    @VodafoneUK Yes @SkySportsMobile have been aware of these issues since the end of last year and have been promising an update to fix it. The app hasn't been updated since October 2019. You used to be able to force the app to v2.4 but login doesn't work on that version any more.

    @graceblakeley @VodafoneUK Your contract is £x per month, unless you cancel it after any phone purchase element is completed they'll keep charging the same £x per month until you cancel or switch to a new sim only contract. This has been standard for years.

    So @VodafoneUK Broadband down again. 3 days last week 24 hours and counting now. Randomly asking questions until the service comes back on at some point doesn't qualify as customer service.

    Totally disgraceful service from @VodafoneUK been a customer for 20 years. I had a quote less than 10 days ago for a new contract. Called today to set up to be told it’s no longer valid, it’s more expensive! as a valued customer it should be honoured. I will be cancelling!

    @graceblakeley @VodafoneUK VF: If you want to discuss your account balance we'll have to arrange a callback from "management team" Also VF: You can't request a call back until you've settled your account Me: I'm never paying you for a product I did not recieve Now I get Debt collection letters.

    @graceblakeley @VodafoneUK They’re the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Took four months of calls for them to confirm my account was closed and fully paid off, only to be then chased by shady, third-party debt collectors for a sum of £45 that I had written evidence of TWICE paying (no refund of course)

    The customer service from @VodafoneUK is the worst I have ever experienced. All I need is an email!! I’ve been waiting a week!! So sick of being in the phone to you every day and get nowhere!!!

    @graceblakeley @VodafoneUK this nature I gave them absolute hell for that misleading behaviour akin to entrapment. Anywho, never actually recieved another sales call after that other than my 2 yearly phone change until I eventually sacked them over the latest issue
