    @VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

    @VodafoneUK I can see responses to other people's questions but mine is being ignored. Your online support runs until 10pm? That's crazy, people need broadband 24/7. I have work to do!

    @VodafoneUK broadband down for almost an hour in Heacham, Norfolk. Your broadband tool isn't working either, there's only a chat not that osn sending me to the broken broadband tool! Give me a phone number to speak to someone! #Vodafonedown

    @VodafoneUK No one has contacted me regarding my voucher. It’s been over 3 months now. I’m very disappointed and fed up of always chasing Vodafone’s problems. @BBCWatchdog I have already submitteda complaint to @financialombuds

    @johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

    Another week, another 2 hour @AvantiWestCoast train. As always, sod all wi-fi, and @VodafoneUK signal was shocking too. Wtf is going on ?!?! Spent most of the journey trying to connect.

    @SW_Help @VodafoneUK @MayorofLondon What would be good is we put some money into the infrastructure before we build thousands of new homes. Trains getting worse & worse from Waterloo. No reception on mobiles so can’t even check what is going on as the sw train app never works

    Can’t believe @VodafoneUK won’t believe my mums DOB after her passing this week and won’t allow me to cancel the account. Her banks, energy companies have all shown great compassion and assistance but not our pals @VodafoneGroup They insist I’ve got the wrong information.

    @VodafoneUK can somebody help please 3-5 days without doctors and loved ones to be able to contact my mother because you have not provisioned SIP properly for voice - it’s a telecast dependent line.
