    @VodafoneUK Good morning, I rang the Customer Service number on your website and was unaware that I could phone any other number. I received £50 as credit to my account as recognition of the appalling customer service but am still out of pocket. Please check my records.

    @VodafoneUK How much do you charge per minute for calls to your customer service centre?? Forced to make a 2hour and 9 minute call which cost me £82. £50 credit to account for the inconvenience doesn’t even cover it. I despair.

    @VodafoneUK I have just spent 2 hours and 6 mins to the Customer service centre to revert back to my previous plan due to being given false information by Vodafone 2 days previously. I challenge the CEO of Vodafone to listen to that call and tell me that is good customer service.

    @Green_AJ @VodafoneUK @virginmedia That sounds familiar. With my internet they sold me the new service. let me cancel my other contract. now are telling me the network isn't ready and I'll potentially have to wait weeks. Id be less upset if I hadn't specifically called to ensure that it was going to be seamless.

    @KieMarshall @VodafoneUK @virginmedia Tried upgrading my phone, thus spending twice as much per month since FRIDAY. They lied to me about items being in stock and am now waiting for them to cancel my order so I can re-order from a branch that does have it, told 24 hours. More lies upon lies.

    @Green_AJ @VodafoneUK I've spent 4 hours over the last 2 days trying to understand when they'll install my new internet service, Apparently they just canceled my order without letting me know. Would be fine if they hadn't told me to go ahead and cancel my @virginmedia broadband.
