    @johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

    @VodafoneUK No one has contacted me regarding my voucher. It’s been over 3 months now. I’m very disappointed and fed up of always chasing Vodafone’s problems. @BBCWatchdog I have already submitteda complaint to @financialombuds

    @VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

    This is the last contract I am ever going take with @VodafoneUK . Almost two decades of loyalty straight in the dustbin. Repeated lies between the webchat teams and the UK costumer service . Email no responses, webchat referral , finally got through then no follow up .

    @VodafoneUK hi guys. I get terrible performance on Games Pass and remote play. All other services are ok. Tried different routers, QoS settings but it’s improved if I go via a VPN. Any ideas?

    @Tesco excellent customer service! Just opened mouldy strawberries, did an online refund request....within minutes I had correspondence I've been refunded!🍓🍓🍓 Now if only @VodafoneUK could do the same from my messed up order from DECEMBER 18TH!!!
