Dear @VodafoneUK Please stop emailing me and texting me when I cancel yet another service. I am just counting down the seconds to when I can leave my contract with you.

@VodafoneUK now two months on from a failing of my landline/broadband for over a week and a agreement by Vodafone to honour their contract to reduce my bill to acknowledge the failed supply of service. I still have not received ANY reduction, after several calls More broken lies

@VodafoneUK 2c. Few years and were advised that there are no plans to upgrade the area. The performance issues impacts our area, not just our house.

@VodafoneUK OLIVER: Vodafone just lost a customer of 15 yrs. You sent me to a bot that repeatedly says inanities even though I typed very specifically what my issue is, with SKU, mobile, and SIM numbers. I can't call Vodafone: my Nokia's dead and the iPhone in question won't make phone calls

I thought my previous isp was bad. At least they would speak to @WeAreOpenreach about the issue (although they did nothing to resolve it), but @VodafoneUK don't even do that. Def ditching them as soon as I can.

@VodafoneUK 2b. We are part copper and part aluminium, which could well explain the stability issues and also the low sync speed. Reached out to openreach via the local MP asking just for a date when we were due for the gigabit upgrade supposedly being carried out nation wide over the next
