    @MarcusNawAh @VodafoneUK Exactly why I quit with them many years ago. Customer service was shocking. Went into a store to cancel and they said they couldn't cancel instore and had to be done via their online customer service team.

    @VodafoneUK so my partner has 2 phone contacts , a tablet ,broadband and 2 smart watches. The watches had to be returned due to issues. This was 6 months ago , you e now lost them and the issue has not been resolved 😤 yet we still pay the bill 🤔please help 🙏

    @TonzerWee @VodafoneUK I had an issue with them. I was given permission by my mum to speak to them on her behalf. She would have to give her date of birth for this to be able to happen. When my mum had told her the date of her own birth the lady on the phone told my mum her date of birth was wrong 🤔

    @VodafoneUK the most expensive and worst network in UK and maybe Europe. 5G in my city centre Edinburgh and now Manchester the worst. My partner has Vodafone too and it’s the same issue. Horrible!

    @CityFibre Don’t use @VodafoneUK for your fibre connection in Kirklees, their customer service is terrible. 59 days since @CityFibre came out to connect and still nothing.

    @VodafoneUK I'm having issue with @TalkTalk charging me for 900mbps but supplying 330mbps. i have been on with them for 4 hours and it doesn't seem there able to fix my issue, so it looks like ill be cancelling with them and looking for another isp. @TalkTalk you have me told me it will be fixed in 24hrs so ill give it until Friday and if its not fixed ill cancel my contract

    idk how @VodafoneUK has done it... but they have given my family WORSE INTERNET THEN TALKTALK... TalkTalk Crashed once a week and had bad wifi. the wifi part is the same on Vodafone BUT WE HAVE LOST INTERNET 9 TIMES IN LESS THEN A WEEK...

    @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK @VodafoneThreeUK the problem with merger, which mast in ammanford is being used, Vodafone is on top of Argos, three on top of BT. If three is down, Vodafone is down. If voda goes off, three goes off??

    @EE the worst mobile phone company ever!!! When I last renewed my contract my add on included roaming. Needless to say it failed me and now they say I never had roaming as part of my contract but I can pay to have it now. My contract ends in a month. @VodafoneUK see you soon.
