    @rjcurtis @CityFibre @VodafoneUK That... does not appear to be what they’re doing (I see no T-ed pipe - appears to simply be running straight(ish) down the road, parallel to the front of all the properties) but I’ll go and have a closer look while they are working tomorrow.

    @VodafoneUK in these difficult times it has been wonderful to see so many companies help by freezing stopping and deferring charges. BUT NOT VODAFONE oh no they just text me telling me they are increasing my bill in line with inflation. Shame on you cashing in.

    @VodafoneUK you might need to work on your new customer experience 3 days, 10 calls, 24 hours since a manager took it on and still waiting for his follow up call to resolve the issues . . I’m not even a customer yet! @SkyUK I might not leave you after all. .

    Currently on a @DemonSupport ADSL contract and have heard nothing about this. @VodafoneUK seem to have cut off my broadband without warning and not told their tech support who say hundreds of users having same problem...

    @VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

    @VodafoneUK The key problem seems to be that, after 19 years with you, I cannot remember my PIN no. I know my "memorable word" but not PIN. I have spent time dialoguing with three of your team, two of whom promised a PAC code within 5-10 minutes and two days later I'm still waiting.

    @VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

    @virginmedia I’m not free from my awful contract with @VodafoneUK until 13/12/21, I’ve changed delivery date to be 11/12/21, but there’s nothing to say my contract will start then, can you help?

    @VodafoneUK I have been texting with your customer service people for over 90 minutes and they keep getting cut off. And my problem still isn’t resolved. I tried calling the agents earlier but got a BOT and then was disconnected. I’m livid. 🤬 and now I don’t have tine to fix the issue.

    @VodafoneUK Just had my 25th call with support who tell me probably no internet until next Tuesday... 3rd line support also had closed my case saying “internet is working” so if I hadn’t called Nothing would have been done @VodafoneUK that is awful!

    @CPWTweets pulled a "switcheroo" from o2 to @VodafoneUK BIG MISTAKE. I cannot recieve or make calls, texts or use mobile data. Been on chat with Vodafone for nearly 2 hours. Absolutely appalling customer advisors. How can I get the 2 contacts cancelled? 🤬

    @VodafoneUK My partner was assaulted & robbed in London & he had to be transferred 4 times in order for you to cancel his contract. He said dealing Vodafone customer service was just as bad as being robbed and assaulted. Advice to anyone in the UK, @tescomobile are brillant.

    @VodafoneUK Vodafone mobile for 20+ years. Direct debit cancelled accidentally 2 wks ago when I changed my bank account. Got email from Vodafone today that I owed £24 as DD did not go thru. My Vodaf service has been cut with no notice. Cannot phone Vodaf or account to pay.
