    @VodafoneUK (3) ...team and they were very rude, and said that I should have noticed this within 14 days of purchasing it. So, am I right in thinking there is no way to make my Gigacube work for online gaming (by changing the NAT type) and that this has been mis-sold this?

    Just as a heads up, if anyone has service with @ThreeUK and they expect it to work in go roam countries, they should think again. And Three will insist that they have no obligation to reimburse a bill when their service isn't as advertised. I'd go with @VodafoneUK or @EE instead

    @coxyab @VodafoneUK @AhmedShelbaya Yep we're still paying for a service we havent had access to since the 1st of June. Ive asked repeatedly for an email address so I can raise a complaint but they make you wait for a call back from the complaints team which always happens to be when I'm in a meeting.
