If you buying a new phone please be aware that the customer service that @VodafoneUK offer is terrible I was told I’ll get a call back from a manager within 24 hours 9 days later still nothing. After being lied to by two managers. Not what u expect when you need help

@VodafoneUK so can't wait only another month to get off this awful broadband, I recommend never use these, constant line dropping off, customer service none UK, only solution they offer switching off and on, change the filter and the port

Just want to say how shocking @VodafoneUK is I ordered a new phone on the 9th Jan there would be a delay of up to 2 weeks which was fine now still waiting been told will definitely be here next week 18 years with them shocking customer service false advertising on website #lies

@VodafoneUK avoid there broadband. Yet again no internet, yet again there chat bot won't put you in touch with a person, yet again massive queues on phone line. What's worse than their broadband? Their customer service .

@VodafoneUK please help!! I can’t phone 191 as I’ve no signal, I can’t use my Vodafone app as it wants me to use a one timer passcode which I can’t receive as I’ve no signal, none of these are available via WiFi!?! I have a long journey in front of me and need to have signal

@VodafoneUK hello I am wondering if you can help I tried to change over to the eSim, the old sim stopped working after 5 secs and I have had no more information, I can’t call due to the sim being disconnected, and tobi sucks. Every time I try to log in it also asks for the OTPC.

@VodafoneUK Does work from my phone, but not my desktop in two browsers (Chromium Edge & Opera GX) after clearing cookie and cache... Developer tools do report an uncaught reference error so there maybe a problem. Will use my phone (Chrome) for now. :)
