    Shocking customer service by @VodafoneUK the past 2 days. Tried to get through on the phone, to put an order in, and they don’t even bother to answer the phone. Instead, they give you a link to the web chat which is never available! What’s going on?! #badcustomerservice #vodafone

    Appalling customer service from @VodafoneUK. Over 1 hour 30 mins waiting on the phone for nothing to be resolved. All over a charge that had been waived when buying the phone to now be told it has to be paid #scammers

    @VodafoneUK Apple Watch less than 1 week old. Battery draining fast and having to recharge twice daily. Online chat complete tosh told I had to phone 191 to arrange my own return. Fabulous service #vodafoneuk

    Terrible customer service again @VodafoneUK. You should look after your customers and correct mistakes made. Passed to 7 different operators and on the phone for 1 1/2 hours to get nowhere. Promised a call back that never happens!! Same old!

    Hats off to @SkyHelpTeam. New customer only 6 days and very impressed. Just spent 40 mins chatting with a Scott about football and how I’ve been doing. Shame @VodafoneUK couldn’t offer decent Customer service against the 12 years I was with them!

    @BBCWatchdog you should have included @VodafoneUK in the broadband test. Clean sweep at the bottom of every category. The worst I’ve ever had and they won’t let me leave after several complaints #watchdog

    @VodafoneUK I have now spent over 5.5 hours on the phone trying to get through to you. After 3 hours I was cut off. I'm now at 2.5 hours of 2nd call. No broadband which cut out this morning. Get your act together. We are trapped at home I have severe asthma can't go to shops.

    @VodafoneUK I have had no signal for 4 days, your online help wants to text me then get a rep to call, I HAVE NO SIGNAL I can't receive either. No help from customer services either. 10 days left on my contract then I can dump Vodafone.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks Tim, I have completed the form and will wait to see what happens! It would have been so very helpful if your customer services phone line had known this information rather than telling me I was required to top up the sim before it could be unlocked.

    @keaf05 @VodafoneUK Mum had a nasty shock today to find over £300 had been taken from her account. No sign of it on any of the bills when buying the phone as all fees had been waived. Service from a call centre in Manila truly awful kept going round in circles not understanding anything!

    @Kunstloch1 @Lucie_Fur99 @VodafoneUK Providing your router is placed high enough (on top of a wooden cabinet here) and has enough grunt behind its antennae, that's far less of an issue these days. I'm getting a middling signal across the house from a router in the converted garage, outside the house walls!

    @VodafoneUK so much for you pro broadband - hub giving no better signal than my old one. Can’t split the bands for smart home devices and security cameras unable to hold signal. “Booster” makes absolutely no difference - never needed them before. Waste of a full day. #rubbish

    @VodafoneUK DM sent. Let’s see how long before I get a refund or else I will recall the payment through my bank ! In the meantime fix your system so people can call in not be put on a loop of enter your PIN!!!
