    Switched to Vodafone broadband last night on the promise that it would be activated in the 15th when my other service runs out. Now I'm being told the 17th. I have to remotely and won't have Internet. Very disappointed @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK Was told to wait 24 hours for an e-swap to go through that’s passed now and it’s still not working for the 4th time I’ve been advised that this needs to be escalated as I’m not getting anywhere and being sent round in circles can you DM please to get this escalated

    @BtonGirlProbs @VodafoneUK Omg they’re the worst company ever! They used to take my bill 3 times a month 😫 then whenever I would complain call me a liar even tho I had bank statements to prove it!!

    @BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

    @VodafoneUK LOL - another one bites the dust. I have DM and spent 7 hours to customer support. Typical support from your company. Find a template, post it and hope for the best.

    @VodafoneUK The Vodafone customer service is the crapiest in the UK. And that is a fact. All customer service is given to India where they do nothing to help and love to waste your time. I have first hand experience of their bad bad customer service.

    @Hugh_Gibson1584 @VodafoneUK At least your number connects to your sim card. I assume this will be mu next problem if they ever manage to port my number from one Vodafone contract to another. Yes within the same company. Started 3 weeks ago, dropped my number, got it back on pay as you go, and now its stuck

    @VodafoneUK You seem to be following the same quality of customer support i.e. not listing to what I am saying! The whole point of me going on social media is because I have exhausted all the other lines of communication and wasted 7 hours of my time.

    @VodafoneUK For anyone reading this - I have spent 7 hours trying to port my number within the Vodafone network. They have managed to release my number, get it back, and now it's stuck due to extremely poor customer support who don't know how to deal with the problem. Lie after lie.

    @VodafoneUK I am with @asda who are using the Vodafone network & for some reason not getting the verification messages or phone calls, have got other phone calls & now can send & receive messages, but not these types.

    Hi @VodafoneUK I realised this week that you sneakily stopped supplying WiFi on the tube last summer, when no-one was using it. Now you're the only major UK mobile network with no tube coverage. That's a shame... and a good reason to change supplier.
