@SpygirlUK @VodafoneUK We moved from Sky to Vodafone too, on the promise of no throttling or capping in the evenings. To be fair it doesn’t slow down, it just....stops.... and then works for a bit...and then stops.... Appalling.

@VodafoneUK I've just switched to you and am disappointed to find out that you have no network coverage in Tyne & Wear @My_Metro tunnels. With @EE I got 4G suitable for video calls and uninterrupted Teams meetings from home to work. Now I can't even get 2G. When will you upgrade?

@VodafoneUK @Molony33 Although general internet is back online, services such as Apple Updates and Swann Security event uploads are not accessible- Apple updates works in 4G (o2) and also over VPN so it’s a Vodafone Bband issue.

Am peeved off with @VodafoneUK I waited for an hour for someone to pick up the phone and then the automated voice just hung up. Tried again then I gave up after half an hour. Next time if there is an outage text the number the broadband is linked to and update the customer.
