    @VodafoneUK well I can now honestly say that the service from #Vodafone is just awful... poor service for upgrade, wrong billing for upgrade, just dire... don’t use them.

    Picking up WiFi from next door neighbours and even someone’s printer. Can it connect the WiFi which is in the same house as I’m in though can I @VodafoneUK - I’ve never known a service so appalling.

    @ThreeUKSupport So here in Oxford OX2 7AH I have no working phone signal. I am unable to log onto my NHS responder app and can’t even complete a voice call. 3 days in a row. I’ve tried all your usual remedies. Useless. Thank goodness I can use my wife’s @VodafoneUK iPad.

    @VodafoneUK Really dissapointed with the broadband service. We were supposed to be up and running last Thursday and nothing. No one can tell me exactly what’s wrong with the line but another engineer can’t come until the 7/9. 2 weeks after the initial date!

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup probably one of the most dire customer services ever experienced! Wrong info every time, txt messages with wrong information, automated systems with wrong information, & customer services that seem to read different screens ever time you call.!

    @VodafoneUK Been waiting now for 3 weeks for my iPhone 11 Pro Max upgrade,keep being told it’s not in stock whilst customer services continue to sell stock you don’t have! Also,the offer I have to sell my current iPhone XS Max will be rescinded in the next 5 days due to the wait!

    @VodafoneUK Losing Internet every day from 11am onwards, every day, several times a day, for about 2 weeks now! Can't speak to a HUMAN as we're constantly being redirected to "Tobi" (bot). Either fix your ****, or offer compensation.

    I’m so BLOODY ANGRY 😡. NEVER in my life has a so called ‘manager’ shouted at me from @VodafoneUK . you messed up my contract on various occasions and you’ve yet to resolve an issue for you manager to call my phone to talk to me DISRESPECTFUL. You must have lost your damn mind.

    Treating myself to a phonecall with @VodafoneUK. Always such a treat... Still £45 down after being missold a phone by them and now being told my (correct) details are incorrect. I try to do the online forms which are easier with my APD and then get redirected to a phone number.
