@VodafoneUK I have now spent over 5.5 hours on the phone trying to get through to you. After 3 hours I was cut off. I'm now at 2.5 hours of 2nd call. No broadband which cut out this morning. Get your act together. We are trapped at home I have severe asthma can't go to shops.

Appalling customer service from @VodafoneUK. Over 1 hour 30 mins waiting on the phone for nothing to be resolved. All over a charge that had been waived when buying the phone to now be told it has to be paid #scammers

Terrible customer service again @VodafoneUK. You should look after your customers and correct mistakes made. Passed to 7 different operators and on the phone for 1 1/2 hours to get nowhere. Promised a call back that never happens!! Same old!

@BBCWatchdog you should have included @VodafoneUK in the broadband test. Clean sweep at the bottom of every category. The worst I’ve ever had and they won’t let me leave after several complaints #watchdog

@VodafoneUK Thanks Tim, I have completed the form and will wait to see what happens! It would have been so very helpful if your customer services phone line had known this information rather than telling me I was required to top up the sim before it could be unlocked.

@keaf05 @VodafoneUK Mum had a nasty shock today to find over £300 had been taken from her account. No sign of it on any of the bills when buying the phone as all fees had been waived. Service from a call centre in Manila truly awful kept going round in circles not understanding anything!

@VodafoneUK three open reach visits and still having problems. We're in lockdown and your service is as vital as electricity and water. Tired of calling you endlessly busy helpline and tired of going through the same security process. Please fix this issue.

@VodafoneUK please tell me how I can talk to a human being with some technical knowledge please before I contact the ombudsman. Your online chat on customer support has just told us we have “too many devices” which is why our signal keeps dropping out. Not happy!!

The form is now stuck with an error message asking for details which are already in the form. Cant get any further. No help line or email to contact. So cant apply. Bit of a farce really.

@OpenreachHelp @VodafoneUK, have now advised that it's delayed again until the 21st. This time saying that Openreach need to do work at the cabinet side. Assuming being honest that puts my complaint to you, given it was your email saying it was "ready" for Ultrafast that triggered the move

@VodafoneUK Get the signal fixed covering Titchfield in Hampshire, which I raised in December. Call me back when you promise to. Take my DD every month without fail and if you do fail do not hassle me for non-payment. Put your prices up to levels where you can employ intelligent staff
