    Not the 1st time @VodafoneUK have taken money out of my account. Phoning to rectify these mistakes are unbelievably frustrating & mostly a waste of time.I was told my account was credited & wouldnโ€™t happen again,#wrong ๐Ÿ˜ก The customer service is a joke. #Vodafone @VodafoneGroup

    My @TalkTalk internet contract finally finished a couple of months ago, I couldnโ€™t wait for it to finish, terrible service and connection. If anyone is looking for an internet provider choose @VodafoneUK customer service top notch and the connection is spot on! #happydays

    @CityFibre Donโ€™t use @VodafoneUK for your fibre connection in Kirklees, their customer service is terrible. 59 days since @CityFibre came out to connect and still nothing.

    @VodafoneUK I have been on hold for 45 minutes so far. Cannot use the live chat as that is busy. Broadband keeps dropping out and after 5 separate attempts to sort the issue I still have not had a resolve. Currently WFH so this is causing problems for me.

    @VodafoneUK so my partner has 2 phone contacts , a tablet ,broadband and 2 smart watches. The watches had to be returned due to issues. This was 6 months ago , you e now lost them and the issue has not been resolved ๐Ÿ˜ค yet we still pay the bill ๐Ÿค”please help ๐Ÿ™

    @VodafoneUK We have vodafone phone and internet. Just tried logging in. It's sent a message to one of our phones. Hysterically the landline in preference to one of the mobiles. Anyway the messaging service doesn't work - press 1 to hear the message just repeats it and cuts off.

    Just wondering why Three Mobile are providing me with broadband now I'm not paying when they and Vodafone consistently failed to provide me with service when i did pay them for 2 years eh @VodafoneUK @3mifi I mean the way they treated me while i was in Palermo was the worse ever ( refused to let my payment for roaming go through so I'm wandering back streets in 80 degree heat ) and their minions are trained to lie like robots - need i go on. Putting them out of business after they have insulted my intelligence for 2 years is the only option. Their complaints people are as bad as Barclays - professional liars and yes i know the government are behind my suffering. I've know it for some time and 2 punctures in a row in Dublin recently confirms it is to protect the male Ex. Yeah I'm straight

    @VodafoneUK hiding their customer service behind a paywall. I want to talk to you about my bill, but I canโ€™t talk to you about my bill unless I pay what you decide i owe. Counting down the days to freedom! ๐Ÿคฎ awful experience start to finish, would not recommend.

    hi @VodafoneUK - over the last few months your coverage has got so bad that I not only don't get a signal in my village, but I have problems in central London too. Any particularr reason for this? Given it's a business phone, it's not ideal!

    Does any telecoms company actually care, and provided customer service !!! Iโ€™m loosing the will to live with @VodafoneUK !! How hard can it be to move a fibre cable from a wall so it can be knocked down ! At this rate Iโ€™m just going to cut the f@cking down !
