Switched to Vodafone broadband last night on the promise that it would be activated in the 15th when my other service runs out. Now I'm being told the 17th. I have to remotely and won't have Internet. Very disappointed @VodafoneUK

@BtonGirlProbs @VodafoneUK Omg they’re the worst company ever! They used to take my bill 3 times a month 😫 then whenever I would complain call me a liar even tho I had bank statements to prove it!!

@BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

Ok now @VodafoneUK I’ve really had enough of your rubbish. It was bad enough that you couldn’t install my broadband until 22nd December when I moved. Now you’re saying 12th January as you cancelled the order!! Wtaf.

@CityFibre @VodafoneUK I sent a dm on 15th as requested still no response. You managed to connect 50 houses on my estate, yet for bizarre reason are unable to connect mine and only mine. Even though you've fed the fibre cable to my garden. It's almost like you don't want help.

@VodafoneUK Thanks for the speedy response Jay. A bit disappointed I have to phone up to arrange this (already spent time on hold already today re a set up issue) and they couldn't go help re returns, perhaps you could feed back that this should be easier, ie include bag w/new router.
