    @VodafoneUK the mast in Ynysybwl has been out of service since Friday and apparenty you can't tell anyone when it will be reinstated. This really isn't acceptable, especially for people who rely on their telephone line for communication with essential services and family 😡

    @TwopTwips @VodafoneUK Change the DNS server to either - Google 8.8.4.4 8.8.8.8 Or Open DNS 208.67.222.222 208.67.220.220 This sorted the issue for me. Their default DNS is *****.

    @VitalSwansea @VodafoneUK Correct. But when you speak to them they talk about troubleshooting and fixing it. Horrific customer service no mention of a refund

    @VodafoneUK recently switched to your unlimited max sim only from monthly plan and have rubbish signal since the switch. Brand new sim as of Monday, apps won’t load, emails unable to download (mailbox can’t even recognise when I’ve read/deleted), what’s app struggling to load.

    @VodafoneUK That suggests you owe me money you’ve been never told me about in that case. I can only be in credit if you’ve at some point taken more money from me than I owed. Not to mention an apparent breach of the GDPR rules in keeping my personal data without reason. I will DM you.

    @VodafoneUK It’s not moved across and won’t be as you sent the router to my old address, despite informing you three times I don’t live there and was promised a new one was sent to arrive before my engineer today. This didn’t happen and my old provider has already taken down my service 😡😡

    Hi @VodafoneUK ever since @ThreeUK put a new 5g mast up less than 100m from my house I have barely had any signal in my house and surrounding area. Please can you investigate postcode cf11 6dr Thank you.

    @TfL @SW_Help @VodafoneUK please fix the wifi/mobile networks/network rail app so we can see when trains are coming at Waterloo! Constant delays, you have to hedge your bets at which train to get . Be great if there was a way of having uptodate info to run between platforms!

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I'm sorry for your loss. I've had to go through this ghastly business three times now. The worst I had was my FiL's energy supplier, Shell. They knocked on my door a few weeks ago and I told them I'd rather sit in the dark than ever use them again.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I was surprised that Sky were good when my mum died. BT were awful, demanding to speak to a dead person. Only just got fibre at my place a couple of months ago, will not go with Virgin, too much poor feedback.

    Agreed My 90 yr old could understand a word the "engineer" swid when booking to install her broadband as a new customer ! Shockingly bad service @VodafoneUK
