Just want to say how shocking @VodafoneUK is I ordered a new phone on the 9th Jan there would be a delay of up to 2 weeks which was fine now still waiting been told will definitely be here next week 18 years with them shocking customer service false advertising on website #lies

@VodafoneUK So after yesterday and speaking to an advisor who we thought was really nice and said she would call my wife today at 11am to sort out her upgrade issues we’ve heard nothing. So now my wife has been lied to 3 times on the phone and also been called moody because she’s pregnant...

Customer service is a shambles (to put it politely), always put processes first instead of thinking what’s best for the customer & everyone just passes calls on to different departments you’ve already spoken to. Can’t wait to leave!

Hi @VodafoneUK I bought a new iPhone 12 from your Brentwood store over a month ago along with a contract. I’ve put the SIM card in the phone a week ago and it still doesn’t have any signal. What do I do. Help. The shop has now shut and I can’t find any numbers to call you on.
