    Switched to Vodafone broadband last night on the promise that it would be activated in the 15th when my other service runs out. Now I'm being told the 17th. I have to remotely and won't have Internet. Very disappointed @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK Was told to wait 24 hours for an e-swap to go through that’s passed now and it’s still not working for the 4th time I’ve been advised that this needs to be escalated as I’m not getting anywhere and being sent round in circles can you DM please to get this escalated

    @BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

    @VodafoneUK VI is bakwas compny.i have purchased new sim . No is 8510981091. Paise bhi poore le loya .4 din ho gye still number is not working. Ab office office khel rahe hai...kabhi retailer kabhi customer care. Company ko paise mil gaye, retailer ko apna cutting.hindustani custmr bewkoof

    @VodafoneUK I have 30 numbers with you but why is it so difficult to speak to someone who can help me whether I have one number or a thousand. I can’t do something online if your system doesn’t make allowance yet trying to get a human who I can understand to help is impossible

    @VodafoneUK Mmm bought my daughter a contract and spent 2 days unsucesully trying to get the sim to work. Have now give up with support. Any ideas? Not a great birthday present so far.
