    @BBCWatchdog you should have included @VodafoneUK in the broadband test. Clean sweep at the bottom of every category. The worst I’ve ever had and they won’t let me leave after several complaints #watchdog

    Appalling customer service from @VodafoneUK. Over 1 hour 30 mins waiting on the phone for nothing to be resolved. All over a charge that had been waived when buying the phone to now be told it has to be paid #scammers

    @keaf05 @VodafoneUK Mum had a nasty shock today to find over £300 had been taken from her account. No sign of it on any of the bills when buying the phone as all fees had been waived. Service from a call centre in Manila truly awful kept going round in circles not understanding anything!

    @VodafoneUK Thanks Tim, I have completed the form and will wait to see what happens! It would have been so very helpful if your customer services phone line had known this information rather than telling me I was required to top up the sim before it could be unlocked.

    Terrible customer service again @VodafoneUK. You should look after your customers and correct mistakes made. Passed to 7 different operators and on the phone for 1 1/2 hours to get nowhere. Promised a call back that never happens!! Same old!

    @VodafoneUK @primevideouk I would if my speed was correct and I wasn't disconnected frequently. Terrible customer service and broadband speed. It got worse after upgrading, work that one out guys.

    Well looks like I won't be streaming tonight because for the 1000th time @VodafoneUK net speeds are ****!!! The amount of problems I get with these is unreal....says 44mbps on their app but do an actual test and I get 1.13mbps down

    @VodafoneUK So today as been the third date you've failed to activate my service after home move and now you want me to wait another 10 days, looks like a provider change is the only way to sort this.

    @VodafoneUK forgot to ask - which is the best body to complain to about you? CISAS or the Financial Ombudsman Service? Given that you mishandled my last complaint I don’t think CISAS will be the correct route?
