@VodafoneUK the mast in Ynysybwl has been out of service since Friday and apparenty you can't tell anyone when it will be reinstated. This really isn't acceptable, especially for people who rely on their telephone line for communication with essential services and family 😡

I bought a *very* basic Nokia @VodafoneUK payg phone from @Argos_Online for my 82 yr old mum. I've been a Vodafone customer for approx. 20yrs. I put £10 credit on it (that's the min. amount you can buy). However, it can make calls/send texts but cannot receive calls/texts.

Hey @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup You need 1-2 days or less to connect the broadband but require 30 days to disconnect it. Are you not ashamed? it's 2022 and this is embarrassing and humiliating for your brand! keep my money! Never again!! #customerexperience

@VodafoneUK same old same old, you promise me a new package to upgrade and then you want to charge an upfront cost, give me less data and charge me more per month. Nothing but hassle with Vodafone and broken promises and that’s the loyalty you get when your a customer of 15 years
