-
OTS (@owaintaylorshaw) reported from Cardiff, Wales@VodafoneUK so thank you for telling me on the phone that you would prefer to lose a customer of 20 years than sort out the faulty phone you sent me (and it’s only an iphone6, not one of the fancy ones)!! I wonder how much money I’ve given you over 20years...

Jules Morgan (@thejoolzman) reported from Penarth, Wales@VodafoneUK Understood. Do Vodafone have plans to have excellent 5g coverage at the hospital and surrounding area? Zardoz van Dax (@Z4rdoz75) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I went through exactly the same issue, it was only when I threatened them with legal action and exposure they eventually cancelled the contract. Don't give up, don't pay a penny.
-
Jonny Elwyn (@jonnyelwyn) reported@VodafoneUK Your website is the worst. You've got a circular trap - Create an account funnels you to download the app - you can't login to the app, so you try to create an account which takes you to download the app. Your AI bot is the worst too. Hire some humans to help people
-

-
You’re Just Listening 😀 (@ChatchoMan) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK If Virgin Media are such money grabbing filth that they don’t want to believe a grieving person that contacts them and just terminate the contract they should at least backdate it based on the death certificate. Anything other than that is disgraceful.
-
Ian (@ianjeffray) reportedI'd like to know whose fault it is, either @VodafoneUK or @Apple but there's (still!) no 5G coverage along the whole east end of the A71/Livingston, and I have to MANUALLY change the phone to use 4G. Why can't it just revert to 4G rather than "5G Auto" just going to Edge? Poor.
