I made a costly mistake back in Sept/Oct I inadvertently used my phone on a maritime network running up an unwelcome bill. @VodafoneUK agreed a repayment plan which was finished yesterday including a goodwill gesture of £65. Now they say I owe a further £20!!!

My codes were eaten up when I tried to book. I spent three days trying to sort it out to absolutely no avail. Was assured I'd get a refund. Now I'm back to square one.

Zero customer service (if you manage to get hold of them) & they say it'll be sorted next day but it never is. Months pass by. It’s always next day. AVOID THEM. Use literally anyone except Vodafone UK.
