@ThreeUKSupport I’ve just moved house and due to mistakes by @VodafoneUK I’m not getting connected until the 8th June. I’ve been relying on using my unlimited data with 3 for a hotspot but that stopped working yesterday, and I can’t access MyThree to find out the problem 🤔

@VodafoneUK I phoned yesterday and she checked , but it’s everywhere I go I was 40 miles from home last night and it was just the same and I’m out not and it’s the same it’s not picking up that I’m with Vodafone and I never have full service anymore

@VodafoneUK A simple upgrade has become a complete farce. I have had to explain their “system glitch” to them 7 times. When I was explaining it to the 7th person today after a total of 4.5 hrs, I was in tears. 2 of those people should have phoned me back and still haven’t. Awful.
