    @BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

    @BtonGirlProbs @VodafoneUK Omg they’re the worst company ever! They used to take my bill 3 times a month 😫 then whenever I would complain call me a liar even tho I had bank statements to prove it!!

    @VodafoneUK Was told to wait 24 hours for an e-swap to go through that’s passed now and it’s still not working for the 4th time I’ve been advised that this needs to be escalated as I’m not getting anywhere and being sent round in circles can you DM please to get this escalated

    Switched to Vodafone broadband last night on the promise that it would be activated in the 15th when my other service runs out. Now I'm being told the 17th. I have to remotely and won't have Internet. Very disappointed @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK please do something about your online chat system! Trying to report a landline fault and reset my login details and each dedicated adviser (I’m on m 4th) keeps passing me to another dedicated advisor! I’m going round in circles trying to report a simple fault!

    Thanks for the quick fix on the broadband problem @VodafoneUK. Reported issue Saturday lunchtime.... got back online Sunday lunchtime. Part of me was expecting it to be left until Monday atleast. #HappyCustomer

    @pompeyhedge @VodafoneUK it's all over their forums that vodafone is having problems in the feltham area, but they're in denial, they won't let anyone leave their contracts because its not a big enough outage. that's what i was told yesterday.

    With its move to 5g has @VodafoneUK messed up the signal to my home after dropping 4g and moving those on this frequency to 3g? If so, thank you for taking me back to the past and running around my home to get a signal. Are you going to provide a 5g phone and not a discount?
