@BIGDaddyDigital @MrSteThompson @VodafoneUK We had 6 weeks Oct/Nov of no coverage in our local area, they were very good and refunded £100 for loss of service. Happened again in March and again refunded. I always used chat box on the app 👍

1 hour 15 minutes on live chat @VodafoneUK for them to not resolve an issue the person got caught lying to me though the chat and offered a £3 goodwill charge.The didn’t know what the NHS was for discount. If you have uk discounts your staff abroad need trained.Disgraceful AVOID!
