@VodafoneUK have without a shadow of a doubt the worst customer service of any company I have dealt with, 1 hour and 3 different members of staff and 3 seperate times I had to start all over again just to make a single payment! This is why customers leave!

@VodafoneUK 20 years with Vodafone. Never been able to log into my accounts (software engineer so not a tech idiot), got over charged for over a year for a handset I’d already paid for yet somehow still can’t be bothered to change service providers. Certainly wouldn’t recommend you though.

@VodafoneUK Vodacon! New customers are more important than the existing ones. Better deals get offered for new custom rather than long standing ones. Quite offensive to loyalty. SMS upgrade, go to check it out and by hundreds of ££ worse off to a new customer deal!!!!! Ridiculous

@VodafoneUK I already have. I’m not allowed to upgrade with the annual promise as well as trade in my phone to get costs down. I can’t afford paying £80 a month anymore especially when there’s a deal for £65 for any new customers. Absolutely shocking. I want to stay with you but that’s awful
