@VodafoneUK I have been threatened, wasted hours trying to get help, told I have to be refunded because your system made a mistake, I’m now receiving correspondence saying I’m struggling to pay, which is a lie. It’s delayed because your system failed. I paid on time but I’m the one suffering

@VodafoneUK I can’t believe that to be honest. I’ve always been with Vodafone since 2001 and I don’t know why . I’m in Oxford and the reception is terrible. Slow internet. Poor call quality. I give up trying to use any apps that require 4g when I’m out and just wait to connect to WiFi
