Jonathan Whiteland (@chailey_) reported from Cambridgeshire, England@rjcurtis @CityFibre @VodafoneUK That... does not appear to be what they’re doing (I see no T-ed pipe - appears to simply be running straight(ish) down the road, parallel to the front of all the properties) but I’ll go and have a closer look while they are working tomorrow.

-
Jan Payne 🎼⛪♿ (@elymusic1) reported from Histon, England@VodafoneUK The key problem seems to be that, after 19 years with you, I cannot remember my PIN no. I know my "memorable word" but not PIN. I have spent time dialoguing with three of your team, two of whom promised a PAC code within 5-10 minutes and two days later I'm still waiting.
-
Anita North (@NittyNorth) reported from Cottenham, England@VodafoneUK I think you need to contact @herdwick_gal who is still with you and in need of help with a problem rather than me - I’ve left Vodafone after over 15 years and gone to @ThreeUK

Just dreadful!
Vodafone Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Tracey Davies (@miss_traceydav) reportedThat was the weirdest afternoon ever - Sky broadband went down around 2pm and has just come back. However, we all then also lost the mobile data signal too - how is that even possible when they are not connected?! @VodafoneUK I had no way of finding out what was happening
-
Jolyon Brown (@Eddie_Catflap) reported@KirstieMAllsopp @VodafoneUK @lycamobile Vodafone are OK so long as everything works. If there’s a single element or situation which strays from their prepared process or script everything falls apart. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered!
-
Robin Nakamoto (@RobinNakamoto) reported@BitmundFreud ah ok it's Vodafone the issue then... good thing that i have both my phone and my home internet connection on @VodafoneUK 💀
-
Me (@nickyboy1886) reportedSo ****** off with the service from @ThreeUK (supposedly I can piggy back off @VodafoneUK masts?!) is there a problem calling landline numbers today? Mobile … fine, landlines ~ nothing … just silence?
-
sarah 💙 (@sarmackie965) reportedWould not recommend anyone move to @VodafoneUK 4g coverage in Norwich is so poor . Has been for years never changes
-
Paul Jones - Performer/Shooter, Web sites🔞 (@pauljonesAIR) reported@VodafoneUK OK, so, a complaint Phone, with bank cards, lost. No problem, get a new one. I went to the vodafone shop, with my passport and my bank statement. They can't help. They can only order a sim for a lost phone if I have my bank cards. The ones in the phone. That will take a week to replace. They told me to phone customer services. CS were surprised the shop could not help, so put me through security. Which I failed. I even have a 4 digit code? Never used it. My last bill? No idea, because it's a text on my phone. Look at my bank statement? Fair plan, but my LOST PHONE is my 2FA device, so before showing me my statement, my bank will send a text to my phone, the one I don't have any more... They said I failed security and the only option would be a security reset. They'd send me an email. You know what the security reset asks for? a PHOTO of my passport and a PHOTO of my bank statement. You know what is LESS SECURE than a person standing in front of you, with their physical passport and bank statement? A photo of those documents attached to a form. It's almost as though you have not paid attention to what AI image generation can do these days. If you ever need to get a DBS check, they require you turn up, in person , and present physical documents. Not photos. SUGGESTION : If a customer comes to a shop with their passport and bank statement, THAT IS SECURE ID and the shop should be able to order a sim replacement.
-
Robin Nakamoto (@RobinNakamoto) reported@VodafoneUK How about you fix your 5G instead?
-
Anna Maslowicz (@annamazz) reported@VodafoneUK are you having issues with your website and app today? Unable to log on and have an issue with my account
-
CarolineS (@Carolin85504213) reported@VodafoneUK your network is down in Fleet Hampshire
-
Neutral Bystander (@NeutralB99631) reported@Ofcom Hi @Ofcom the reply is appreciated. Confirm this has already been done. The more worrying factor is that the scammers have used @VodafoneUK legitimate messaging to message their customer scam messages.
