Matt McGrandles (@m13att) reported from Stirling, Scotland@O2 Same old....no update nor urgency to resolve the incompetence. Looks like I will just have to wait the 72 hours, paying @VodafoneUK for a service they now can't provide until O2 unlock the phones!

John Hundeslit (@JohnHundeslit) reported@VodafoneUK I try to cut out unnecessary noise from my life wherever possible. But 'service messages' like this are the bane of my life.
