    Spent the whole day trying to get hold of anyone who could help me with leaving @VodafoneUK. Simply dreadful customer service, all the routes they advise in texts or communications are dead ends or not where they say they are. Is it any wonder I am trying to leave?!!

    @VodafoneUK myself & 3 other family members renewed our contracts in January, only since then our signal has been poor. Calls cut off etc. done network status checker, can’t find any problems been to our local store, can’t see any problems with settings etc. What else can we do?

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup my friend is travelling to UK . He recharged 6995 pckge .. and he is unable to receive incoming calls which is a part of the package but there is noone at vodafone who is ready to help. Is this how you deceive people

    I used to get great signal with @VodafoneUK, now there's dead spots all over SE London. I wonder what I'm paying £69 a month for, only to hunt around for free WiFi! 🤬🤬

    @VodafoneUK Useless company, was meant to be having broadband installed on Monday, not heard from Vodafone at all despite phoning several times and not even had the router delivered, absolutely appalling company and customer service.

    @VodafoneUK There are no restrictions at all. I’ve been in store and they’ve looked at it, The store have called direct and can’t fix the problem. It’s not just me it’s my husband as well.

    @VodafoneUK 5 months you’ve been overcharging me and failing to rectify the problem, my last call on Tuesday was escalated to the tech team ( for the 3rd time) and you don’t have the decency to get back in touch when you assured me I would hear back in 48 hrs, shocking.
