@Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK Sky - cheap and great Black Friday deals plus if you’re a sky customer you’ll get another discount. I got a new phone, already had sky sim. They roll your data over to give you extras etc,my new phone came in < 24 hrs. Ordered teatime and it was with me before lunch the next day

Hey @ThreeUK Can you help please? My mobile number originated on Orange, was then ported to you and is now on the @VodafoneUK network. Thing is, since joining Vfone, nobody on your network is able to call me, they get a message saying ‘number not available.’ Can you fix this?

@VodafoneUK customer service is bad, as well as not giving customers what they paid for. They put you on an automated system to supposedly deal with your problem, but it does nothing. This company have done so many bad things. Should be closed down.

@VodafoneUK poor service. Asked for broadband 2b cancelled on 29/08 as moving. They cancelled TODAY!Can’t work from home! @VodafoneUK says that the new owner changed the provided without my authority! Expecting a manager to call within 4hrs, it been 4.5hrs now! Worst provider!

@VodafoneUK No you haven’t actually tried lol. It’s been showing with the green. “PAID” tick since before 21st August (which is normal as they usually request the DD a few working days before). But it’s never gone out. And the bill is still showing as “PAID”. Free month? Aha
