    If you are looking to change broadband providers then AVOID @VodafoneUK at all costs!! The worst service I have ever experienced. Currently looking like having no broadband for Xmas! Useless!!

    @VodafoneUK Awful, AWFUL customer service. What could have been sorted in less than 5 mins of phone conversation just took me almost an hour of multiple web pages and a painfully slow text conversation. Not good enough! Time is precious!

    @VodafoneUK has lost a loyal costoner every month. Since January nothing but crap off them whats the difficulty in letting a costomer pay a phone bill i never know im sick of it theres only so much a person cam take i until you got to just except that vodafone will never provide

    @VodafoneUK - how do I contact you to notify you of fraud? Keep getting a suspicious email saying I’ve an overdue balance but I am not a customer - try to call you but without an account or voda mobile number I am in a circle of automated death and wasting time - thanks

    Really disappointed in @VodafoneUK .I’ve been a loyal customer for years and apparently I’ve used 7gb of data in 24hrs and been charged £150 for this, I’ve been told that the tech team class this as “normal usage”- my normal usage is less than 4gb a month! 😬😡#beyondangry

    @VodafoneUK absolutely sick of paying for this service. I can never get a signal and people can never hear me clearly when I ring them, apparently my area are suffering connection issues. So bad, been happening for a full week now 😫 tried to contact customer service, USELESS.

    @VodafoneUK as a communication network your customer service is awful. Can't collect a new phone from your store because of a system issue, but told it will take 24-48 hours to resolve as the tech team has gone home for the day. The whole process to upgrade has been a joke

    Hi @VodafoneUK if it’s possible to video chat with people in space how come I struggle for any kind of decent network connection in our major cities. In the past month I have been in London and Birmingham and had to switch to free WiFi in places to get service.

    So unhappy with @VodafoneUK Terrible communication and service. Switched to them and two broken routers. My line switch took an extra two days. And they didn't communicate properly regarding a delivery exchange that had a DPD driver badgering my wife at the door
