Andy Kiddell (@AndyKiddell) reported from Hellesdon, England@VodafoneUK I have 30 numbers with you but why is it so difficult to speak to someone who can help me whether I have one number or a thousand. I can’t do something online if your system doesn’t make allowance yet trying to get a human who I can understand to help is impossible
-
Jamie Reeve (@jamierreeve) reported from North Walsham, EnglandWow. Never in may 40 years on this planet have I been treated with such utter contempt, disregard, disrespect and complacency as a customer as I have been by @VodafoneUK the past few weeks/months, and particularly today.
-
Liam Killington (@Killi87) reported from Scottow, EnglandReally disappointed with @VodafoneUK! So the deal I was quoted a few days ago is apparently ‘no longer available’ and there is ‘nothing they can do’! Piss poor customer service considering I’ve been a Vodafone customer for 20 years! Will be looking at a new provider...
-
SY (@syrocks69) reported from Norwich, England@VodafoneUK typical Vodafone you make a complaint and they offer you something that cost you more. Totally loosing faith.

TopMark Norwich (@TopMarkNorwich) reported from Poringland, England@BIGDaddyDigital @MrSteThompson @VodafoneUK We had 6 weeks Oct/Nov of no coverage in our local area, they were very good and refunded £100 for loss of service. Happened again in March and again refunded. I always used chat box on the app 👍
-
loulouroberts (@loulouroberts1) reported from Norwich, England.@VodafoneUK so disappointing that you’ve failed to send a replacement SIM card for my mother-in-law. She’s only been without her mobile since July as covid prevented you sending 1 for 3 months & now 1 you sent is broken! Your digital only approach alienates the vulnerable 🤬
-
Karen⚽️🏴 (@ncfc_karen19) reported from Norwich, England@VodafoneUK hi, my contract experience today and I was wondering how much it would be to leave the company and go with another network with my number
-
kenhurst 💙 (@kenhurst) reported from Norwich, England@VodafoneUK Fair play. We’ll see if it’s as effective as it is secret. (btw, “*free* spam reporting service” - do you think it’s something you’d be justified in charging for?)

Pia Kristmansson (@PiaKristmansson) reported from Great Yarmouth, England@VodafoneUK The **** show with @vuecinemas and the meltdown in their booking system 10 days ago goes on. My codes were eaten up when I tried to book. I spent three days trying to sort it out to absolutely no avail. Was assured I'd get a refund. Now I'm back to square one.
-
Daneyka Southwell (@daneyka0408) reported from Norwich, England@VodafoneUK my data signal is TERRIBLE again. It just keeps cutting off and very frequently. Losing the will to live here, especially as your status checker says everything’s fine (it’s not)

Scott (@scottmacg3469) reported@VodafoneUK Another outage on Vodafone internet tonight in Glasgow. What a shite service they provide.
-
Michael Dance (@ourdancefamily) reported.@SMARTYMobileUK is a waste of space. Their live chat asks you a load of trash and to cancel a sim is a pain in the arse. Why can’t a mobile company see the account you’ve logged into and actually provide decent support, every other network can, let’s hope @VodafoneUK fixes it!!

Paul Jones - Performer/Shooter, Web sites🔞 (@pauljonesAIR) reported@VodafoneUK OK, so, a complaint Phone, with bank cards, lost. No problem, get a new one. I went to the vodafone shop, with my passport and my bank statement. They can't help. They can only order a sim for a lost phone if I have my bank cards. The ones in the phone. That will take a week to replace. They told me to phone customer services. CS were surprised the shop could not help, so put me through security. Which I failed. I even have a 4 digit code? Never used it. My last bill? No idea, because it's a text on my phone. Look at my bank statement? Fair plan, but my LOST PHONE is my 2FA device, so before showing me my statement, my bank will send a text to my phone, the one I don't have any more... They said I failed security and the only option would be a security reset. They'd send me an email. You know what the security reset asks for? a PHOTO of my passport and a PHOTO of my bank statement. You know what is LESS SECURE than a person standing in front of you, with their physical passport and bank statement? A photo of those documents attached to a form. It's almost as though you have not paid attention to what AI image generation can do these days. If you ever need to get a DBS check, they require you turn up, in person , and present physical documents. Not photos. SUGGESTION : If a customer comes to a shop with their passport and bank statement, THAT IS SECURE ID and the shop should be able to order a sim replacement.
