    So I've been on with @VodafoneUK live chat technical support most days since getting an upgrade a couple of weeks ago, have had the matter escalated to the complaints team who promised it would be fixed by last night, but still no sign of WiFi calling working.

    @VodafoneUK I have never received such appalling customer service in my life. After continuously being patient with each and every advisor I speak to, I finally lose my patience and ask to speak to a manager and the manager refused to speak to me! #poorcustomerservice

    @VodafoneUK What has happened is that your different departments don’t speak to each other and don’t leave notes on customer files. The customer retention team offered me certain rates that the main customer service team told me don’t exist and told me my account would be cancelled.

    @VodafoneUK Why is @VodafoneUK deceiving customers. for @MoneyTelegraph info. They updated my file as contacting customer, with a single call made. for example call ref: 1-MQR1Z2P0 said they updated customer, yet no contact made.

    @VodafoneUK 6 phone calls later and still no further forward, lots of empty promises to call back but they never happen. Sadly Vodafone doesn't understand that customer service is key.

    @Beer52HQ @Druhorton @VodafoneUK At maximum 7 working days…to answer an email. Employ some more people. If I took 7 days to get back to my customers they would all go elsewhere, oh hang on a minute, your ridiculous policy around cancelling subscriptions means customer can’t go elsewhere. An absolute sh** show

    @VodafoneUK Look at my file notes on your system which will paint a picture of complete confusion disorganisation and chaos that is #vodafone. Some of your staff are plain rude. One lady told me “it’s not my problem if someone else got it wrong”. And turns out her info was totally off.
