    @VodafoneUK SO I've been on the phone for hours and hours waiting to fix the technical problem with my number transfer. Its been 10 days I've been without my number working, my business is based on bookings and I've lost two weeks of pay! My experience so far has been a NIGHTMARE

    @VodafoneUK I've been trying to speak to your agents to upgrade for over an hour. Twice it just disconnected me, both times I was close to getting it signed off. I can't seem to log into My Vodafone to do it either. Bad customer service.

    @RobBruceK @ThreeUK @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK No awful. Just spent 5 days with no data/calls due ti Insufficient bandwidth. My family and friends who were with O2/BT/Vodaphone had no problems. Worst ever. So regret leaving previous provider last month. Their coverage checker is inaccurate too

    @VodafoneUK Truly disgusted with the service from Vodafone customer service! 72 hours without any internet and false promises of an engineer making contact! Iโ€™ve wasted hours trying to sort this out and still no internet!

    @VodafoneUK That suggests you owe me money youโ€™ve been never told me about in that case. I can only be in credit if youโ€™ve at some point taken more money from me than I owed. Not to mention an apparent breach of the GDPR rules in keeping my personal data without reason. I will DM you.

    Trying to return a trade in phone to @VodafoneUK from North of Ireland, sent me a DPD envelope that canโ€™t be used here, spent 3+hours on phone over last week trying to sort and still canโ€™t get an answer, horrific service, cannot get talking to anyone with any idea at all.

    @SomersetBobby @VodafoneUK I have problems right now. I used my 5G to check the network connectivity site. Says there's no reported issues. Funny considering there's not a single light on the fibre box in the wall & not a single light on the router lmao.
