@VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

@VodafoneUK No I haven’t I will try and do this, all I really wanted if for some to look into any deals for me. The guy was just very unhelpful gave me one option and that’s it! Didn’t seem to care whether I stayed or not! Not a good look for your customer service!

@HawxFire69 @VodafoneUK I wouldn't bother with Vodafone....had the same issues, but they also want 2 months to switch from my current provider and they refuse to allow contact other than by phone or chat with incpomeptent morons (73 minutes on chat with Vodafone just to change an e-mail address)!

@grossmission @utsavtechie @VodafoneUK Hi, on iphone apple shows 5G logo even it switchs to 4G that's they call it and also Low Power Mode disables 5G on your iPhone, pushing you to a 4G or LTE network until you turn off the battery-saving mode. So turn off battery saver to use 5G.
