    @BtonGirlProbs @VodafoneUK Omg they’re the worst company ever! They used to take my bill 3 times a month 😫 then whenever I would complain call me a liar even tho I had bank statements to prove it!!

    @BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

    @VodafoneUK You costs increase so let’s screw the customer? I’m a customer of 20 years every 2 years I renew and you increase my tariff cause your costs increase you tell me? As I say break the mould and reward loyalty by being that company that supports customers it’s not asking for much

    Vodaphone customer service shocking, apparently my 14 year old daughter has used 48.6gb of data in 6 days, barely left the house and we have WiFi, call handler hung up on her, guess who we will be cancelling next month! @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup

    @VodafoneUK I am not the account holder. I have been on the phone/ online chat all evening trying to help my old Mum. We can't pass security as she can't remember her passwords. She is at her home. I am at my home. We are both stressed when all we wat is a paper bill and a cancelled contract

    @VodafoneUK is asking an 85 year old to reset her account details online. What part of she doesn't remember her passwords / security questions do you not understand. Look at her account. She hasn't had any activity for most of this year COS THE PHONE IS BROKEN

    @VodafoneUK Does it mean in the rest of Europe the service will be worse than the one we are about to get with the roaming charges? Will we get access to new private 5G masts? These added surcharges aren’t indicating any service improvement, and you know it.
