Right. @VodafoneUK I’ve spent about 4 hours online and on the phone to you over the last 2 days. I’ve been a loyal customer since 1999. And yet you refuse me an upgrade because my ID is a citizenship card, not a passport or driving license? So you no longer want my custom?

@VodafoneUK Awful, AWFUL customer service. What could have been sorted in less than 5 mins of phone conversation just took me almost an hour of multiple web pages and a painfully slow text conversation. Not good enough! Time is precious!

@VodafoneUK (3) ...team and they were very rude, and said that I should have noticed this within 14 days of purchasing it. So, am I right in thinking there is no way to make my Gigacube work for online gaming (by changing the NAT type) and that this has been mis-sold this?

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I congratulate you on your push to become greener however the biggest pollutant from your industry is tech waste!! Maybe instead of deals for upgrades you push deals for continuing to use current phones unless broken this will potentially halve waste

@VodafoneUK (1) Hello. I am paying a lot for a 5G Gigacube as the broadband in my area is poor and I want fast internet. I have just discovered that the Gigacube has a strict NAT type (D) that cannot be changed. This means I cannot play online games on my Nintendo Switch or...

LMAO. So the #UKemergencyalert was a damp squib. Forgot about it because SNAFU. Congrats, @VodafoneUK. Both work & personal phones are on your network. No alerts. Great for my ears; not so clever for national comms. Do better, #UKGovAlert. I don't live in the sticks.

@VodafoneUK my elderly mother handed her phone to an operative in one of your stores. He asked her irrelevant questions, didn't fix the issue & she has gotten several scam calls/texts since. One was asking for her OTP for a purchase she didn't make. How can you resolve this?
