I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Lee Harris-hamer (@harris_hamer) reported@vodafone 3) all I’ve been told, it will be sorted in 24hrs, however 5 days later, I’m still unable to use my number, or my phone. A formal complaint has been raised by a @VodafoneUK store Manager as he was outrageoused in of the process and still wasn’t able to help or give guidance.
