It’s only been activated two weeks ago and it’s barely made it above 10mb. It would help if their customer service wasn’t the worst thing in life

I imagine this should be a priority particularly if they support the NHS as there are thousands of staff here this would impact in a positive way.

My family and friends who were with O2/BT/Vodaphone had no problems. Worst ever. So regret leaving previous provider last month. Their coverage checker is inaccurate too
