@johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

@VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

so @VOXI_UK how does it take 72 hours to transfer my number from @VodafoneUK to your service? I was advised 15 minutes at 16.31 on 17.09.22. Any idea? Your chat service just tells me to wait 24 hours for an update every day which never comes..

@MadWolfMan16 @VodafoneUK @sineterre I've said this too. There is clearly a nationwide issue, for the past week, and it's completely ignored. They even deny any knowledge of it. Great way to please customers! Every time I check my area its red on the checkers but clear on their website.

If your kids can get free use of data abroad, they may have Vodafone Passport on their plan, thats why my bill is now over £40p/m. I get all my data abroad 4 free- signal permitting

@VodafoneUK @Ofcom Sending private messages never resolves the issues. Hiding complaints against you private messages also doesn't work. Time to update your complaint handling process, and deal with the mast issues and lack of masts - instead of messing around with people's accounts
