    @VodafoneUK I've been trying to speak to your agents to upgrade for over an hour. Twice it just disconnected me, both times I was close to getting it signed off. I can't seem to log into My Vodafone to do it either. Bad customer service.

    When will "technical problems" on Big Bundles be sorted pl @VodafoneUK ? Been 4 days now and credit balance being hit with £1 a day deduction - £30 for a month is the MOST expensive PAYG :(

    Great customer service from @VodafoneUK sorting out my Ukrainian 🇺🇦guests free sim that was not working. Popped into the Pontypridd shop and sorted in minutes well done 👏.

    I have a Samsung Galaxy A6 that the camera is broken. I have another A6 from a friend thsts new. Im with @VodafoneUK . Anyone know how i can transfer everything from old A6 to new A6 please?

    @VodafoneUK It's only the next village over. I've just ordered a SIM for my mobile number two. I'll register my postcode & might do for that one as it's so close for when & if U do get the village covered. I know that maps are never really that accurate!

    @VodafoneUK Still isn’t working - won’t allow change from 1 at £1/day to a bundle because it says already on a bundle :( try to cancel bundle and says technical issues …meanwhile credit balance being robbed of £1 a day

    @VodafoneUK Just to confirm, there's no FTTC network issues in my village? We get so many calls from people claiming to be from @OpenreachHelp saying we have poor speeds. I'm fed up of the spam calls. When I politely challenge them on it they get abrupt. CF644QS.

    Just talked with @VodafoneUK home #broadband tech support. @WeAreOpenreach network outage for the whole village of Dinas Powys, CF644QS. Since midnight. Engineers on it apparently. These things happen but with people working from home, it's a kick. #DinasPowys.

    Well 1st day with @EE and already they have ****** up , there's me thinking the switch from @VodafoneUK was going to be an improvement but boy was I wrong , these 2 are both as bad as each other, as you were, Benny out

    @VodafoneUK I am so disappointed tried contacting Vodafone and promised a manager would call back on Friday then today , so far no one has contacted me :-( been a customer for over 25 years and this is how I am treated.

    @VodafoneUK 13 years I've been with Vodafone. Numerous contracts for myself and sons. Customer service is the worst I've ever known. Lies, bad information call it what you like but its not a service. Last contract runs out next year. No more after

    @VodafoneUK I could really do with talking over some issues I've been having with my tariff and extras. Chat support seems to entirely miss what I'm saying and get rid of me with minimal resolution/reassurance. Would prefer to air personal details in a DM.

    @VodafoneUK who thought it was a good idea to cancel the contract with London Underground. Now WE can't use the WiFi on the network and YOU will lose a lot of customers because of it. Why???

    @VodafoneUK I've called the complaint line and spoke to someone and no log of me calling today. Surprise surprise guy knows he's in the wrong. Luckily I have call recorded with date and time stamp.
