I've now had a text saying that you've restricted my account for not paying my bill which is absolutely absurd when the problem was that you took too much! I've now spoken to 6 different people none of whom have been able to help me. I did not ask for my direct debit to be cancelled.

They are just hiding what is a major failure. Any other company would be updating constantly.
