@BBCWatchdog you should have included @VodafoneUK in the broadband test. Clean sweep at the bottom of every category. The worst I’ve ever had and they won’t let me leave after several complaints #watchdog

Terrible customer service again @VodafoneUK. You should look after your customers and correct mistakes made. Passed to 7 different operators and on the phone for 1 1/2 hours to get nowhere. Promised a call back that never happens!! Same old!

Appalling customer service from @VodafoneUK. Over 1 hour 30 mins waiting on the phone for nothing to be resolved. All over a charge that had been waived when buying the phone to now be told it has to be paid #scammers

@Lorrain44750532 @VodafoneUK My contract ends in 3 weeks. I contacted Vodafone to tell them I didn't wish to continue (as their recent price increase makes them double Tesco's tariff ). The guy made 0 attempt to keep me as a customer, and says I can't cancel until we reach expiry date. Yes,terrible service.

@VodafoneUK could someone please explain to me why since switching to your internet only 1 person is able to play games online? Not had this issue with any other broadband just you. So 2 people can't play the same game online if they are on the same internet. Needs fixing ASAP

@VodafoneUK why are the offers on your site not available on your chat live box (on your website) when the site says to contact the live chat team due to errors? I've had 2 SIM offers now that I want to upgrade to but when I try to they get revoked and the price goes up!

@Oscarin14918850 @SueSuezep @VodafoneUK I found it was getting hold of customer service. A total of 9.5hrs over 3 days, about 90% of which was on hold (or waiting for advisor to type answer). It got so I was quite tearful each time I was transferred. And don't get me started on the bastard TOBi bot.

@VodafoneUK Netwrok issues since may20 Told i'll only be compensated £40. had to call Vodafone 20+ times. Told lies numerous times and find the compensation unfair when comparing how many times ive called-each time Vodafone customer service have been appalling with resolving the issue
