I am so disappointed in the customer service I have just received from @VodafoneUK therefore I have ended my contact after 16 loyal years I expected a better service and deal. I wouldn’t recommend Vodafone UK.

@muzicbrew @VodafoneUK Past 2/3 weeks now, every evening drops top 2/3 mpbs. They don’t even bother replying to me anymore. There app saying I’m getting speeds of 50 odd. Which I never have. It’s fraud!

I am just stunned as to hard it is to be a customer of @VodafoneUK you can't just get an upgrade in a shop. Oh no, you have to phone Vodafone to get a proper quote, but, just to mess you around more, you have to then go online to apply any appropriate discounts. #unwanted#annoyed

OK, @VodafoneUK, it's pretty dumb block data, calls and sms (including receiving!) in other country due to exceed usage but send verification message (which never arrives because you blocked SMS) to login in your website. Mind spending a minute to help us and fix this?
