@VodafoneUK have without a shadow of a doubt the worst customer service of any company I have dealt with, 1 hour and 3 different members of staff and 3 seperate times I had to start all over again just to make a single payment! This is why customers leave!

@VodafoneUK Hi, please can you assist, I previously used Vodafone Wi-fi calling as my mobile signal at home is poor. This worked happily until a few months ago and now it only works if I go to Airplane mode... this is nuts, please help! Thanks, John

@VodafoneUK I’ve upgraded today but having sim issues-I cannot get through to customer services at all, the shop in town can’t sort this particular issue and neither can webchat. Seriously considering cancelling and going elsewhere despite being a customer for 10+ years!

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve got a brand new iPhone 11 Pro and I have no signal what so ever... texts aren’t delivering or sending. Phone calls aren’t working... currently sat in my house in an outstanding area with no bars... @VodafoneUK I’m sorry can I come back 😫😫😫

@VodafoneUK is it how your policy not to answer customer service calls? I've tied multiple times with long hold times. Crap service is why I loved my business account. Guess I'll be moving the rest of my family ones now instead of upgrading

@VodafoneUK Out of my 3 points; terrible service, not able to give me extra data without extortionate prices, and broadband you only addressed the one point that is easy to dismiss publically. So what happens now as does each time is you will say somebody is coming out on ‘so and so date….

@VodafoneUK So I shouldn’t worry’. Then the same guy comes out who comes out every time who says he is not qualified to install ours for us because we are a flat and they need to send out a different specialist. Second guy never comes, I call back, they send the first guy again

As per usual @VodafoneUK cant complete a simple transaction without any problems. And when it comes to rectifying the issue, i spend hours on the phone repeating situation without any result. Then customer services cut me off! Poor form! Wont expect a reply from @VodafoneUK

.@VodafoneUK has got to be the worst broadband service I have ever experienced. I have just come off the phone with an idiot called Hagar from an Indian call centre. I’ve been asked everything about myself apart from shoe size to state that my broadband doesn’t work. She hung up
