    @VodafoneUK He also couldn’t find our account that we had already made online when we had attempted to purchase this pack previously, for which we were promised a Β£2 monthly discount on the live chat by a colleague for the issues that occurred which made that purchase unsuccessful

    @VodafoneUK I emailed the CEO of Vodafone and didn't get an apology. I was offered Β£30 in goodwill and told that they couldn't help any further. I said that at the end of my current contract I will leave Vodafone, Amy, on behalf of the CEO didn't try to retain my custom

    My @TalkTalk internet contract finally finished a couple of months ago, I couldn’t wait for it to finish, terrible service and connection. If anyone is looking for an internet provider choose @VodafoneUK customer service top notch and the connection is spot on! #happydays

    @VodafoneUK our network coverage is crap phone says 3 bars of coverage in the house but when you try and make a call it drops out altogether! So the only way to make a call with 4 phones on Vodafone is to stand at the end of the garden!

    @VodafoneUK in my experience doesn't care about retaining loyal customers and thinks it is ok to mislead customers. You lost a customer who has been on your network since 1998

    I’m sick to death of @VodafoneUK and there service. Have the most shocking network service, they have restricted my calls before my bill is due and even after paying my bill a day early there are telling me it takes 24 hours to come back on #vodaphone I need a new network?
