    @VodafoneUK have without a shadow of a doubt the worst customer service of any company I have dealt with, 1 hour and 3 different members of staff and 3 seperate times I had to start all over again just to make a single payment! This is why customers leave!

    As great as @VodafoneUK are, their phone insurance absolutely stinks, would advise everybody to avoid it and even cancel it if they have it you are much better off saving the money and putting it in a separate account

    @VodafoneUK Improve your services and then it might be worth the extra charge but since I'm on the lowest broadband package getting **** speeds, the increase is a slap in the face

    @VodafoneUK Hi, please can you assist, I previously used Vodafone Wi-fi calling as my mobile signal at home is poor. This worked happily until a few months ago and now it only works if I go to Airplane mode... this is nuts, please help! Thanks, John

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve got a brand new iPhone 11 Pro and I have no signal what so ever... texts aren’t delivering or sending. Phone calls aren’t working... currently sat in my house in an outstanding area with no bars... @VodafoneUK I’m sorry can I come back 😫😫😫

    @VodafoneUK I’ve upgraded today but having sim issues-I cannot get through to customer services at all, the shop in town can’t sort this particular issue and neither can webchat. Seriously considering cancelling and going elsewhere despite being a customer for 10+ years!

    @VodafoneUK thanks for the 9.3% increase on both my mobile and broadband, could have chose either one or the other and not both Not happy at all, will be cancelling both as soon as my contract on both ends, customer loyalty means sweet fa these days

    @VodafoneUK I tried to get this as an existing Vodafone customer as you sent me a reduced price deal. However when I applied I was told that deal didn’t exist despite me sending you back a copy of your email.

    @lauralauraxxxx @VodafoneUK Have you tried resetting your network settings on it? I do this everyone once in a while and it seems to work: go to your settings > general > reset > reset network settings. You will need to add passwords for WiFi/internet again but worth a shot.

    Normally, I am able to get a scam shut down by reaching out to the telecoms network that the scam is operating through. However, yesterday I found a scam run through @VodafoneUK who are too big to reach an appropriately skilled staff member to investigate and shut it down.

    @VodafoneUK why can’t I speak to your tier 2 tech support? No broadband so can’t work , been told need an engineer visit but not when they will come, need someone to be at home when they come but also can’t work from home until you fix this? Socket is new so unlikely to be issue
