    @johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

    @VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

    @VodafoneUK I have just this minute left your Queensway Store in London W2. Only one member of staff on duty. Hardly any Personal Interaction. Was more interested in doing something on Computer than bother about ME, THE CUSTOMER. I WALKED OUT OF THE SHOP!!

A couple of years ago when my parent died I was very grateful 4 the kindness+best practice from TalkTAlk- dedicated bereavement support line; Unintrusive+efficient. Really made a difference at the time. @TalkTalk

    @VodafoneUK Yep did all that but the choice and options are overwhelming and much more customer friendly to do in store. Doesn't explain why nhs discount can't be applied in store via the code

    @VodafoneUK absolute disgrace. Ordered a broadband service 3 weeks ago and received the strangest phone call today - apparently VF cannot connect my fibre service due to a damaged pole. Cannot give me a fix time and cannot give me a temp solution over their 4G network. ???

    @mulletmas @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Hope you're right sadly most of the mobile phone co's have the same policies. Ive had this issue with Vodafone, orange & O2. They really don't like anyone cancelling a contract. O2 claimed they wrote to me chasing payment b4 sending in the debt collectors. After spending 2 years

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Spent 25 mins w/ Vodafone’s TOBi and simultaneously on phone in response to their emails stating they decided to cancel my leaving their services when I switched to EE. They just made up BS. Joining 4 yrs ago was worse: 10 days with no broadband. Support George’s campaign!
