There was no specific explanation, just a random "happens sometimes". Can't apply again before 90days... So much for customer service and loyalty! @VodafoneUK is there anything that can be done about it??

@GEddolls Been there. @VodafoneUK 3 times failed to close an account properly. Confirmed each time the account had been closed which would be followed by a letter from debt collectors saying I still owed money & a ****** credit rating which eventually got un-******. Never using them again

@VodafoneUK can you help? Engineers came to install my broadband on Friday but weren't able to for tech reasons. I was told someone would be in touch to update me within 48hrs. Still waiting. Tried phoning but been on hold for over an hour. So I'm still without internet 😭😭

Since March I've spent more than 11 hours of my life on the phone to their customer services, I've had to spend £100s on mobile data, it's literally impossible to properly function in 2022 without broadband. It's been 118 days - @VodafoneUK when will you finally fix this?

@KathMcGurl @VodafoneUK Worst broadband operator in the uk hands down, months of slow speeds dozens of online chats go through the same scenario the same checks internet speed drops out every 5-minutes he even asked me to unscrew the BT socket I wouldn't recommend Vodafone to anyone awful service
