@kenzie_foulkes @VodafoneUK I don't think it's a case of training. It's pure ignorance. Just bullying people out of money. You can't speak to customer services unless you pay the so-called 'debt'. You just get diverted to the automated payment line Anyone would think I owe thousands.

@VodafoneUK Not interested. Been through the process multiple times before to no avail. Been into the shop, done everything I can. You need to sort your customer services out instead of bullying people into paying money.

@VodafoneUK avoid there broadband. Yet again no internet, yet again there chat bot won't put you in touch with a person, yet again massive queues on phone line. What's worse than their broadband? Their customer service .

@VodafoneUK so can't wait only another month to get off this awful broadband, I recommend never use these, constant line dropping off, customer service none UK, only solution they offer switching off and on, change the filter and the port

If you buying a new phone please be aware that the customer service that @VodafoneUK offer is terrible I was told I’ll get a call back from a manager within 24 hours 9 days later still nothing. After being lied to by two managers. Not what u expect when you need help

Hi @VodafoneUK, I’m experiencing a broadband outage in the WS12 area, I’ve tried all the usual steps, restarting Wifi Hub, checked cables, tried test socket without success. Is there a wider issue at the moment?

@VodafoneUK @SteveVoller1 I wouldn’t go for Vodafone as you were an awful place to work for when I worked at one of your offices. There is nothing wrong with @GBNEWS and if you pull your advertising then it shows how weak you are. Stand up to this hateful mob on the left.

Just want to say how shocking @VodafoneUK is I ordered a new phone on the 9th Jan there would be a delay of up to 2 weeks which was fine now still waiting been told will definitely be here next week 18 years with them shocking customer service false advertising on website #lies

@VodafoneUK I have just had one of the worst customer service experiences in relation to my broadband. I have wasted an hour and 30 minutes of my time for absolutely no resolve what so ever. Your online chat service is diabolical. Take advice from @mixtiles and @NespressoUK on CS

@virginmedia I’ve discussed it. The best you can offer me is £47 a month. I currently pay £32. A new customer would pay £36. I’ve given 30 days notice to cancel now as I’ll go with @VodafoneUK who can offer full fibre for £36 a month.

I see the service has not improved since @VodafoneUK merged with @ThreeUK . After almost 24 hours I'm still unable to make or receive calls in central London.

@ThreeUK making and receiving calls has been down all day long. What an earth is going on? This has already happened this year back in January. I thought you have now teamed up with @VodafoneUK for a so called "Better Service". It's been far from that for the last few years now!
