    In Nov 2018 I got an iPhone XR from @VodafoneUK with unltd data for £36 a month. Nearly 2 years later the price has gone up to £51 a month for the same phone but only 48GB of data. If anything the price should have gone down 2 years later. Time to switch to Sky I think 🤔

    Very disappointed with switch service from @vodafoneUK. Fast Broadband was supposed to be set up 3 days ago. Multiple confirmations regarding engineer coming out - yet no router was sent.

    @VodafoneUK At very least it should have been emergency despatched today or other alternatives should be available- such as the ability for us to urgently collect a router or a wifi toggle from our local Vodafone shop, as an emergency option, should be available to @VodafoneUK customers.

    No router. No despatch note even for it- so still waiting. Have spent over 1 hour on phone requesting router again. No innovative solutions offered other than to keep waiting possibly another 48 h or just to escalate as complaint. @VodafoneUK
