code provided and number transferred from Vodafone to UW... But phone wanted NUC code, which my partner thought was UW pin, and now it's asking for MCK 😢 Online chat hung up on me, and now not working. Phone queue for 45 min so far. #help #confused
