@VodafoneUK Was told to wait 24 hours for an e-swap to go through that’s passed now and it’s still not working for the 4th time I’ve been advised that this needs to be escalated as I’m not getting anywhere and being sent round in circles can you DM please to get this escalated

Switched to Vodafone broadband last night on the promise that it would be activated in the 15th when my other service runs out. Now I'm being told the 17th. I have to remotely and won't have Internet. Very disappointed @VodafoneUK

@BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

@VodafoneUK your online chat service is useless! We were informed by yourselves that our broadband needed upgrading! We have tried to rearrange a new appointment but have given up! Wasted day!

@VodafoneUK I passed the security check yet was also asked for bank details. This is not on! It was much easier to ring your customer service and get proper assistance over the phone

@VodafoneUK We've already been through this. I live in the rural countryside and its always been like this and no doubt will never change. While walking with her family a friend had an emergency and they had to flag a car down as there was no signal. That's how bad it is!
