@ThreeUKSupport So here in Oxford OX2 7AH I have no working phone signal. I am unable to log onto my NHS responder app and can’t even complete a voice call. 3 days in a row. I’ve tried all your usual remedies. Useless. Thank goodness I can use my wife’s @VodafoneUK iPad.

@VodafoneUK Losing Internet every day from 11am onwards, every day, several times a day, for about 2 weeks now! Can't speak to a HUMAN as we're constantly being redirected to "Tobi" (bot). Either fix your ****, or offer compensation.

@VodafoneUK Been waiting now for 3 weeks for my iPhone 11 Pro Max upgrade,keep being told it’s not in stock whilst customer services continue to sell stock you don’t have! Also,the offer I have to sell my current iPhone XS Max will be rescinded in the next 5 days due to the wait!

Picking up WiFi from next door neighbours and even someone’s printer. Can it connect the WiFi which is in the same house as I’m in though can I @VodafoneUK - I’ve never known a service so appalling.

@VodafoneUK Really dissapointed with the broadband service. We were supposed to be up and running last Thursday and nothing. No one can tell me exactly what’s wrong with the line but another engineer can’t come until the 7/9. 2 weeks after the initial date!

Gosh @VodafoneUK 25 mins of my life wasted trying to get TOBi to connect me to a person online giving up & called 191 several times. Endless loops telling me to look online & cutting me off to try another useless option on your phone service is pretty soul destroying. Now on hold

@VodafoneUK Thanks for getting back to me. I’m always very cautious of buying online since last summer. I went to purchase a speedboat - nothing fancy just an old tug. I payed £2700 only to receive a model one around the 1/600 scale mark. Never again!

@BBCWatchdog are you able to help when @VodafoneUK have taken insurance out on my contract and never told me and doesn't show up on my bills? They will only offer me 28p back when I've paid out £400!!! @MoneySavingExp I've complained and they still won't give me it back #fraud
