@VodafoneUK Thanks - but I definitely need the complaints department! I’ve spent half an hour in store twice, 2 hours awaiting a callback & 45 minutes talking to Customer Services today & I’m now ready to leave after 20 years, as soon as I’ve logged my complaint!!!

@VodafoneUK your WiFi is the worst I’ve ever come across. Not only have you double charged me and I still don’t have an outcome you can’t even stream on WiFi costing £35 a month with out it stopping every 2 seconds #pathetic #Vodafonedown

@VodafoneUK Hi. I have a Vodafone number. I am getting 20-30 Wangiri fraud calls/voicemails per day. I can block the numbers but they just call from another one. I can’t keep up with sending the numbers to 7726. Can you do anything to help. Calls are all from +1(274) and +1(214).

@VodafoneUK Already tried that on the PC. Also tried downloading evil Google Chrome. Still doesn't work. I did however manage to get the phone to work last night though so I've place my upgrade order now. Galaxy S20 FE 5G in White. Can't wait

Do not get a phone with @VodafoneUK, they 100% provide the worlds worst customer service. I have waited nearly 6 weeks for my phone and been lied to about its delivery date on multiple occasions.

@Mobilescouk please stock the @oneplus 8 Pro for upgrades. I wanna upgrade from my 7 Pro for a good deal. I'm on @VodafoneUK and they are useless and have a very poor range of phone brands for upgrades.

Been trying up grade all day with @VodafoneUK live chat on and off since 9am. I not been offered 1 deal, fed aload of shit and chat ended after queuing for over a hour over and over again! I ONLY WANT TO ******* UPGRADE!!! Piss piss poor. **** it. Beer time.

Hi @VodafoneUK I’m a fairly new customer on Pro Full Fibre 900 and everything was great at first but now we’re getting constant dropouts and speeds of less than 1mbps! Status on app says good but it’s clearly not! We’ve done the usual stops to try to resolve. Any suggestions??
