@VodafoneUK , hi this is second month and i suffer from same problem, i renew my big value bundle and i receive confirmation message but the bundle not active last month i spend more than 1 hour in your store to solve this problem

Imagine spending hours and days on end to @VodafoneUK to just be ignored! £62.40 my bill INCLUDING £9 insurance yet they’re charging me £9 each month on top of £62.40. Ring them and they tell me it’ll be sorted for month afterwards. NEVER IS!

@VodafoneUK what a total disgrace. IWatch contract ended on 18Dec and still your staff can’t figure out how to switch it to sim only. I’ve called three times so far for this issue. Spent over 4 hours on the phone. Will have to call again yet. Terrible service!

@gcluley @VodafoneUK Also, according to Vodafone, I was constantly going over my allowance they could not even prove me how. Their App had a different figures than their bills. Never paid more than 10£/month with GiffGaff, if not less.

@gcluley @VodafoneUK I had the same issue with Vodafone and EE. I had to cancel my direct debits. They put a notice on my credit history, Long battle to cancel. In have been using GiffGaff Pay as you go for several years and so happier and cheaper.

According to @VodafoneUK @XiaomiSupport Mi 11 phones seem to have an issue with the Charger, the gentleman on the phone today from Vodafone said he's had many people complaining about the charger over heating, it seems am not the only one who's contacted Xiaomi and been ignored.

Hey @VodafoneUK - pls have an online status page for broadband issues! your support staff redirect us to downdetector site which is a terrible way to findout what is happening - using webchat regularly on mobile to findout status is a horrible way to get support #nointernet
