    @VodafoneUK I have rang you on 4 separate ocassions now as you owe me a refund of £486. Every time someone assured me I will get a refund within 3 working days, this was a month ago and still no refund! I’ve logged a formal complaint with OFCOM and the FCA! EE here I come

    @OwenVachell @SkyUK @VodafoneUK My Vodafone fibre broadband is fine - everything apart from the utterly awful #SkyQ box connects to it consistently via wifi, even in the far corners of the house. I have to reset the SkyQ box connection manually at least a couple of times a week, when I can be arsed.
