Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, EnglandTech today going well... @VodafoneUK: KNACKERED, no ideas what’s wrong, @SkyHelpTeam TV WiFi iffy - engineer Thursday to make box feel better, @ThreeUK temperamental as using data due to no broadband. Paul LFC (@2tea2toast) reported from Lymington, England@Ethhxnn @rosbux @VodafoneUK That was my point - non ionising rf is nothing to worry about - but the microwave would be more harmful than the original rf freqs but still just as bad as WiFi but still safe 👍👍
-
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England@VodafoneUK Thanks just having a general rant - I’m outraged at Vodaphones poor support. Have spent time with the team on the phone and 5mins after they leave the call (as we thought we’d stabilised) it died - it’s in escalation for a specialist to check in tomorrow hopefully
-
Pat Brandwood (@PatBrandwood) reported from Poole, England@maccaspacca1 @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Isn't the problem that these companies pay very low wages to staff who know nothing except how to answer a phone, often not in their first language? Try asking a train line call service about a town in England.
-
