    Been nice watching @VodafoneUK's broadband network slowly grind to a halt this morning. I'll be leaving the service after just 6 months in the new year as requested. Can't be dealing with the awful customer service and performance any longer.

    @VodafoneUK Absolutely rubbish company for Egyptian based customer service. Regret transferring our 3 broadband and telephone services from @BT Being charged for 4 broadband services since August! Can not get it sorted or speak to someone in the UK...

    @VodafoneUK UK promised that they'd phone me without fail today. They did not phone me. This is the FOURTH time they've broken a specific promise recently. I must waste more time with them. It's disgusting customer service. I was on the phone for an hour last time. @VodafoneGroup

    @VodafoneUK I dont like the way voda supports sports and sportspeople that frankly dont need money. ie: F1 , jenson button, et al. We (yr customers) would like you to support things like grass roots sports, maybe even food banks? This is good things for the nation!

    @VodafoneUK Your collaboration with @idea_cares and @Idea have no guts to revert on mail. I have asked a service related questions to team since one an half month ago but not getting answers till date. See this is how they are playing football with customers.

    @VodafoneUK, @GigabitAberdeen and @CityFibre is a shambles of internet and the worst process. Highly recommend not to purchase any of there packages. I’ve had 5 orders cancelled and now telling me I need to wait further 6 weeks.

    @VodafoneUK I'm struggling to get your phone ppl to help. Moved over BB & phone, was told you informed old provider - you didn't - cost me an extra month with them....3 people on phone&1 chat can't understand issue and even randomly tried to sell me useless Huawei phone!!

    As a company we have been with @VodafoneUK since 1994 and today I realised why @WhichUK rate them as one of worst Telecom customers. Been on hold for over 15 mins in total and still not resolved and they are unable to call me back or send emails.... really! #poorservice

    @VodafoneUK Its ok I've done my own chasing, after being told I'd get updates etc and I never have had one person call me from there, before my upgrade I couldn't get rid of Vodafone, they were constantly on the phone #shock and I've had people trying to sell me broadband 🤣🤣 no thanks!!

    @PedroClarke1 @VodafoneUK I wonder how phone providers and networks deal with this , its a false picture of mobile / network availability away from a set location , surprised more not been done to improve user experience on trains as wifi not good enough to use
