I deeply regret signing up with an organisation as disorganised, dysfunctional and disingenuous as @VodafoneUK.

Just another reason why I’ll be switching mobile providers too!

I never got it back even when they asked I come collect it. I was fed up with the assing around so I just left it lol as I’m in wheelchair it is no so easy to get around 🤬
