    @ThreeUKSupport So here in Oxford OX2 7AH I have no working phone signal. I am unable to log onto my NHS responder app and can’t even complete a voice call. 3 days in a row. I’ve tried all your usual remedies. Useless. Thank goodness I can use my wife’s @VodafoneUK iPad.

    Are Wi-fi companies (The Cloud, BT, Sky etc) in cahoots with network providers (@ee @VodafoneUK etc)? I keep finding I’m in the middle of a data-hungry operation and I’ve been logged off or lost Wi-fi connection. Several months in a row I’ve run out of data as a result.

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup probably one of the most dire customer services ever experienced! Wrong info every time, txt messages with wrong information, automated systems with wrong information, & customer services that seem to read different screens ever time you call.!

    @VodafoneUK All lights are white on the front and I can connect to the router, however I have either no or a painfully slow connection. I've rebooted the system and that hasn't helped. I'm happy to dm you. You'll find all the info already there from previous issues.

    Just spend 3hrs trying to sort a simple customer service problem with @VodafoneUK on the phone. 2x cut off, 1x promised call back which didn’t happen, finally informed can’t fix til Monday. That’s an afternoon I’ll never get back.

    @mattPez @Vitt2TsNoC @VodafoneUK My worst was with vi#gin media where they start with sorry and then start sounding condescending about you choosing a different deal. Sure, they offer a higher speed, but if it’s not reliable while I’m wfh, it ain’t worth the double you have to pay for it.

    @VodafoneUK Losing Internet every day from 11am onwards, every day, several times a day, for about 2 weeks now! Can't speak to a HUMAN as we're constantly being redirected to "Tobi" (bot). Either fix your ****, or offer compensation.

    Hearing a tale of woe from a mate who ordered fibre from @VodafoneUK / @CityFibre who then dug up his neighbours lawn and installed the fibre at the wrong house. They don't really appear interested in helping either. Don't really appear apologetic or want to help fix the problem!

    @VodafoneUK Absolutely disgusted with the service received this week from Vodafone. Been a customer for many years, but this is the worst experience I have had. Been trying to get new sim activated since last Monday, says maximum of 24 hours. Everyday the same, still nothing.

    5/5 you have now left me with no internet for two weeks. Both mine and my girlfriend's work will now suffer for two weeks due to this error on your side. Since it is no use to contact @VodafoneUK at your customer service, maybe my final last hope before I cancel is your Twitter..

    @VodafoneUK here again claiming the service I pay for. How long is your maintenance going to last? This ongoing issue already crossed the line weeks ago. We want a solution today. We cannot access internet, not even receive or make phone calls. UNACCEPTABLE!
