  @MarcusNawAh @VodafoneUK Exactly why I quit with them many years ago. Customer service was shocking. Went into a store to cancel and they said they couldn't cancel instore and had to be done via their online customer service team.

  1) It’s bad enough that my Mum has had a @VodafoneUK📱delivered this morning by @DPDgroup_news in #Stockport which she hasn’t ordered! Highly concerned that another #DPD Delivery Driver then attempted to recover it about 20 mins after. He was clearly #Fraudulent so unsuccessful.

  Just wondering why Three Mobile are providing me with broadband now I'm not paying when they and Vodafone consistently failed to provide me with service when i did pay them for 2 years eh @VodafoneUK @3mifi I mean the way they treated me while i was in Palermo was the worse ever ( refused to let my payment for roaming go through so I'm wandering back streets in 80 degree heat ) and their minions are trained to lie like robots - need i go on. Putting them out of business after they have insulted my intelligence for 2 years is the only option.   @VodafoneUK Interesting scam attempt today. Call from landline claiming to be vodafone with a discount for my monthly payment for being a loyal customer. Scammer is able to generate a 2-FA code to be sent from Vodafone and they ask for the code. Just hung up on them lmao.

  It’s been 6 years now since @VodafoneUK dumped us as store teams to a franchise model that didn’t work. No redundancy after 13 years service just forced to franchise or made unemployed. Staff want justice as well as @FairerFranchise owners. Gave my heart and soul to this company
