So I've been on with @VodafoneUK live chat technical support most days since getting an upgrade a couple of weeks ago, have had the matter escalated to the complaints team who promised it would be fixed by last night, but still no sign of WiFi calling working.

I am deeply disappointed in @VodafoneUK lack of urgency in addressing a negative credit marker for missing payments on my account even though they admit my accounts are up to date. I first raised the issue 2.5 weeks ago & they said it'd take 14 days to resolve.

@VodafoneUK I switched from your terrible broadband to a gigacube to get better speeds. Speed is better but drops out very regularly and I pay more for the privilege. Working from home is near on impossible.

@VodafoneUK Copy dm. We ordered this on the 25th March. Our installation date was supposed to be 9th April. Nobody turned up, you never contacted us as to why, I’ve had to chase this all the way. I believe there was never anyone booked for the 9th April as promised.

@VodafoneUK Oh, your ‘service’ has just reactivated my number as a ‘one off’ favour. Let me tell you, paying that last account will be a ‘one off’ favour as well. After this debacle, we’ll be shifting providers. It may not be the service you strive for, but it’s the service you deliver.

@VodafoneUK I have been without signal for four days because I ended my contract. I was told this would be reinstated after 48hrs, four days later nothing. I rely on my phone for work and my safety as this is my source of contact as I work from home. I have no meant to call you!
