    @VodafoneUK I've got 2 upgrade choices on both of my numbers. One 1 it days flexi upgrade and I HAVE to pay the fee on the other it says annual upgrade promise no fee but apparently it doesn't exist cos of your STUPID Evo plans (I hate them) please advise

    Really bad service from Vodafone. 2nd time no internet for more than 24 hours -last time 3 days. Can’t call back as unique number not accepted. Really fed up. Can’t work. @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK my mothers phone is lost. She is paying for a phone she cannot use, is in a care home, recovering from Covid. 40 days to wait to authorise me to cancel contact. Appalling.

    @VodafoneUK hi, could someone please help me activate my sim in my data dongle so I can top it up please. I struggled to activate it when purchased as the code would be sent to the Vodafone number (which was In the data dongle) any help would be appreciated thanks 🤞🏼

    @VodafoneUK Phone contract expired but still getting charged! Apparently even after your 24months phone contract is over, unless you notify them to cancel or upgrade to a new contract, you get charged exorbitant amount every month. 1/2
