Why can't it just revert to 4G rather than "5G Auto" just going to Edge? Poor.

I visited the shop, phoned and emailed them but they refused to acknowledge me in any way. I didn’t get a penny back, will never use them again. Low life thieves, please sue them.

Then a complaint to Vodafone for compensation as their dodgy reporting may well have ruined your credit file
