    Terrible customer service again @VodafoneUK. You should look after your customers and correct mistakes made. Passed to 7 different operators and on the phone for 1 1/2 hours to get nowhere. Promised a call back that never happens!! Same old!

    @BBCWatchdog you should have included @VodafoneUK in the broadband test. Clean sweep at the bottom of every category. The worst I’ve ever had and they won’t let me leave after several complaints #watchdog

    @VodafoneUK Thanks Tim, I have completed the form and will wait to see what happens! It would have been so very helpful if your customer services phone line had known this information rather than telling me I was required to top up the sim before it could be unlocked.

    @keaf05 @VodafoneUK Mum had a nasty shock today to find over £300 had been taken from her account. No sign of it on any of the bills when buying the phone as all fees had been waived. Service from a call centre in Manila truly awful kept going round in circles not understanding anything!

    Appalling customer service from @VodafoneUK. Over 1 hour 30 mins waiting on the phone for nothing to be resolved. All over a charge that had been waived when buying the phone to now be told it has to be paid #scammers

    @JoGoodwinDance @VodafoneUK I had the same issue. Told 1-3 working days for delivery of my new phone. Received a text saying there are issues at the warehouse. Basically have to wait until I receive a text and they can’t give me a time frame as to when it will be resolved.

    Disgraceful service from @VodafoneUK. Ordered a phone on 25th November, supposed to be coming next day. Over a week and several calls later still nothing. You were quick enough to set up the direct debit!!!

    @VodafoneUK I visit your website once a month…to access my statement. Beyond the 2FA login security, the rest of the user experience is abysmal. Whoever thought this was an intuitive site for consumers to use needs their head examining. And why is there no OBVIOUS logout icon?

    @VodafoneUK doing fairly crap with their 'technical difficulties' relating to delayed orders. £20 credit as an apology for the delay, when the order is for an early upgrade costing over 10x that.

    @andy____07 @JamesBa53692362 @VodafoneUK It's really not good enough. You got more information than I did. Last I was told from India was a guarantee it would be despatched with 48 hours, that was three days ago. The nerve they had to send everyone a text saying that customer service can't help so don't call lol

    @VodafoneUK Well no one is getting back to me. 33mins on hold right now. I have never had to wait more than a few mins to speak with someone before. Have been with Vodafone for 20 years ! I need to speak to someone as I need my discounts applied and rhe app doesn’t do that
