I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Odd to see that iPhone12Pro can’t stay on 3G that has a 5bar Signal & No Switch in setting AT ALL for just 3G. The 4g must be interfered or a mast or bandwidth has changed since March!
