@johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

@VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

@scottishchicp @VodafoneUK I’ve been with O2, they were good. EE are better though, especially coverage. Avoid Vodafone, heard nothing but bad experiences with their customer service

@VodafoneUK Other masts no longer reaches the phone. Now down to 1 bad of 4G. Just walked through the shopping centre and mostly had 2 bars of 4G. But speed is abysmal. Most other places you guys seem to work fine. 2/2

Ordered the new iPhone 14 Pro Max with @VodafoneUK 5 weeks ago and still haven’t received it. Was told I need to cancel my order and wait a further 2-3 weeks for the new one. Has this happened to anyone else? Why is there no way to manually pull my order through/fast track?

@scottishchicp @VodafoneUK Just got myself a new deal with virgin 30gb data (plus a further 30gb free) ultd calls and texts for £10 on a month by month contract . Been with them for a few years and never had an issue
