    @VodafoneUK most shocking service provider not helpful in any way! Called them every month for the last 4 months for one of there incompetent staff to set up a direct debit they haven’t!! Iv been with them for over 8 years and this year you have been awful!! Don’t ever use them!

    In Nov 2018 I got an iPhone XR from @VodafoneUK with unltd data for £36 a month. Nearly 2 years later the price has gone up to £51 a month for the same phone but only 48GB of data. If anything the price should have gone down 2 years later. Time to switch to Sky I think 🤔

    @VodafoneUK you said the network problem in my area was going to be fixed by 2pm. The network checker is still still showing issues and The mobile internet is going slow again. This only happens in the evening.

    The @VodafoneUK customer service is terrible, when you get through to someone they either end up leaving you on hold for that long the call drops, or on here they end up ghosting you. I just want a response, is that really too much to ask?

    So after being with @VodafoneUK for 2 and a bit days I had to cancel my contract with them The broadband they couldn’t get working starts working the minute I cancel Also still to receive any confirmation the cancellation has gone through

    @VodafoneUK I've already spent hours on the phone when it was promised it was sorted. Then the next bill it was not sorted Then spent hours trying to sort with online help, and the time when I finally got somewhere I was told the deal I was promised in writing was not possible.

    So, apparently my problem has been escalated to @VodafoneUK "Super Users" Dept. Still not hopeful of an acceptable resolution. We'll see.
