@BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

Switched to Vodafone broadband last night on the promise that it would be activated in the 15th when my other service runs out. Now I'm being told the 17th. I have to remotely and won't have Internet. Very disappointed @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK Was told to wait 24 hours for an e-swap to go through that’s passed now and it’s still not working for the 4th time I’ve been advised that this needs to be escalated as I’m not getting anywhere and being sent round in circles can you DM please to get this escalated

@VodafoneUK Copy dm. We ordered this on the 25th March. Our installation date was supposed to be 9th April. Nobody turned up, you never contacted us as to why, I’ve had to chase this all the way. I believe there was never anyone booked for the 9th April as promised.

I've been on all the major networks, and all have problems, but holy **** @VodafoneUK you've set the bar so low you've had to dig into the ground. Getting 5g on an existing account should be just a case of inserting. New aim. What an abject failure.

Sitting in library again so I can work to get paid. Rebooted phone and got all sorts of texts saying welcome etc but STILL NO NETWORK. And now @VodafoneUK have slapped a £15 pound extra charge on my account. So I'm paying to be mistreated. What the actual **** @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK I have been without signal for four days because I ended my contract. I was told this would be reinstated after 48hrs, four days later nothing. I rely on my phone for work and my safety as this is my source of contact as I work from home. I have no meant to call you!

@VodafoneUK @uswitchuk So an increase on my broadband of 3.9% and just because I'm out of my initial contract, a £3 per month increase! I've had vodafone broadband for years, and this is how you reward loyalty? Add to this appalling amount of drop outs on the network, it stinks.

@VodafoneUK I switched from your terrible broadband to a gigacube to get better speeds. Speed is better but drops out very regularly and I pay more for the privilege. Working from home is near on impossible.
