  @johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

  @VodafoneUK Interesting scam attempt today. Call from landline claiming to be vodafone with a discount for my monthly payment for being a loyal customer. Scammer is able to generate a 2-FA code to be sent from Vodafone and they ask for the code. Just hung up on them lmao.

  @VodafoneUK I ported my network to Vodafone last week. The switch was supposed to happen on the 3rd. My previous network got disconnected, I am yet to receive details for my esim from vodafone. It's been 6 days now. Online chat and 2 visits to the Vodafone store has not helped.

  I’ve been a @VodafoneUK customer for over quarter century. I won’t be as soon as I land back in the UK. 3 plans, all roaming prepped in advance. One roaming failing completely, another charging per day extortion rates despite pass. Support systems either clueless or just broken
