I’ve spent half an hour in store twice, 2 hours awaiting a callback & 45 minutes talking to Customer Services today & I’m now ready to leave after 20 years, as soon as I’ve logged my complaint!!!

Now spent over an hour with ‘technical’ support telling me how to reset network settings and wait 40 minutes for it to work (which it won’t!) 😡

The Crux of the matter was a better deal was being offered to new customers than it was to her wanting to upgrade after 10 years of loyalty. Once they have you have you as a customer. They stop caring.
