@VodafoneUK have without a shadow of a doubt the worst customer service of any company I have dealt with, 1 hour and 3 different members of staff and 3 seperate times I had to start all over again just to make a single payment! This is why customers leave!

@VodafoneUK Hi, please can you assist, I previously used Vodafone Wi-fi calling as my mobile signal at home is poor. This worked happily until a few months ago and now it only works if I go to Airplane mode... this is nuts, please help! Thanks, John

@VodafoneGhana is riddled with so many problems yet they think they can bypass it with automated answer machines and silly text bots. Either bcus they see Ghanaians as dumb or they just don't want to pay. Try calling @VodafoneUK in UK and see if no one will ever answer. #vodafone
