I am deeply disappointed in @VodafoneUK lack of urgency in addressing a negative credit marker for missing payments on my account even though they admit my accounts are up to date. I first raised the issue 2.5 weeks ago & they said it'd take 14 days to resolve.

So I've been on with @VodafoneUK live chat technical support most days since getting an upgrade a couple of weeks ago, have had the matter escalated to the complaints team who promised it would be fixed by last night, but still no sign of WiFi calling working.

Switching off their entire 3G network all over the UK this year, can you believe it ? We'll get better 4G coverage and expanding 5G as well. Basically you won't be able to use the first iphone never again (good that I don't have one) Believe it or not, it's happening @VodafoneUK

Day 2 of the shop 📞 line being down. 2.5hrs on hold and calls to @VodafoneUK. We’ve now got to be to wait up to 48hrs for another technical team to get in contact, to tell the same thing “the phone line is not working”!!! Trying to run a business’s is hard enough @VodafoneUK
