@VodafoneUK Already tried that on the PC. Also tried downloading evil Google Chrome. Still doesn't work. I did however manage to get the phone to work last night though so I've place my upgrade order now. Galaxy S20 FE 5G in White. Can't wait

Do not get a phone with @VodafoneUK, they 100% provide the worlds worst customer service. I have waited nearly 6 weeks for my phone and been lied to about its delivery date on multiple occasions.

Been trying up grade all day with @VodafoneUK live chat on and off since 9am. I not been offered 1 deal, fed aload of shit and chat ended after queuing for over a hour over and over again! I ONLY WANT TO ******* UPGRADE!!! Piss piss poor. **** it. Beer time.

@VodafoneUK Hi. I have a Vodafone number. I am getting 20-30 Wangiri fraud calls/voicemails per day. I can block the numbers but they just call from another one. I can’t keep up with sending the numbers to 7726. Can you do anything to help. Calls are all from +1(274) and +1(214).

@VodafoneUK 4G data speed in Uttoxeter this evening is shockingly bad. What on earth is going on? I normally turn WiFi off in evenings because 4G is faster, but this is awful tonight.

@Mobilescouk please stock the @oneplus 8 Pro for upgrades. I wanna upgrade from my 7 Pro for a good deal. I'm on @VodafoneUK and they are useless and have a very poor range of phone brands for upgrades.

@VodafoneUK I have just had one of the worst customer service experiences in relation to my broadband. I have wasted an hour and 30 minutes of my time for absolutely no resolve what so ever. Your online chat service is diabolical. Take advice from @mixtiles and @NespressoUK on CS

Good morning @VodafoneUK and Happy New Year. Can you tell me please if there is a systemic problem around the KT13 9xx area. For the last three weeks or so I have had problems with my mobile 'phone connection dropping out. It often comes back if I disable and re-enable SIM. (1/2)

Hi @VodafoneUK I wonder if you can help please. After only the first year of my contract with Vodafone (£50 p month), the mother board of my Iphone13 has died. #Apple claims it's not their issue so won't replace. Shouldn't #Vodafone replace it?

@CraigCRogers @VodafoneUK I provide the mobile to my 21 year old daughter, the contract ends 26 Jan. VF said I had to go into PAYG for 30 days before I could transfer the number to her own new line. We left, got a new line with EE and PAC’d the number over. I’ll never use VF again.
