    @VodafoneUK Thanks - but I definitely need the complaints department! I’ve spent half an hour in store twice, 2 hours awaiting a callback & 45 minutes talking to Customer Services today & I’m now ready to leave after 20 years, as soon as I’ve logged my complaint!!!

    So @VodafoneUK ‘s 5G network will be coming to sister brand @VOXI_UK later this year! Fantastic!! Although I’m an iPhone guy and it doesn’t seem likely we will see a 5G iPhone until the 2nd half of 2020😔

    @VodafoneUK sold me 2 contracts, charging extra for 1, and lied about unlimited data on other. Been on phone for 3 hours, absolutely ridiculous customer service. Need this action ASAP @VodafoneGroup

    @jadesharp1992 @Courtneysteve98 @VodafoneUK My network three were offering me one and I would have received it the next day but I went out and bought one Sim free as I don’t like paying high monthly outgoings as I decided that this would be the year that I would say goodbye to 2 year contracts

    Attempting to setup a new mobile phone contract with @VodafoneUK is up there with being one of the biggest mistakes of my life. Worst communication skills and customer service I’ve ever come across. 😠 😡 😤

    Do not get a phone with @VodafoneUK, they 100% provide the worlds worst customer service. I have waited nearly 6 weeks for my phone and been lied to about its delivery date on multiple occasions.

    @VodafoneUK day 1 of your “super fast” broadband & I’m already regretting it. Min guaranteed speed is 40mb/s- we’re getting 13mb/s & internet constantly dropping out. Spoke to a customer advisor earlier who was rude. Now back in the long queue to speak with someone else. Help. 😢

    @VodafoneUK The sim is for a relative coming over from Spain for a few weeks. I feel I was missold this package. Was told I needed a contract. Never had to do that before.

    Could everyone have a look at this exchange between @VodafoneUK and my wife. The Crux of the matter was a better deal was being offered to new customers than it was to her wanting to upgrade after 10 years of loyalty. Once they have you have you as a customer. They stop caring.

    @VodafoneUK extremely poor customer service from Vodafone, my broadband network was down for 2 weeks so they sent me a myfi free of charge then billed me! After 2 hours on the phone being passed from pillar to post still not resolved now on to 5th agent! Bye bye Vodafone....

    @VodafoneUK really need to make sure you have advisers available to take calls, and as for your chat function to call it woeful is an overstatement - spent 20 minutes on chat only to be kicked out without resolution, time to move to another provider?

    @craig_dw @VodafoneUK Get rid of them lot ASAP. I took them to the ombudsman in August and got a pay out for them. Disgusting customer service and I would genuinely never get a phone contract ever again as a result.
