    @SamsungUK wife's S9 not able to answer called when someone calls but they can hear her. Any idea of a fix? We have reset the phone but it worked for one call then back to not working @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK I have rang you on 4 separate ocassions now as you owe me a refund of £486. Every time someone assured me I will get a refund within 3 working days, this was a month ago and still no refund! I’ve logged a formal complaint with OFCOM and the FCA! EE here I come

    @VodafoneUK how can I get be my broadband contract, when my speeds haven’t been up to scratch for about 8 months, I can’t even put a request in for money back as my app says my speeds are still adjusting. And don’t give me that DM us crap, as you do nothing

    @VodafoneUK This service has been absolutely shambolic for the past 6 months!! I've Spent most of my day on Chat to then be cut off half way through a queue to then have to start it all over again. Even though I have internet, My problem is been blamed as part of the outage as a get out.
