@VodafoneUK I was with Vodafone for 25+ years, they put my bill up by 7.8% CPI and removed my #NHS discount, I am no longer a Vodafone customer and will never recommend them to anyone.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK There is a way to get help on that to make sure it gets done, I seem to remember. A particular method to ensure the company stops the contract/payments. Have a search online, something should come up.

@VodafoneUK I'm moving house on the 15th and am a Vodafone broadband customer. Originally the engineer was coming out on the 15th to activate it, but I asked for it to be changed to the 18th. I was told this was done, but am still getting reminders for the 15th?

@VodafoneUK I have sent you DMs in relation to my financial services complaint and the advisor I spoke to yesterday over live chat who put up a barrier and refused to allow me to make a complaint - I’m sure @TheFCA would love to see what has happened. Please respond to my DMs.

4 months after my mother passed away, @VodafoneUK still won't cancel her account. Our calls, when we finally get through, have been met with extreme rudeness and aggression, and demands that my frail, confused father answers impossible, irrelevant questions. But it gets worse ...

@VodafoneUK No 4G for 3 weeks, took 3 weeks to get hold of anyone, when i did they said my number was not registered with them, and they ruined my phone, have spoken on phone and webchat and they cannot resolve, time to leave, if i can get hold of anyone in order to cancel.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I'm sorry to hear this. It is a really hard time as it is, but when companies don't help it makes it all so tiring. Had the same when mum died and complained to BT about their insensitivity. Then they called *her* to see if she was happy the complaint had been dealt with.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK George, suggest writing direct to the ceo. I did that to sort out a Vodafone billing problem I had and it was all fixed within days. Agree their customer service is shocking. Ps v sorry to hear about your mother. B
