Well,the call centre man - who was very excited to tell me I was speaking to someone in Egypt - who told me Openreach was responsible was evidently mistaken. All fixed now - a shame as I've had full service from BT and Plusnet, but never outages like this. 3 days in 2 months.

    I never believed when people said that @VodafoneUK cares only about new customers and the existing ones they don't want to help at all or "can't". Today was the first time when advisor was rude incompetent and in the end I end up with nothing. Spend 4 hours on phone -for nothing

    @VodafoneUK @HuaweiMobileUK phones been away for a week. Came back today "repaired" with a battery at 100%. Picked up at 12 o'clock. And then it's down to 74% within 4 hours!! Reinstalled 4 apps in that time and made 5 minutes worth of calls. Terrible quality from the battery.

    @VodafoneUK After multiple online chats and phone calls with Vodafone’s tech team, my Apple Watch series 4 is still unable to be linked to my data and iPhone 6s Plus. I have reset my phone and watch, gone round in circles until I’m fed up with it!! Only option is to cancel.

    @OpenreachHelp tells @VodafoneUK that I need to ask for line renewal, gives me number. Calls number just to be told they dont deal with customers and to go back to Vodafone. Fantastic system you got here, must resolve so many issues.

    @VodafoneUK ....also told that they can resubmit the order but you get a free amazon echo dot now. No use to me as I have a few alexas already. Very disappointed at the lack of communication and not honouring deals. Not a good start to a new customer🙁
