    First impressions of @VodafoneUK #5G... Underwhelming and somehow still slower than @virginmedia's #4G (in B15). With Vodafone downloading at just 40Mbps and Virgin Mobile coming in at 70Mbps. So to summarise. Slow to roll out, and slower than 4G when it does appear. Not good.

    Well after being on @EE since the birth of orange mobile, due to re-occurring net work issues that they cannot resolve iv had to leave @EE and go to @VodafoneUK it’s a sad emotional day 🤓🤓🤓

    @VodafoneUK Find it astonishing that having been a loyal customer for 5-6 years, that come renewal time you can’t compete with VOXI on price. In 12 months my iPhone 8 is probably ready for replacement and you get me on another 2 year contract. Short-sighted at the best of times

    @VodafoneUK Still no phone, this isn’t good enough.   I have been in touch with the FCA and I am going to take legal action. I was told to speak to customer relations but the woman I was speaking to has just put the phone down - not the service I expect from Vodafone!!!

    @VodafoneUK had the worst service from Vodafone! I have waited 15days to recieve my upgraded phone. They say its due to warehouse issues but turns out they have LOST IT. Now have to wait an extra 10days whilst they investigate where it is before I can get my new phone #vodafone

    @francoisduples @VodafoneUK Exactly agree the customer service ain’t the same since most of the stores are now franchises. Nothing is linked up, no store or customer service agent can check each other’s stock levels, no direct store tel numbers - absolutely not putting the customer at the heart of anything.
