@VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

@davidlaud @jhavfc @VodafoneUK It's incredible how bad ALL of them are. Their only slick experiences are usually onboarding (for obvious reasons). There is no join up between digital and non-digital whatsoever and you get stuck in endless loops.

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK I very rarely agree with you. But it’s nice to find common ground over the shocking incompetence of Vodafone customer support. I wasted 30+ hours on the phone with them and issue still wasn’t resolved.

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK Join the club. Last weekend they even hung up on my wife who was trying to sort out a problem for her sick father who is currently hospitalised. We have now cancelled the contract and moved to a different network.
