So I've been on with @VodafoneUK live chat technical support most days since getting an upgrade a couple of weeks ago, have had the matter escalated to the complaints team who promised it would be fixed by last night, but still no sign of WiFi calling working.

@VodafoneUK I've had nothing but trouble since I upgraded, my bills now £65+a month. I cant use it in Turkey as I was miss sold my roaming bundle by a team member in store who didn't have a clue and I couldn't apply the employee advantage scheme as I upgraded in store but he told me I could.

@VodafoneUK tried your online chat and not working, your phone number points me to online support 🙄. I have no Internet when not on WiFi, been 4 days live in Basingstoke, reported but no avail!! Please DM me, also used by buffer credit so would like a refund on that #4g🤔

Anyone else still waiting on their device from @VodafoneUK ? Been waiting almost 3 weeks for my phone and I keep getting told the same thing after supervisors promise updates etc. 🙃 been a customer for 4 years feels like a kick in the teeth because I still have to pay the bill

@VodafoneUK tried calling to complain a few times about having no/poor internet pre bank holiday & got put on hold, then cut off. I was told I’d have to pay a fee to leave the contract (even though you don’t deliver your end of the contract as an “internet provider”).
