Could everyone have a look at this exchange between @VodafoneUK and my wife. The Crux of the matter was a better deal was being offered to new customers than it was to her wanting to upgrade after 10 years of loyalty. Once they have you have you as a customer. They stop caring.

@VodafoneUK day 1 of your “super fast” broadband & I’m already regretting it. Min guaranteed speed is 40mb/s- we’re getting 13mb/s & internet constantly dropping out. Spoke to a customer advisor earlier who was rude. Now back in the long queue to speak with someone else. Help. 😢

@VodafoneUK I cannot deal with your overseas call centres any more. For 4 months my broadband fails to work when it rains. The solution , please send a screenshot of a speedtest when it rains. I am sick of dealing with the people you call second line support, clueless
