@ThreeUKSupport I’ve just moved house and due to mistakes by @VodafoneUK I’m not getting connected until the 8th June. I’ve been relying on using my unlimited data with 3 for a hotspot but that stopped working yesterday, and I can’t access MyThree to find out the problem 🤔

@VodafoneUK I phoned yesterday and she checked , but it’s everywhere I go I was 40 miles from home last night and it was just the same and I’m out not and it’s the same it’s not picking up that I’m with Vodafone and I never have full service anymore

@VodafoneUK really dissatisfied ..cancelled my Sky broadband to have your broadband after 19 years only to still be sat 3 hours later with no internet connection,no TV and a lost connection with the online chat support team ...unhappy is an understatement!!
