    @VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

    @VodafoneUK what’s the point of the Network Status Checker if it never shows when you have issues? There hasn’t been service for an hour now and other sites are showing lots of reports of the same, yet your NSC says all is good.

    @VodafoneUK Not currently with Vodafone. Just looking at our options. Only Superfast 1 available to us at present (13Mbps). Hopefully network will be upgraded before the 24 month contract is up.

    @VodafoneUK - I guess hanging up, when you still haven't resolved a billing issue in 6 months, is the way you train your complaints team to handle things. Top quality customer service right there.

    @VodafoneUK Had conversation with you but still not happy. You guys want early termination fees even though your service is not as per contract. Device was with you since 1 month still get charged for it.

    @VodafoneUK Nearly 2 months now and still no returns package received in order to trade in my old handset!!!! I have called the Trade In team numerous times who always fob me off with "a package has been sent out, wait ten working days". Where can I make a complaint please?
