Just want to say how shocking @VodafoneUK is I ordered a new phone on the 9th Jan there would be a delay of up to 2 weeks which was fine now still waiting been told will definitely be here next week 18 years with them shocking customer service false advertising on website #lies

Absolutely fuming with @VodafoneUK after reporting no internet on Wednesday, waited in all morning today for engineer who never turned up even though I confirmed the booking this morning, wasted another 30 mins on the phone while they checked why they didn't turn up

@VodafoneUK was then told they had turned up but only checked outside but needed to come back Monday to fix, couldn't get an answer why they couldn't fix it today. Worst customer experience I have ever had, if it isn't fixed by tomorrow then I will move my business elsewhere.
