@BurdensSarah @VodafoneUK Morning Sarah. I think that old records can remain for up to six years, but that they can be removed earlier, at the discretion of the company concerned. I would persist with @VodafoneUK. They should help. Best of luck.

@CiCi_Coleman @rossuar @VodafoneUK I’ve had some issues with mine in the same-ish area but that seems to have stopped after I complained and they ran some tests etc. Been good for a while now. Customer service was actually pretty good.

@CiCi_Coleman @VodafoneUK Completely agree. Careful if and when you cancel your contract or they will keep charging you. I did eventually find an awesome CS member who was magnificent. I won’t go back though.

@CiCi_Coleman @VodafoneUK Could not agree more, Cici. Had Mobile contract with them. Thought they were overcharging me. Called 20 times & 20X they promised a call back that never happened. I stopped direct debit & they put me into default on credit files. Written complaints unanswered. Corporate bullies

@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneUK @rsprasad Vodafone Idea has merged customers and existing customers are struggling over poor infrastructure and less towers to boost 4G/5G access. We pay full charges to get such substandard services and network ??
