@BorisJohnson @10DowningStreet please, do not let the hugely rich Mobile Phone Network providers bring back European Roaming fees...You promised keeping the best & dispensing with the worst of EU membership. I recall this was/is a good thing 👍 #JFDI @VodafoneUK

@MrProWestie @VodafoneUK Good luck finding a network which hasn’t already re-introduced roaming charges, or isn’t going to do so in the near future.

@VodafoneUK I’ve been meaning to look into this for a while now, why have you stopped your coverage of WiFi on the underground? Integral to so many users on the tube network.

Definitely leaving @VodafoneUK after many years of being a loyal customer due to new European roaming charges. Such a shame

@VodafoneUK (I know your customer service teams are doing their best, I don't blame the person who called! I just want to know how I can get this done since Vodafone doesn't seem to specify, just that I need a "deed poll" which I provided)

@TheSregnaR4791 @SkyNews @VodafoneUK You never worked with portuguese networks hein? Otherwise you would know what confusing burocratic processes would look like.

@_theonemike_ @VodafoneUK I have been quite happy with the signal. No complaints on that front, but I hope to be travelling to the continent later this year and frequently again. If I am going to be charged extra for doing so, I will look elsewhere for a provider.

@VodafoneUK Hi Conor, I used that form and uploaded a scan of my deed poll, and was just called by a member of your customer service team to tell me the deed poll couldn't be used and that I'd have to get it enrolled. Is this company policy, as it doesn't mention anywhere on your site?
