@VodafoneUK I have you say you get the award for the fastest, most stable connection that I've ever used. The problem is half the time I can't use it and on top your so called 5g backup dongle is not working, your 24/7 support is not working and all advisors are busy.

@VodafoneUK CT11 area by the way. No backup dongle & mobile signal in this area is rubbish! You need to provide a stronger signal and free WiFi backup for customers only like BT do; their WiFi is no longer free!

With people moaning about @VodafoneUK Internet being down, I can confirm the @Cityfibre FTTP links supplied by Vodafone are unaffected! Check your #DNS Settings and try OpenDNS on: 208.67.222.222 & 208.67.220.220 #Vodafonedown
