    Really disappointed with @VodafoneUK! So the deal I was quoted a few days ago is apparently ‘no longer available’ and there is ‘nothing they can do’! Piss poor customer service considering I’ve been a Vodafone customer for 20 years! Will be looking at a new provider...

    @BIGDaddyDigital @MrSteThompson @VodafoneUK We had 6 weeks Oct/Nov of no coverage in our local area, they were very good and refunded £100 for loss of service. Happened again in March and again refunded. I always used chat box on the app 👍

    @VodafoneUK hi my phone went for repairs 04/02 and nobody can tell me where it is or when I am getting it back. I've spent about 5 hours on the phone since it went trying to find out but still none the wiser. Working 12 hour shifts and wasting my time off chasing this pls help

    @VodafoneUK Both my Mother and I have been in contact with Vodafone for the last 3 weeks and have had appalling customer service from every person we have spoken to. You have stolen £40 from a 101-year-old WW2 veteran and have no intention of refunding this. Utterly unconscionable.
