@VodafoneUK I phoned yesterday and she checked , but it’s everywhere I go I was 40 miles from home last night and it was just the same and I’m out not and it’s the same it’s not picking up that I’m with Vodafone and I never have full service anymore

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve just moved house and due to mistakes by @VodafoneUK I’m not getting connected until the 8th June. I’ve been relying on using my unlimited data with 3 for a hotspot but that stopped working yesterday, and I can’t access MyThree to find out the problem 🤔

@VodafoneUK please put Wi-Fi back on TFL Underground stations. Every company has a Wi-Fi service - from Three to O2 to EE - why not Vodafone? I will leave if in the next months this will stay the same. 2022 and I feel back in 2002.

@VodafoneUK you make it so difficult for your existing customers. The frustration from having to send in proof of id etc when I've been a customer for 23yrs. I could understand if a new customer, I've never missed a payment. 1st time I was sent the wrong link. Endless hrs wasted!
