On a rolling contract. Cancel when you want and they won't charge you. Unlimited data etc. Just ask for a sim over the counter

No one can tell me exactly what’s wrong with the line but another engineer can’t come until the 7/9. 2 weeks after the initial date!

I've rebooted the system and that hasn't helped. I'm happy to dm you. You'll find all the info already there from previous issues.
