@TwopTwips @VodafoneUK Change the DNS server to either - Google 8.8.4.4 8.8.8.8 Or Open DNS 208.67.222.222 208.67.220.220 This sorted the issue for me. Their default DNS is *****.

@VodafoneUK recently switched to your unlimited max sim only from monthly plan and have rubbish signal since the switch. Brand new sim as of Monday, apps won’t load, emails unable to download (mailbox can’t even recognise when I’ve read/deleted), what’s app struggling to load.

@VitalSwansea @VodafoneUK Thing is I’m with virgin I ordered this for mam’s house because it was a good price for the speed. It’s only been activated two weeks ago and it’s barely made it above 10mb. It would help if their customer service wasn’t the worst thing in life

@VodafoneUK That suggests you owe me money you’ve been never told me about in that case. I can only be in credit if you’ve at some point taken more money from me than I owed. Not to mention an apparent breach of the GDPR rules in keeping my personal data without reason. I will DM you.

@RobBruceK @ThreeUK @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK No awful. Just spent 5 days with no data/calls due ti Insufficient bandwidth. My family and friends who were with O2/BT/Vodaphone had no problems. Worst ever. So regret leaving previous provider last month. Their coverage checker is inaccurate too
