@VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

@VodafoneUK Hi Liam, Yes I am. I’m trying to use my phone on the US and in two days I’ve discovered international calls were barred on my phone, which I eventually managed to sort out but have now found out I’ve got a Spend Manager limit I knew nothing about and it’s that I’m trying to fix.

@VodafoneUK visited 3 separate stores to try and get some kind of answer to when my iPhone 13 Pro will arrive. One store told me it’s Apple supply chain, one told me your warehouse flooded (what? the one from 2009?) and one said it is a DPD delay. Terrible customer service

So @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK What phone service does your CEO Ahmed Essam @AhmedShelbaya use because it clearly can’t be #Vodaphone? I have had no service for over a week, 3rd breach of service since starting my contract in May this year and customer service not helpful

@VodafoneUK so despite my attempts to cancel the contract and phone I received an email saying they are delivering it today to cap it all DPD have been to the wrong house and then said I wasn’t in. What an utter farce
