@VodafoneUK have without a shadow of a doubt the worst customer service of any company I have dealt with, 1 hour and 3 different members of staff and 3 seperate times I had to start all over again just to make a single payment! This is why customers leave!

@VodafoneUK Hi, please can you assist, I previously used Vodafone Wi-fi calling as my mobile signal at home is poor. This worked happily until a few months ago and now it only works if I go to Airplane mode... this is nuts, please help! Thanks, John

@VodafoneUK just received possibly the worst customer service via your “chat”. Explained what I wanted, went around the houses for half an hour, zero understanding or interaction and then cut off. I’m off to a different company I think. What’s the point of being a loyal customer?
