    @VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

    Honestly I've never known a mobile company that is so incompetent. The way @VodafoneUK has f*cked up everything in the last month. Honestly if anyone is considering joining them DON'T, you will spend hours, days and weeks of your live explaining yourself over and over again.

    @VodafoneUK I did speak with someone on a customer helpline the other day but their solution was to turn off the work and hardwire a laptop into the router. Not exactly ideal when working from home and relying on food internet.

    @VodafoneUK my Mum has just moved to yourselves from EE. Her EE number switched over yesterday to Vodafone, but now saying no service, and it’s sending messages from the number that came with the Vodafone sim today. How do we sort this please?

    @VodafoneUK I asked to speak to his manager about why he asked me all the other questions if they weren’t good enough, but he said no because he would say the same !! Great service , well done . You’ve earned your 13% price increase for this year..

    @VodafoneUK It IS disappointing. But that that is all you and others are saying. What I NEED is a phone that works. Since this morning, I have had NO capability whatsoever to make or receive mobile calls, through absolutely no fault of my own. Is anyone going to actually sort the problem?
