    @EE finally on day 5 is my phone unlocked! What an absolutely terrible experience... I used to have 4 lines with you and now I'll never come back... the reason why all 4 of my lines are now with @VodafoneUK is because the customer experience is so much better!

    @TonzerWee @VodafoneUK I had an issue with them. I was given permission by my mum to speak to them on her behalf. She would have to give her date of birth for this to be able to happen. When my mum had told her the date of her own birth the lady on the phone told my mum her date of birth was wrong ๐Ÿค”

    @VodafoneUK team couldnโ€™t even handle a package upgrade. They asked for my consent to deactivate my line to do it. After I questioned the consent they admitted it could take 1โ€“5 days! No written 1-day fix guarantee, failed upgrade, and I missed the campaign. Bravo.

    @VodafoneUK your support has been quite disappointing. I ported from Three this Monday and it was successful however I cannot access the app at all, only the website works. Looks like it's a reprovisioning error on your side. Investigation was raised but nothing's come out of it.

    Why is my signal absolutely terrible nowadays @VodafoneUK? Always shows full with 5g but nothing ever loads. Have to use WiFi all the time.
