    Appalling customer service from @VodafoneUK. Over 1 hour 30 mins waiting on the phone for nothing to be resolved. All over a charge that had been waived when buying the phone to now be told it has to be paid #scammers

    @BBCWatchdog you should have included @VodafoneUK in the broadband test. Clean sweep at the bottom of every category. The worst I’ve ever had and they won’t let me leave after several complaints #watchdog

    Terrible customer service again @VodafoneUK. You should look after your customers and correct mistakes made. Passed to 7 different operators and on the phone for 1 1/2 hours to get nowhere. Promised a call back that never happens!! Same old!

    I can’t wait for November so I can move to @EE , sick of @VodafoneUK ‘s incompetent 4G data service. Non stop issues with streaming radio both download & upload. I don’t understand how difficult it can be to supply a decent 4G service

    @VodafoneUK @Wimbledon Without our knowledge you cancel our contract, we call and tell you that we don't want that you say ok we'll reconnect you, then we get an email saying to call you to reconnect and now you're telling us we cancel your contract the only thing you can do is get a new one????? 😡😡

    @VodafoneUK I've been at @SilverstoneUK since Wednesday and have not had connection apart from the odd occasion late at night Your service and coverage is utter rubbish For goodness sake do something about it for 2023!! #VodafoneRubbishService

    @VodafoneUK another long phone call from my husband trying to get us connected after 5 months, now delayed again! Absolutely dreadful service! An engineer came out in February connected us now through no fault of our own we were switched off. So another delay while we wait again!

    Hey @VodafoneUK - I’ve spent 50 minutes so far in an online chat with your team and have been passed into 3 separate queues. Am still nowhere near getting a sensible response. As customer service goes this is lowering the bar to levels I didn’t think possible. Hats off.
