    @VodafoneUK your helpline service is the worst of worst. Whenever I contact with the agent through the Vodafone app, the agent says their tool isn't working! I can't even increase my spend limit manager. I even called but nothing is working. What a MESS!!

    @VodafoneUK I closed my account down 3 years ago, you have a zero balance on my account as at 09/2018! So why do you have you put a default charge on my credit file??? 3 years after my contract ended and after you have confirmed a zero balance n my account! @VodafoneUK

    Bit rubbish, pre-order the z-fold 3 and get no shipping details or updates from @VodafoneUK and now the delivery day has arrived and still nothing. cant even get through to support.

    @VodafoneUK Its fine, managed to get through to your phone support finally, they've advised of a delay (few weeks) on the phones. ideally you should have sent an email to all pre-order customers to let them know rather than having to call specifically.

    @VodafoneUK failing your long standing customers of 15+ years is appalling - even after 2 hour phone call and ‘letter before action’ been sent your customer service is non existent (complaint 20210881)
