@BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

@VodafoneUK Sorry, but too late. Have now gone to Virgin Media. Originally on each occasion Openreach supposedly called me and although I never had any calls, they said that I cancelled it. Someone needs to get their act together

Now just received an email from @VodafoneUK saying I've changed my PIN. But I don't have/use a PIN, i use a password to access account via app. I certainly haven't changed any PIN. Wtf is Vodafone doing with my account now? 😡

@VodafoneUK your iPhone delivery really is poor. Ordered last Monday on 1-3 day delivery. Told Wednesday it was waiting to be picked up and here latest Friday. Friday was told latest Monday. It’s now Monday. What’s todays excuse? Really disappointed with this service.
