  • AQS_Ltd

@OnecomUK Really? Not for mobile data pricing plans when compared to @VodafoneUK considering we use said company through you. Only 9 days left before we can formally notify you of our intention to terminate contracts #ripoffcompany

  • PBexfield
Paul Bexfield (@PBexfield) reported from Great Yarmouth, England

@VodafoneUK She has contacted Vodafone on numerous occasions with no satisfaction. Never mind she is now in possession of the CEO’s e mail and phone number. Start at the top and work down👎👎👎👎👎

  • loulouroberts1
loulouroberts (@loulouroberts1) reported from Norwich, England

.@VodafoneUK so disappointing that you’ve failed to send a replacement SIM card for my mother-in-law. She’s only been without her mobile since July as covid prevented you sending 1 for 3 months & now 1 you sent is broken! Your digital only approach alienates the vulnerable 🤬

  • daneyka0408
Daneyka Southwell (@daneyka0408) reported from Norwich, England

@VodafoneUK my data signal is TERRIBLE again. It just keeps cutting off and very frequently. Losing the will to live here, especially as your status checker says everything’s fine (it’s not)

  • LadyAnnabelle1
LadyAnnabelle (@LadyAnnabelle1) reported from Catfield, England

@VodafoneUK #vodafone #rubbishsignal, once again rubbish signal wifi and phone in my area.

  • Killi87
Liam Killington (@Killi87) reported from Scottow, England

Really disappointed with @VodafoneUK! So the deal I was quoted a few days ago is apparently ‘no longer available’ and there is ‘nothing they can do’! Piss poor customer service considering I’ve been a Vodafone customer for 20 years! Will be looking at a new provider...

  • PoliticsVeteran
Veteran Politics UK #EnoughIsEnough (@PoliticsVeteran) reported from Hopton on Sea, England

So after a 3 day outage last week we have another this week....sick of paying for a service and not getting it @VodafoneUK. Unlike other networks you don't even keep your customers informed....sickieningly poor service all round. Almost 3 decades a customer it's time I dumped you

  • AQS_Ltd
A.Q.S Limited (@AQS_Ltd) reported from Thorpe St. Andrew, England

@OnecomUK There’s never a good day for @OnecomUK customers who are paying huge costs for little data compared with real @VodafoneUK customers.

  • DanCareyDawes
Daniel Carey-Dawes (@DanCareyDawes) reported from Lessingham, England

Hi @VodafoneUK for the second time in the last few days you have left some very isolated rural communities in North Norfolk without any mobile signal at all. When is this going to be sorted?

  • kenhurst
kenhurst 💙 (@kenhurst) reported from Norwich, England

@VodafoneUK Fair play. We’ll see if it’s as effective as it is secret. (btw, “*free* spam reporting service” - do you think it’s something you’d be justified in charging for?)

  • TopMarkNorwich
TopMark Norwich (@TopMarkNorwich) reported from Poringland, England

@BIGDaddyDigital @MrSteThompson @VodafoneUK We had 6 weeks Oct/Nov of no coverage in our local area, they were very good and refunded £100 for loss of service. Happened again in March and again refunded. I always used chat box on the app 👍

  • GarethD45237509
Gareth Davies (@GarethD45237509) reported from Great Yarmouth, England

@VodafoneUK another day with poor coverage (now four days in total) can you let me know what is happening with the coverage as its previously been excellent! Had to tweet this whilst at work as no signal to do it at home.

  • kenhurst
kenhurst 💙 (@kenhurst) reported from Norwich, England

@VodafoneUK Yup, I’m doing my bit by taking time and trouble to do all that and more. But nowhere is my question “what precisely is @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup doing” answered? “Dedicated team” and “take this matter seriously” are just platitudes.

  • pauljonesAIR
    Paul Jones - Performer/Shooter, Web sites🔞 (@pauljonesAIR) reported

@VodafoneUK OK, so, a complaint Phone, with bank cards, lost. No problem, get a new one. I went to the vodafone shop, with my passport and my bank statement. They can't help. They can only order a sim for a lost phone if I have my bank cards. The ones in the phone. That will take a week to replace. They told me to phone customer services. CS were surprised the shop could not help, so put me through security. Which I failed. I even have a 4 digit code? Never used it. My last bill? No idea, because it's a text on my phone. Look at my bank statement? Fair plan, but my LOST PHONE is my 2FA device, so before showing my my statement, my bank will send a text to my phone, the one I don't have any more... They said I failed security and the only option would be a security reset. They'd send me an email. You know what the security reset asks for? a PHOTO of my passport and a PHOTO of my bank statement. You know what is LESS SECURE than a person standing in front of you, with their physical passport and bank statement? A photo of those documents attached to a form. It's almost as though you have not paid attention to what AI image generation can do these days. If you ever need to get a DBS check, they require you turn up, in person , and present physical documents. Not photos. SUGGESTION : If a customer comes to a shop with their passport and bank statement, THAT IS SECURE ID and the shop should be able to order a sim replacement.

Wow @VodafoneUK your customer service is awful, asking a question on the chat and the response is "yeah just hold on" SERIOUSLY! that's how you run the business now! All I asked was if the contract could be resent as not att'd - with a please!
