@VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

@VodafoneUK I have tried everything. Spent hours with your helpdesk. They just wasted mine and their time and when they couldnt resolve the issue, waiving couple of months charges which never resolved the coverage issue.changing phones/sims all done. Vodafone needs to upgrade their masts

I think it’s very rude of @VodafoneUK to be ignoring my DMs surrounding my complaint I have with them defaulting me when I paid my final bill ONCE I received the bill, 4 months after I asked for it! It’s absolutely disgraceful that you, as a company, do stuff like this!

@VodafoneUK Apparently I've got to contact yourselves again on Monday to request that the resolution manager reach out to DPD to try and find my parcel, as you don't have the internal software that's capable of leaving a note to request this

@banner_teresa @VodafoneUK Oh yeah they’ve told me I should have had corresponding letters and emails and texts which I’ve never had and they’ve defaulted me with no warning as I didn’t get my final bill until this month, 4 months after the contract finished. I’m fuming.

@VodafoneUK OMG how frustrating, send only screenshots in a 24h period, at different times of the day, within the last 24h otherwise they’ve ‘expired’. No criteria for this and am utter refusal to do anything to investigate network issues

@VodafoneUK the one time my elderly mother in law needed to use her mobile phone there was a sim error. Went to a Vodafone shop to be told if phone isn’t used for 90 days you cancel the number. What a useless policy. Not only that you have taken all of her credit. Do you refund?
