No check carried out during changeover!!!

Third day running I can't get use social media, make a call, not even ab emergency call from my home.

Happened again in March and again refunded. I always used chat box on the app 👍

My codes were eaten up when I tried to book. I spent three days trying to sort it out to absolutely no avail. Was assured I'd get a refund. Now I'm back to square one.
