@kenzie_foulkes @VodafoneUK I don't think it's a case of training. It's pure ignorance. Just bullying people out of money. You can't speak to customer services unless you pay the so-called 'debt'. You just get diverted to the automated payment line Anyone would think I owe thousands.

Hi @VodafoneUK, I’m experiencing a broadband outage in the WS12 area, I’ve tried all the usual steps, restarting Wifi Hub, checked cables, tried test socket without success. Is there a wider issue at the moment?

If you buying a new phone please be aware that the customer service that @VodafoneUK offer is terrible I was told I’ll get a call back from a manager within 24 hours 9 days later still nothing. After being lied to by two managers. Not what u expect when you need help

@VodafoneUK I have just had one of the worst customer service experiences in relation to my broadband. I have wasted an hour and 30 minutes of my time for absolutely no resolve what so ever. Your online chat service is diabolical. Take advice from @mixtiles and @NespressoUK on CS

@VodafoneUK so can't wait only another month to get off this awful broadband, I recommend never use these, constant line dropping off, customer service none UK, only solution they offer switching off and on, change the filter and the port

Just want to say how shocking @VodafoneUK is I ordered a new phone on the 9th Jan there would be a delay of up to 2 weeks which was fine now still waiting been told will definitely be here next week 18 years with them shocking customer service false advertising on website #lies

Been with @VodafoneUK for one month and have honestly never had worse service, absolutely awful, they’ve made numerous mistakes in our one month and are now charging us a higher rate after one month even though our terms state it increases yearly. It’s a joke. Don’t use Vodafone.

Apparently making €2.93billion profit in the first 6 months of FY2023 isn't enough for @VodafoneUK's Group. I'm now expected to pay an increased bill of 14.4% in part to pay to expand their network. That's right I'm paying more so they can make more money for themselves. #greed
