@VodafoneUK - he also gave no details about the contract such as how long it is for. He left us with more questions than we started with. He didn’t tell us how or when our service would be set up. After asking any question, he would simply repeat his previous answer in a patronising manner.

@VodafoneUK - told him I worked at santander in passing. The employee was rude and didn’t inform us of a credit check done. He was patronising and made it very apparent he though we were a young couple (he said he thought we were under eighteen whilst laughing)

Thanks to the engineers from @VodafoneUK who installed our new broadband via the @CityFibre network. A very neat install and super fast broadband ready to go. @virginmedia router disconnected and ready to be returned once they reply to my letter cancelling my service :)
