@BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

Switched to Vodafone broadband last night on the promise that it would be activated in the 15th when my other service runs out. Now I'm being told the 17th. I have to remotely and won't have Internet. Very disappointed @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK too late we tried outcome being we had to pay the extra costs hence why she walked after 20 odd years of loyalty like i said appalling customer service not prepared to listen passed from person to person sadly as in most big companies now they are only after the money
