No one can tell me exactly what’s wrong with the line but another engineer can’t come until the 7/9. 2 weeks after the initial date!

I've rebooted the system and that hasn't helped. I'm happy to dm you. You'll find all the info already there from previous issues.

The Technical team didn’t know how to resolve the issue, so asked me to send them pictures to an email address but when I tried to send them it says the e-address doesn’t work.
