-
Matt Harrison (@paramattharri84) reported from Stoke-on-Trent, England@VodafoneUK I have just had one of the worst customer service experiences in relation to my broadband. -
Mark powner (@Markpowner2) reported from Brewood, England@VodafoneUK And you’re cutting off the sure signal in less than 60 days, yet us in rural areas have to rely on these things to get any signal let alone mms messages which won’t even work after ?? @VodafoneUK

Sam Williams (@googleplex1001) reported from Cannock Chase, EnglandHi @VodafoneUK, I’m experiencing a broadband outage in the WS12 area, I’ve tried all the usual steps, restarting Wifi Hub, checked cables, tried test socket without success. Is there a wider issue at the moment?
-
Matt Harrison (@paramattharri84) reported from Stoke-on-Trent, England@kenzie_foulkes @VodafoneUK I don't think it's a case of training. It's pure ignorance. Just bullying people out of money. You can't speak to customer services unless you pay the so-called 'debt'. You just get diverted to the automated payment line Anyone would think I owe thousands.
-
Mark powner (@Markpowner2) reported from Brewood, England@VodafoneUK @philwynn88 took me in when I lost my job and my home and for that I’ll never be able to repay him! A shiny new phone would help though 🥰
-
Michèle Perry (@Michele_at_Kane) reported from Stafford, England@VodafoneUK - do you really think a recorded message saying you’re “experiencing technical difficulties and can’t answer the phone right now so please call back” is going to help anybody who’s gone through hours of trying to resolve an issue already 🤬🤬🤬
-
Michael Ball 🇬🇧 (@MichaelYoga79) reported from Stoke-on-Trent, England@VodafoneUK @SteveVoller1 I wouldn’t go for Vodafone as you were an awful place to work for when I worked at one of your offices. There is nothing wrong with @GBNEWS and if you pull your advertising then it shows how weak you are. Stand up to this hateful mob on the left.

-
Ards Brexit (@ArdsBrexit) reported@vodafone @VodafoneUK You will be able to track the devices that are being handed out to illegal migrants that are using your network. Facilitating these illegal migrants makes you an accessory to people trafficking. You paying customers are funding this, are they made aware?
