    @BBCWatchdog you should have included @VodafoneUK in the broadband test. Clean sweep at the bottom of every category. The worst I’ve ever had and they won’t let me leave after several complaints #watchdog

    Terrible customer service again @VodafoneUK. You should look after your customers and correct mistakes made. Passed to 7 different operators and on the phone for 1 1/2 hours to get nowhere. Promised a call back that never happens!! Same old!

    @VodafoneUK our WiFi went down yesterday, after reseting the router it is working again but is shockingly slow (clicking on a link in a tweet, for example, just doesn't work). Any advice?

    @VodafoneUK the 4G service in the north east from you guys is terrible. Honestly painful loading webpages, apps, anything that requires any speed. Think this maybe the end of a long relationship sadly. It’s not me, it’s you.

    @VodafoneUK if my contract is due to end in July why have I just received a text saying my monthly rate is going to increase by £8 from July? Surely it should go down after I’ve paid off my phone! Shocking provider, so expensive. Already paying £60 a month!
