    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve got a brand new iPhone 11 Pro and I have no signal what so ever... texts aren’t delivering or sending. Phone calls aren’t working... currently sat in my house in an outstanding area with no bars... @VodafoneUK I’m sorry can I come back 😫😫😫

    @VodafoneUK possibly the worse customer service I have ever received, if you choose to use an internet service please make sure your companies communications are flowing throughout

    @VodafoneUK have without a shadow of a doubt the worst customer service of any company I have dealt with, 1 hour and 3 different members of staff and 3 seperate times I had to start all over again just to make a single payment! This is why customers leave!

    @VodafoneUK Hi, please can you assist, I previously used Vodafone Wi-fi calling as my mobile signal at home is poor. This worked happily until a few months ago and now it only works if I go to Airplane mode... this is nuts, please help! Thanks, John

    @VodafoneUK I’ve upgraded today but having sim issues-I cannot get through to customer services at all, the shop in town can’t sort this particular issue and neither can webchat. Seriously considering cancelling and going elsewhere despite being a customer for 10+ years!

    @VodafoneUK sort your stock issues out or at least be honest on your website. When ordering I was told my phone would be with me in 3-5 days, as soon as you take my money you tell me it's not in stock. God knows how long I'll be waiting. Shocking!

    @VodafoneUK having serious broadband issues! Can’t stream anything without constant buffering/freezing on multiple services. And yes, I have rebooted my router!

    @VodafoneUK No need. I've changed broadband provider today. Took me 2 days to deal with @VodafoneUK ending up with a customer service operator being rude and telling a pack of lies. I was overcharged and cut off for refusing to pay bill. Horrible company!

    @VodafoneUK Hey. I'm having the same issues with not recieving texts. Already tried turning my phone on and off again, as well as resetting all cached data from my messaging app but still nothing. Others seem to be recieving my texts though.

    Nothing but trouble with @VodafoneUK. Multiple agents telling me different things. I rejected a delivery that I was told would be cancelled & was still sent out. They received it on the 16th and are still telling me they don't have it & I'm still being billed. Will not use again

    Imagine @VodafoneUK ignoring customers and refusing to call customers back when they been charging you for a phone that you don’t have and offshore call centres tell you the charges are valid Absolute disgraceful service

    @VodafoneUK I know my area aint in 5g but even 4g in some areas are terrible! Same with signal been 2-3 bars.
