Well, after the manager at @VodafoneUK told me I’d get a call today to discuss my plan as they cannot fulfil service at my address, I have heard absolutely nothing. Top customer service 🙃👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

In Nov 2018 I got an iPhone XR from @VodafoneUK with unltd data for £36 a month. Nearly 2 years later the price has gone up to £51 a month for the same phone but only 48GB of data. If anything the price should have gone down 2 years later. Time to switch to Sky I think 🤔

@WilliamCLife @CustomNameee @VodafoneUK Different Places have different Signals to the Service. Though VOXI is an MVNO to Vodafone they don’t have all Masts and Towers Vodafone has, they have selected ones they pay for. Do you may have Vodafone in one area with lots of signal but on VOXI in the same area have none.

It seems impossible to cancel a @VodafoneUK contract! 'Pay final bill first, then cancel. But you can't get the final bill until you've cancelled.' Result: bills keep coming, but they're not the final bill . . . My advice, Never ever contract with Vodafone. Worst corporate bully.
