Vodafone Issues Reports Near Earls Barton, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Earls Barton and nearby locations:

  • GMac1985 Glenn Macandrew (@GMac1985) reported from Northamptonshire, England

Most service providers reducing costs or freezing costs in these unprecedented circumstances @VodafoneUK chose now as a good time to send a text message to confirm price plan increases Something to think about Remember what happened during this time when we get back to normal

  • _saraax Sara Turner (@_saraax) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@Mteasel67 @VodafoneUK I was 2 months from an upgrade, I’ve never really had any issues from o2, it’s bad seeing as you was such a loyal customer but I know a few that have had issues with Vodafone.

  • DawnExley Dawn Exley (@DawnExley) reported from Horton, England

@VodafoneUK can you tell me if there are any network issues in the NN7 area please as we’ve had very poor signal for the past 24 hours. Thank you.

  • markwilsonit Mark Wilson 👨🏻‍💻 (@markwilsonit) reported from Olney, England

@chrisweston @VodafoneUK It took six months before Vodafone got our bill right. Haven't dared move the service since (though I'm out of contract now and Openreach has laid fibre in our street so I probably should consider it). Cheap for a reason?

  • carlrwebb Carl Webb (@carlrwebb) reported from Northamptonshire, England

So continuing awful experience with @VodafoneUK and now their #DPD delivery driver lying, seriously lying about attempted delivery...

  • purgstallheath Father Oliver Coss (@purgstallheath) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@marcwebber @VodafoneUK @OpenreachHelp Ha! Well, the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

  • NeilHemmington Neil Hemmington (@NeilHemmington) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@VodafoneUK Just tried dealing with you, terrible customer service!

  • IAmSteve_Ryan Steve Ryan (@IAmSteve_Ryan) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@VodafoneUK considering you run a mobile network, your app is dog shit. Flappy bird works better

  • dearden47 Martin Dearden (@dearden47) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@allyhj185 @VodafoneUK These companies do their absolute best to prevent you from canceling your contract, so far I have found BT the worst.

  • markwilsonit Mrk W Dgtl (@markwilsonit) reported from Olney, England

@stevegoodman @tomarbuthnot @VodafoneUK Agree on Vodafone being shocking. They are my ISP and they recently wrote to say they are putting up prices by way above inflation whilst my service is still worse than with previous ISP. Even so, I don't think I can get Wi-Fi calling with my mobile provider (giffgaff) either 😢

  • markwilsonit Mark Wilson 👨🏻‍💻 (@markwilsonit) reported from Olney, England

Received today from @VodafoneUK: "Your monthly cost will go up by 4.5%. This reflects the UK Consumer Price Index (CPI) at 0.6% (as published in January 2021), plus an additional 3.9% to cover the increasing costs of operating our network.". @BT_UK have similar in their terms...

  • abilitycic ABILITY Community Transport (@abilitycic) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@VodafoneUK another month has gone by and still no resolution to our billing queries. Promises of call backs nothing. We are a not for profit #socialenterprise #buysocial organisation we watch every penny but you change our tariffs

  • troozers Andy Stewart (@troozers) reported from Brixworth, England

@ChristianMarsh @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK It gets better, the fee is apparently £5.47 PLUS the 90p. The issue is not the amount, but the principal of saying "x" but hiding the fact that "y" is also required. What else am I going to find within the contract?

Vodafone Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • BeaumontDMD Darren Dixon (@BeaumontDMD) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Don't agree with this. I switched my phone from Vodafone to Jersey Telecom without any issues at all

  • ogorman71 Guiseppe O'Gorman 🇮🇹🇯🇵 (@ogorman71) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Shocking customer service. I hope you get this fixed pronto

  • mheath182 Matt ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (@mheath182) reported

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot Too late. Your customer service is your front line.

  • writetodelight Liz Carter (@writetodelight) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I know that Vodafone does badly in customer service but really, @VodafoneUK this is pitiful. Stop harassing a recently bereaved family, and in particular, a vulnerable older man.

  • PaJaBuzz Buzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz (@PaJaBuzz) reported

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot Winds me up that these companies only grow a conscience on social media once the issue gathers public interest. So lazy and completely lacking in empathy. No interest in reacting unless they can do it off the back of a fake public apology.

  • Bean81496154 Bean (@Bean81496154) reported

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot Disgraceful!!!Even more insulting offering the services of a BOT to help communicate. A Joke? What happened to picking up the phone and grovelling. You should be reported to Ofcom or whoever regulates you.If I had an account with you I would cancel immediately!

  • DavidCooper3077 david cooper (@DavidCooper3077) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK So, let me get this straight. If you have any problem with Vodaphone, contact the CEO. Have I got that right? Begs the question as to what the other employees do, other than get it badly wrong🤔

  • TurnstoneTweets Turnstone Consulting (@TurnstoneTweets) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK One for @mrmacleod, who knows all about poorly designed experiences of ending service agreements. He might be able to help. See Endineering. Also digital tech companies haven’t existed for a whole generation yet and they are hopeless at full lifecycle UX, crap at aging and death

  • Posi61 Elena J Esq. (@Posi61) reported

@VodafoneUK @speckyninja Why, when responding to people don’t you simply ask them to DM their phone number & a few details, pass them on to “Customer services” and have them call the customer?

  • DAllumWilson DianeAllumWilson (@DAllumWilson) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I once told a similarly unresponsive apparatchik that I did not have my mothers new number as it was tooo hot where she was! Asked what did I mean, I explained how hot hell probably was and where she was saying words we always got in trouble for! It worked.
