You can't speak to customer services unless you pay the so-called 'debt'. You just get diverted to the automated payment line Anyone would think I owe thousands.

I went down there and I reckon the revolving door is still spinning!! Got a letter, went to county court and kicked off till I got the CCJ taken off. Should have sued the pair of them.

Size of file 39 Mbts Download speed 22Kbt/s (not constant speed) Time taken 45 minutes Result failed. Is there anywhere in the world worse than this?
