    @VodafoneUK Awful, AWFUL customer service. What could have been sorted in less than 5 mins of phone conversation just took me almost an hour of multiple web pages and a painfully slow text conversation. Not good enough! Time is precious!

    Why is it @VodafoneUK let me down on every single thing. Battery died on phone. They managed to break my screen tried to deny responsibility even when the store assistant backed me up. New upgrade supposed to arrive yesterday of course it didn’t so no phone

    @VodafoneUK Just so we are on the same page this is always referring to your mobile network which is utterly unreliable this year, nothing but problems. Keeps dropping to 1 bar and then ‘No Service’ both on 4G & 3G tonight. Having to use @EE for a fast & reliable 4G connection now. ❌📶

    @VodafoneUK having serious issues today and I suddenly regret having both my mobile and 5g broadband with them. Poor redundancy planning on my part, and I have a super important meeting at 9am that I'm definitely going to have to miss due to this.
