Stephen Oldham (@stephenoldhamuk) reported from Uttoxeter, England@VodafoneUK Hi. I have a Vodafone number. I am getting 20-30 Wangiri fraud calls/voicemails per day. I can block the numbers but they just call from another one. I can’t keep up with sending the numbers to 7726. Can you do anything to help. Calls are all from +1(274) and +1(214).

Michèle Perry (@Michele_at_Kane) reported from Stafford, England@VodafoneUK Thanks - but I definitely need the complaints department! I’ve spent half an hour in store twice, 2 hours awaiting a callback & 45 minutes talking to Customer Services today & I’m now ready to leave after 20 years, as soon as I’ve logged my complaint!!!
-
Daz Starr (@Daz_Starr) reported from Alrewas, EnglandIf you buying a new phone please be aware that the customer service that @VodafoneUK offer is terrible I was told I’ll get a call back from a manager within 24 hours 9 days later still nothing. After being lied to by two managers. Not what u expect when you need help
-
Matt Harrison (@paramattharri84) reported from Stoke-on-Trent, England@VodafoneUK Not interested. Been through the process multiple times before to no avail. Been into the shop, done everything I can. You need to sort your customer services out instead of bullying people into paying money.
-

Daz Starr (@Daz_Starr) reported from Penkridge, EnglandJust want to say how shocking @VodafoneUK is I ordered a new phone on the 9th Jan there would be a delay of up to 2 weeks which was fine now still waiting been told will definitely be here next week 18 years with them shocking customer service false advertising on website #lies
-
Michèle Perry (@Michele_at_Kane) reported from Stafford, England@VodafoneUK - do you really think a recorded message saying you’re “experiencing technical difficulties and can’t answer the phone right now so please call back” is going to help anybody who’s gone through hours of trying to resolve an issue already 🤬🤬🤬
-
Mark powner (@Markpowner2) reported from Brewood, England@VodafoneUK And you’re cutting off the sure signal in less than 60 days, yet us in rural areas have to rely on these things to get any signal let alone mms messages which won’t even work after ?? @VodafoneUK
-
Matt Harrison (@paramattharri84) reported from Stoke-on-Trent, England@kenzie_foulkes @VodafoneUK I don't think it's a case of training. It's pure ignorance. Just bullying people out of money. You can't speak to customer services unless you pay the so-called 'debt'. You just get diverted to the automated payment line Anyone would think I owe thousands.
-
Mark powner (@Markpowner2) reported from Brewood, England@VodafoneUK @philwynn88 took me in when I lost my job and my home and for that I’ll never be able to repay him! A shiny new phone would help though 🥰
-
George Randall (@George_R4ndall) reported from Cannock Chase, EnglandDo not get a phone with @VodafoneUK, they 100% provide the worlds worst customer service. I have waited nearly 6 weeks for my phone and been lied to about its delivery date on multiple occasions.
-
rowey⭐️ (@jessabellrosiee) reported from Forsbrook, England@VodafoneUK Make your mind up whether the call I received last week was a scam or not as I was promised credit on my account and 1 employee has told me it was vodaphone then another said it was and then it wasn’t and then he wasn’t sure and couldn’t help me any further - not happy!
-
Daz Starr (@Daz_Starr) reported from Penkridge, England@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup 2 days after getting told I would be called by your customer relations manager within 24hours and I’m still waiting. Was this an estimated time like the estimated time scale you give for phones you don’t even have I stock or know when they will be ???
-
𝙎𝙩𝙪 (@Sickpillow) reported from Stoke-on-Trent, England@LIAMCOXON1 @VodafoneUK Bad when you think i did actually have one but @VodafoneUK couldn’t/wouldn’t change the contract they ****** up on in the first place so i had to go out my way to take it back now its 4 weeks down the line still waiting. Half tempted to cancel tbh and go to apple for the max
-
andrew ferneyhough (@andyferneyhough) reported from Cheadle, England@VodafoneUK so can't wait only another month to get off this awful broadband, I recommend never use these, constant line dropping off, customer service none UK, only solution they offer switching off and on, change the filter and the port
-
Matt Harrison (@paramattharri84) reported from Stoke-on-Trent, England@VodafoneUK I have just had one of the worst customer service experiences in relation to my broadband. I have wasted an hour and 30 minutes of my time for absolutely no resolve what so ever. Your online chat service is diabolical. Take advice from @mixtiles and @NespressoUK on CS
-
Ryan Spooner (@Ry5ter) reported from Uttoxeter, England@VodafoneUK 4G data speed in Uttoxeter this evening is shockingly bad. What on earth is going on? I normally turn WiFi off in evenings because 4G is faster, but this is awful tonight.

-
Damon McRea (@Dameo_23) reported@VodafoneUK I get daily texts off you to upgrade my phone, I get twice daily emails saying an upgrade is ready. Instead of being desperate to get more money out of me. Sort your service out in the CA7 area!
-
King Louis XIII (@GoodKingLou) reportedCancel @VodafoneUK... They're clearly happy to provide the Data for the phones upon which some of these invaders have co-ordinated and recorded their crimes...
-
Heather Roberts (@HvrRoberts) reported@VodafoneUK Why have you not replied to my message from 2 weeks ago! No longer relevant! I can now upgrade my plan but the best deal will cost me another £10 a month whilst you help illegal immigrants! Shame on you!
-
jean harris (@jeanharris0603) reported@Iromg @VodafoneUK Data so that they can talk to underage girls. **** @VodafoneUK
-
Fefella (@FefellaLou) reported@Connkks Maybe Louise Haigh and @VodafoneUK could team up and make sure they’re stupid alarms are sent to the people that need to be told
-
Danny B (@DannyBee595) reportedI've had such a frustrating experience upgrading with @VodafoneUK , I wish I hadn't bothered. The bloatware on the Honor Magic V6 is already horrendous, but then I have to contend with pre-ticked boxes to install even more of the crap in "Vodafone Appbox"... which can't be skipped or closed. So I've had to go through 3 (full) screens of apps which nobody wants and had to untick the apps which Vodafone conveniently (and sneakily) ticked on my behalf. This is a great way to ruin the arrival of a new phone, which should be a positive experience. My mood is already frustrated from this, that's before I even start to uninstall all the other crap that HONOR put on their phones. I remember the pain I felt when I got my last phone trying to get rid of the Vodafone bloatware, but 3 years on it is so much worse now. NOBODY WANTS THIS JUNK. You're ruining the experience of what is meant to be your main product/service. Poor show.
-
freespeech (@openchatter) reportedThe more I investigate mobile network costs before renewing my contract, the more I realise a direct contract with @VodafoneUK is a rip off. I can’t wait to cancel my contract.
-
EmmaT (@Emma_twam) reported@IsntWorkingPod @VodafoneUK It was the weight of his plastic boobies dragging him down.
-
Le Coq (@LeCoq_79) reportedThe @VodafoneUK WiFi7 boosters are so bad, they’ve sent me 3 that just don’t work.
-
Ian Robinson (@Ramasesuk) reported@VodafoneUK why has your coverage/signal been absolutely awful for the last few months in north Devon? Is it because you joined with 3 and have shut down your own masts and are using there’s?
