    @Joser_72 @VodafoneUK Their communications have been appalling, they know this is a major outage yet treat every complaint as an individual fault, "fill this out and we'll investigate'. They are just hiding what is a major failure. Any other company would be updating constantly.

    @VodafoneUK - shocking customer service! I am an existing loyal customer with multiple services paying £17 for 10Gb of data, but for £3 more a 'new customer' gets 150Gb of data. Spoke to 'retention team' for 45mins and told they could not offer me anything better! #NotValued

    @VodafoneUK @Emily_Benn It makes no diff contacting an advisor, even with technical proof of exact cell causing call dropping issues I had, only got copy-paste responses asking for details I'd already provided many times. Many complaint escalations to cancel, still had to pay for months of non-coverage

    @VodafoneUK I’ve been a customer for over 10 years without any issues or missed payments , I’m due an upgrade and get told I’ve failed the credit check even though my Experian check is Excellent. Really frustrating and customer service is shocking.

    @VodafoneUK Yes they do but unfortunately it is too late as the company they are going with couldn’t get the number off you guys so to get them back in the land of the living with phone lines and broadband they have had to get a new number. Poor show!!
