    @johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

    @VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

    @VodafoneUK We have spent two hours in our local vodaphone shop and spoke to complaints who for a change spoke sense. With the help of the shop manager it would appear that there maybe resolution. 6 months of threats of debt collection, cut off ,told many times it is sorted. Let’s hope it is

    @VodafoneUK after 2 days of wrangling unsuccessfully with your telephone customer services. Jonathan from your Victoria Street, London store fixed my 5G. Excellent service from Jonathan, not so good on phone.

    @VodafoneUK So Openreach finally fixed the issues outside - so now our CRAP internet is down to the WiFi - so down purely to Vodafone. WHY am I paying £32 for my unbreakable internet when I could pay £20 for rubbish service elsewhere? Off we go!!

    @VodafoneUK Tried to cancel from website. Same problem. Cleared arrears. Still 30 mins to cancel from website when logged into account. And then told have to pay another month. This is scandalous
