@VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

@VodafoneUK I tried DMs but got conflicting info. First they said 4G will be available when 3G is switched off and then "we do not have any updates on when we will get network in this area." We currently have no service at all here & 2G is only intermittent even when we do. Please help!

Vodafone broadband: is it any good ? Who knows, @VodafoneUK have been singularly unable to make my broadband and home phone number work for the last WEEK. Would I recommend them ? NO. Will I make a formal complaint to OFCOM about this ? Yes SHODDY SERVICE

Just got off phone with @VodafoneUK complaints dept. It was advised @OpenreachHelp has no resourcing to do a survey before civils in front of my property with fibre connected right in front of my property. They will cut me as a customer. Wow...4 months still. Seriously?
