    I am deeply disappointed in @VodafoneUK lack of urgency in addressing a negative credit marker for missing payments on my account even though they admit my accounts are up to date. I first raised the issue 2.5 weeks ago & they said it'd take 14 days to resolve.

    So I've been on with @VodafoneUK live chat technical support most days since getting an upgrade a couple of weeks ago, have had the matter escalated to the complaints team who promised it would be fixed by last night, but still no sign of WiFi calling working.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Sorry to hear that you went through this. I had a 2 year contract with them in Ireland about 10 years ago. If I hadn't told them I wanted out before the 2 years was up and kept record of that I would also have been liable for a cancellation fee. Pure greed. NEVER AGAIN.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I'm with VOXI currently, a sub company in the Vodafone portfolio. Once I'm no longer eligible for the VOXI plans I will probably move to Sky or 3 (mum and sister are with Sky). I never usually had a problem with companies but I also know how and when to apply pressure.

    @VodafoneUK offering UK residents 8 days abroad and no long term solution for those of us that work contractually abroad. 1 week or 6 months. The advice from you “buy a local sim” I work in several countries a year all connected by my current uk number!! Absolutely ridiculous.
